This shoe was very disappointing. The heel seemed like it would be fine at first but it's surprisingly awkward and uncomfortable to walk on, and it jutted out away from my the back of my foot in an unflattering way.

I am searching for shoes just like this! I was super excited to find them. But when I put them on, my big toe caused the whole front to crease. It was very obvious and disappointing.

If you are going to be walking a lot in these shoes, especially on sidewalks, I would not recommend these shoes. The soles are very thin and the heel part of the sole is very firm and small and therefore is uncomfortable if not almost painful after a lot of walking. Also, the uppers start to cave in almost, near the toes, and do not maintain their shape.

I did not like this shoe. The style is right, but it was so uncomfortable when I tried it on that I wasn't going to even consider breaking it in. Been there, done that, and it's not worth it. It wasn't even an issue of sizing, because it didn't feel too small or too big - it just dug into my heel in the back and squished my toes up front. I wouldn't recommend this shoe.

My least favorite ballet flat I've ever had. Absolutely no cushioning whatsoever. You are basically walking on the sole of the shoe. The lining is synthetic which does not breathe. The shape of the shoe is nice but I can't wear these for long or very far like other flats. Look to French Sole's Sloop model for a great basic flat.

At least a half size smaller than marked, ordered a 71/2-8 (37M) which is my normal size, could barely get my foot in and pinched at both sides. Returning.

I've purchased several pair of the Emmie Flats from Belk with no issues. I bought 2 pair from Lucky Brand online and within 2 months I have a pair that have the leather separating from the bottom of the shoe and per an email from customer service, they are out of warranty period. I will never buy these again as I do not support a company that will not stand by their products, only to offer me a 25% off coupon...yeah, NO THANKS!!!

I bought these in black and brown for Christmas. The brown are too tight across to top of my feet and feel a half size too small.
The black were so comfy and I wore them periodically throughout January running errands or going to business meetings. By February, the finish had worn off. My husband pointed out to me how shabby they looked and he never notices these things. I would not order these again. So disappointing.

I bought these flats in June for my new office job. I wear them exclusively to work spending most of the day sitting at a desk but do walk around the hospital some. Less than three months after purchase the left shoe has a split on the seam next to the sole. I expect shoes to last longer than 3 months especially when I am spending the majority of the day sitting down.

I have a pair of these shoes that are well worn. I've enjoyed them so much that I ordered 2 colors of the exact same size of this flat. They came today and I was so disappointed. One size fit and the other I could barely get my feet into. I laid the 2 colors of the same shoe side by side and they literally looked like they were at least 2 sizes different from each other. So now I either have to pay $8.00 to return the one that doesn't fit or take my time to go to the store, which I don't like to do and is why I buy online in the first place. Something is wrong in the quality control department.

The Rose Cream color had a very metallic, almost "glittery" sheen to it. Was not what I was expecting and would not be appropriate for work. Loved the feel but overall it was a very casual flat. and too shiny! Had to return.

These shoes suck. I regret buying these so much that I felt I had to share. These are cute and comfortable if you do not walk. At all. They are not for all day wear. There is no arch support. My ankles and shins kill for days after I wear them. I had to walk on my tippy toes because my ankles hurt so bad. Such a waste of money.

These flats are absolutely terrible. There is a huge design flaw with them as they dig sharply into the back of your foot. I wore them around the house off and on around the house for months hoping that they would break in, but they never did. Luckily I never wore them outside and was able to return them. Also, besides the heel on the back of my foot, they bruised the bottom of my heels horrible Something is wrong wit this shoe. They are horrible!

I would not recommend and am stuck with them. I bought a 9.5 for my daughter and I am a 8.5. She wore in her apartment and said they were so comfortable but after going to the city they were painful. I tried to return but she wore so I have and I am one size smaller and after one hour they are annoying in the back as if the elastic is pulling and the heel rubs.
