Love my Asics. Feel like I'm walking on a cloud. Breathable, light, and comfortable.

Very nice shoe for running, or on the treadmill where I spend most of my time. Normally I wear a size twelve shoe and I order Asics in 13. This is my third pair in this line so you can see i like them pretty well!

Very comfortable, feel great when running, great shock absorption, great fit. Only drawback is a little heavier compared to other shoes I've worn. Overall, great shoe.

Are odd numbered Gel-Nimbus models cursed? Don't get me wrong, I like the shoe, but I don't love it like it did the GEL-Nimbus 10 and GEL-Nimbus 12. Here are the problems I've had with GEL-Nimbus 11 and GEL-Nimbus 13: 1. The toe box feels slightly smaller 2. Top of the shoe above the arch is tighter 3. Laces are either shorter, or because the entire shoe fits smaller/tighter, I can't tie my shoe laces with much extra. It's annoying. Comfort level is fine overall, but a disappointment.

So I've been running in these and similar Asics for 5 years now and they are always great for distance. Lots of heel support and cushion. The one thing that Asics continue to lack is style. These were the lesser of several evils in this price range. When I got 'em, I was shocked at how white they are -- like, bright white! Like, embarrassingly, dirt-don't-help kind of white. Pictures make 'em look greyish or silver in some areas like most Asics but don't be fooled. I literally got a silver sharpie and darkened the toe, some sides and the tongue just so no one would try to steal my lunch money. So, comfort/support good. Style bad. They'll probably last me 10 months based on 12m+/week.

I have been buying Gel-Nimbus shoes for years. They have all been great until the 13's. These shoes are junk. I am a very high mileage runner but I wear holes into the heals of these shoes by 100 miles, which is usually within the first month that I own them. They reduced the material used on these shoes since the 12's in order to make them lighter and they simply do not hold up. I owned 3 pairs of the 12's and I wore each pair into the 400 mile range. I then wore each pair for walking for another 200 miles or so and the heels never got any holes in them. I had to throw them away because there was no tread left on the bottom of them. In one case you have the 13's that cannot maintain their integrity for more than 100 miles and in another the 12's lasted me more than 600 miles. I am disgusted that I am paying a lot of dollars for shoes that are basically garbage.

I got these shoes because I was experiencing ball of foot pain (capsulitis) and needed something cushy to wear while recovering - I'm on my feet a lot. I tried the neutral gait heavy cushion running shoes from most of the major brands and found that these had the most forefoot cushioning of any of them. They are extremely comfortable and I would highly recommend them for rehabilitation. I have not run in them so can not speak to that. I got v13 because v14 was even uglier and from what I read, not worth the additional money. These aren't pretty shoes, and if you're not used to Asics' asymmetrical lacing, which is an interesting idea, they will take a little getting used to. These shoes also run a half size too small for me. To recap, they're not the best looking shoe and they run small but they have the most forefoot cushioning of any running shoe that I have found.

Asics are the best running shoes. I have a high arch and the Nimbus 13's are the best shoes on the market for my running gait, mid-foot strike and 30+ miles per week workouts. With Zappos free shipping, low prices and return policy Zappos.com is the only place worth buying from. They were less than the cheapest store.

These sneakers are very comfortable and nice. They are very good for running. My only complaint is that the laces could have been a bit longer. They could have also been a little wider.

Only shoes I have found that I can run in. They are true to fit, comfortable for my wide feet, and keep me from getting shin splints. Had the 12's, now the 13's, will get the 14's when they come out. Tried many other Asics and these seem to be the best for me.

Another great pair ASICS. This is about my 4th or 5th pair. Usually I get less expensive ones, but I someone gave me a prepaid gift card so I splurged. Not sure if it's worth the higher price, but still a very good pair of shoes for my running.

I bought these sneakers for my husband and son (I love my Asics). Both of them like the look - but the support and comfort are the real selling points! Would have bought them for my older son, but no 12 4E available.

I've worn Asics since the 1990s and are still one of my favorite brands of running shoes, this is my first pair of Nimbus and they are pretty good for heavy runners (5'9", 225lbs), one thing I noticed is that they seem to be designed for heel strikers, not so much for mid foot strikers, so if you land on your heel, they transition nicely. Overall very happy with them, the only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because they can get really hot, and the shoe laces are somewhat short.

Like the shoe. Feet took a while to get used to new fit. Owned similar Asics before these.

The quality of these running shoes was not as I had hoped. The left shoe's arch doesn't feel right. It feels like it is too far forward compared to the right shoe's arch. I ran in them anyway. The cushioning was good. My feet didn't hurt from the screwed up arch padding/placement. It's best to try shoes on first.

I have had two pairs of the Nimbus 12. They were great, with the 13 coming out I was hoping for improvement. It is not there. The shoe is narrower and the laces are really short. I still have the support but by mile 5 start to feel the pinch of the narrow shoe box mid foot.
