How disappointing and I wasted my $25 off coupon on them!

I cannot understand how people think these are comfortable?? Now, granted, I am in a severe flare up of plantar fasciitis but still. Every search I do on google for "best shoes for plantar fasciitis" brings this shoe up. They are hard, stiff, they fit oddly and no cushion for the heel. Yes, I understand you're supposed to "get used to the fit." But even Birkenstocks are more comfortable at the moment. I do have to say a huge THANK YOU to Zappos for being my personal, in-home, shoe store while I search desperately for something that will give me relief. Definitely returned these beasts.

I've only worn these once. However, I was disappointed that they didn't have more cushion. I could feel that there was arch support in the sneakers, but it felt like I was standing directly on my concrete classroom floor. I didn't go home raving about the comfort of the shoes, nor did it relieve/remove the pain in my heel after teaching all day. I'd seriously consider returning them if I hadn't already worn them. I regret spending this much money for so little results.

I have really mixed feelings about this shoe. I bought it after reading the reviews. I wanted a different shoe that the Sauconys that I have been purchasing for work. I was tired of black granny shoes. What I like is that it seems to present a shorter profile, it seems my feet look smaller than my 9.5 boats. I got the white and blue ones. What I don't like is that they have NO arch support. I was actually shocked. I wear orthotics in my work shoes (operating room nurse). They didn't really allow for the orthotics to be worn for about a week. Now I have them in, they are ok, but not as good as the Sauconys. I also think they are slightly small, not a full size, but a bit smaller. I am going to keep them for now and see how it goes. I guess they can always replace my worn out gardening shoes if they become less comfortable. I definitely will not be buying them again.

Color of leather is khaki. Mesh is taupe.Tongue is too long and too thick. Sole is too hard and stiff. Shoe needs more cushioning. Arrived with a couple of spots of glue on mesh on back of heel. Has a deep toe box.

Out of the box I loved these shoes. Four months later, not so much. I purchased these for everyday wear. And the first couple of months were heaven, and relief for heel pain. Month three came and the insole totally broke down. I called Vionic directly and they recommended the 'sport' insole which I've used for about a month, with little improvement. Fit and style are great, durability is really disappointing.

Overall, the entire shoe felt too stiff & inflexible. Great arch support was a plus, but not enough for me to want to wear them out of the house! I returned them. And rather than say something negative about the style, I will add this: I wish Vionic would offer this item in a more fashionable color. Nuff said.

I only buy Orthaheel shoes, when you changed to Vionic the arch is not as good,I never had any pain with Orthaheel. I bought the walker tennis shoe ,but my left arch hurts so bad I can't walk just a few minutes and have to take them off. I have tried several times.I bought the walker in the sandal it is fine. I need these shoes please go back to Orthaheel quality.

These looked to be the perfect athletic shoe for a dedicated Alegria customer. Sizing was spot on, I am a 7 1/2 wide and the 7/12 W fit perfectly. Unfortunately the shoes aggravated the outside bone of my little toe on both feet. The reason they bothered my toe? The inside of each shoe had an oversized, bulging seam that just happened to be placed right where the bones of the little toe are!! What's up with that?! Did no one in the shoe design or quality control dept try these shoes on before approving the design? I can not recommend these shoes to anyone because of the obvious design flaw inside the shoe. These are not up to Alegria standards.

I really wanted to like these shoes, but I was incredibly disappointed in it. The arch support with, without question, amazing, but the rest of the shoe was sub-par. It felt like walking on wooden blocks. There was no cushion, no support, especially in the heel. Which is surprising because heel is right there in the name! I shouldn't have to purchase additional heel insoles for shoe designed to help people specifically with heel issues, should I? As always, I am grateful for Zappos return policy. I will order more and keep trying. Thank you Zappos, for continuing to be the only place I trust to order shoes from.

I looked forward to getting these shoes. I have other Orthheel shoes and love them. These I returned, however. These walking shoes are extremely stiff and hard. There is also annoying stitching inside where the small toe sits.

Pay attention to the reviews that indicate that arch support and styling vary widely within this brand! I own a "life-saving" pair of Orthaheel "Tide" flip flops in a 9, which are just slightly loose through the straps, but are still excellent for supporting my metatarsal arch as I work around my home. I came back to Zappos for more Orthaheel shoes since I have had such a great experience with the "Tide" shoe. I really could use a sneaker - I have a ridiculous amount of difficulty finding sneakers that work for me. However, this sneaker has a few drawbacks. It felt comfortable on my arch. However, it seems to run a full size large! I ordered an 8.5 and now have to re-order a 7.5! With my experience being that I needed a 9 in a sandal, this just seems ridiculously inconsistent! Also, the shoe is not attractive from above but appears very "clunky" like a shoe that is orthopedic would be expected to look. This doesn't suit me at all! I am going to re-order in the smaller size to see if I can tolerate the appearance of the smaller shoe. But a warning to any women who do not want to appear as if they're wearing "old lady" shoes: You might want to avoid this sneaker altogether.

Other than the arch support removable insole, there was nothing exceptional about these shoes. They were not structurally sturdy and my over-pronation seemed even worse than with other shoes not advertised to align the feet. They were also very hot if worn all day. These are not a good buy. I will not purchase again and I do not recommend them.

I am in love with my two pairs of Orthaheel flip flops. So in love that I started to hate my running shoes. In an attempt to replace them, I figured it made sense to try these. They don't feel anything like my Orthaheel flip flops. They feel like stiff boxy athletic shoes. They are also super ugly. Honestly, if they'd been as comfortable as my flip flops, I would have worn them anyway.

I can't believe all the good reviews these shoes got. The insole offers absolutely no arch support and my Asics are much more comfortable than these, so I returned them right away. Looks like I'll just have to keep searching for an extremely comfortable walking shoe.

I have worn the vionic walkers for over 5 years. The pair that I just received had a smaller toe box and I could barely put them on because they were too short. The soles looked different than the previous pairs.

Odd drop-off at heel to forefoot which was uncomfortable. It negated any arch support. Even when added orthotic for arch support, it had an unnatural, uncomfortable fit.

There was an odd 'drop-off' below the heel that was a misfit for my arches. I tried an orthotic to compensate, but that didn't work either. Very uncomfortable.

This felt like a hard boot and not a comfortable sneaker. The toe foot pad area is hard and runs short. I normally wear a 10 with Vionic but ordered a 10 1/2 due to wearing a sock. Very uncomfortable.

I did not like these shoes, I returned them. They looked cheap, the leather looked like plastic. The shoe was hard, not comfy at all. I can't see myself in these shoes all day.

I ordered these tennis shoes because I need great arch support. The size of the shoe was perfect, however the arch support was located under the heel of my foot, and not under the arch of my foot. That is why I am sending them back!

Ordered a different style, wearing them, but not happy. They are to stiff and wide in the toe area.

I so desperately wanted these shoes to work. The cushioning and arch support felt amazing Sadly the panel and seam across the wide part of the foot rubbed and was so uncomfortable. I even tried a half size larger and a wide width, same issue. So disappointing but I have neuroma on one foot this isn't something I can even deal with for a short time. Both pairs went back.

I've worn Othroheel walkers for years and these are NOT the same shoe! They've changed the heel and in the same size and width as I've always worn, I slip out of the heel...they are shorter and do not hug my foot like they have previously. What am I going to wear now???
