These are super shoes, right out of the box. I ordered my usual running/walking shoe size. These give me better arch support than even the Saucony motion control shoes for pronators that I had been wearing. These are much better made than one of the other Orthaheel styles, a covered toe clog, that I also tried.

After suffering for several months with heel pain I purchased Orthaheel flip flops. They helped tremendously so I thought I would give the tennis shoes a try. I am very happy with my purchase. I wear them to the gym and they are perfect and no pain. They do run large so take that into consideration when you buy.

I have a bone spur and work standing on a concrete floor all day. These shoes alleviate 80 percent of my discomfort. They are super comfortable.

These shoes have given me the gift of mobility. The shoes have helped diminish my knee pain that was likely caused by over-pronation. I am interested in getting another pair in another color.

These are not the best looking shoes, but they are perfect for my feet. I have very flat feet with arch and heel pain. It does take a few days to adjust to these shoes, but once you get used to them they are extremely comfortable. I now have to buy the Orthaheel slippers because I like to kick off my shoes when I get home. But without the arch support in these shoes my feet start hurting! The only reason I didn't give these shoes 5 stars is because could be more attractive.

Even though these are not really pretty shoes, these are the perfect walking shoes. Suffering on and off with plantars faciatis I have to be really careful in picking shoes that will not hurt my heels. I already have the Orthaheel flop-flops, which I love, so for the winter it was logical that I should get their tennis shoes. I love them! I wore them last weekend and did a lot of walking at a street fair and never had any foot pain, during or after. I will be wearing them later on this month for a vacation on which I know that I will be doing a lot of walking. I am looking forward to seeing if they work.

I love in Orthaheel sandals. These are not quite as comfortable, and not quite as cute but they'll have to do until summer rolls around again. They are more comfortable than the Mary Jane style, which I found too tight in the toe box.

Shoes run large. Ordered my regular size and they were way too big/wide. Am going to reorder a smaller size. Seem comfortable.

These shoes were the right size, but unlike another pair of Vionics I have, the arch did not feel like it was in the right part of my foot! It was weirdly closer to the heel of my foot, rather than being centered. I liked that they were waterproof and warmer than regular athletic shoes. (I cannot understand why most athletic shoes assume that you will only wear them inside, in warm conditions.) I did like the color, too. Unfortunately, I cannot keep these awkwardly fitting Vionics. I was looking forward to warm feet during cool days and evenings.

These are the best sneakers out of the last 10 I have has. Unfortunately, after 4 months the bottom of the sole is coming unglued ?

I had wished for more cushioning in the insole.

I have this same pair in white in the same size. Fit it great. The black leather shoe is too snug and feels 1/2 size smaller.

These were too short and I returned them.

fits true to size-vionic is always my first choice- this shoe is stiff-very stiff- and no offense ( I am 70) look like granny shoes - they are shiny -like patient leather

Nothing wrong with the shoe, just heavier on my feet than I wanted. Great arch support.

I have a moderately high arch and like a firm arch support. I ordered several options to see which would fit the best. I like Vionic dress shoes a lot so I tried their walkers. The arch support is jut a little too far back for me. Also the material was stiff and had a pronounced bend on the left shoe. These are going back.

I wear a 6.5 and that's what I ordered. The shoe seemed to be a good fit but there was stitching and maybe a seam at the side that really hurt my little toe and side of foot. I returned the shoes and getting something else.

i've got good news and bad news about this shoe. They could very possibly be the most comfortable shoe i've ever worn. Sadly however, they could also be the ugliest shoe I've ever worn. What was vionic thinking? Such a great fit and comfort but too ugly to wear in public. Whoever designed this shoe needs to learn what looks good and what doesn't. Walkers are rarely a thing of beauty but these shoes are actually scary!

Too large my feet got lost in these shoes.

They were comfortable but the support was much less than expected. I would have kept them anyhow except that I was too embarrassed by the look of them to wear them out in public.

The length of the shoe was fine, size 8 but the width is slightly snug. I always wear an 8 W. never had a problem. Overall, nice shoe but don't know that I'll keep them because of width.

I really wanted these shoes to work, but they're just a little "off" for me. I ordered my usual size for this type of shoe: 8.5 W. They are a little too wide in the heel and a little too narrow in the toe box. Since I don't need them to be any longer, there doesn't seem to be an option on another size. I think a lot of women have this issue of needing a shoe that's wide in the toe box but "medium" in the heel. But this one doesn't do it for me. But it would be a fine shoe for anyone for whom it fits properly.

I thought I would love this shoe since it was so recommended by podiatrists. But it was just small and narrow, even though I ordered wide and a half size up. Seams were digging into my soles on the sides :-(

I usually love Vionic, but these were not as comfortable for me as I hoped. The toe bed was quite narrow. I have average feet, but these were narrow. The were also quite stiff. I wanted them for walking. I walk every morning 2-4 miles, but these are not the ticket.

The arch support was very comfortable. The problem was with the toe box, full leather construction made it feel like my foot was rubbing against two knots where the vertical leather piece and the horizontal leather piece on the outside of each side of the foot intersect, near the top of the laces. Purchased a wide and this still bothered me. At this price, cannot take the chance the problem will ease up once broken in. Abeo walking shoes have a nice mesh toe box, but the arch support with the Vionic is more comfortable. So, I purchased Vionic insoles and hope they work in my Abeo's.
