The "Relax" slipper has become the "SHRINKING" slipper. Have been purchasing this shoe for 10 + years and adjustable velcro straps are now NON EXISTANT - making it impossible to adjust for wider widths. If you suffer from bunions or corns forget about it. Physically compared them up to my old pair and overall length is SHORTER and width SLIMMER. Horribly disappointed; the COST HAS GONE UP yet quality has suffered. DISGUSTED - these are going back.
As ALWAYS Zappos offers GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Because I wear quite a few Vionic shoes I thought the slippers would be great. Boy was I wrong. These slippers have no support and I am back to wearing my Vionic flip flops around the house because at least they have some arch support. I should have saved my money.

I have several pairs of these. I have to wear shoes at all times due to plantar fasciitis and I wear these around the house all the time. I have not had any pain at all since switching over to Vionic shoes which was recommended by my chiropractor.

Really pleasantly surprised by these slippers! I thought they were going to be a terry cloth material but they're so much softer. These fit my foot better than any of my precious vionic slippers, and they felt really sturdy.

I love the relax slipper so much. It's so comfortable and stylish and has helped me to prevent planter fasciitis that had once given me problems. I am so disappointed that your site says the slipper has been retired. This slipper is by far the best ever and I'm concerned about not having it in the future. Please continue making it!!!!
