Unfortunately I had to return. They had great arch support which is what I needed but are just too "clunky" for what I want walking around the house.

The arch support is good, but the slipper closing is too loose, so the slippers are not stable, particularly on stairs. I pulled the tab over as far as possible and still needed more velcro to close the slippers more tightly. The slippers need to be redesigned so that they can be made narrower and thus fit more securely. It's a shame, since the sole is good for those with plantar fasciitis.

Awkward, did not fit well. I tried adjusting it multiple times but my foot kept sliding around. The sole was also very stiff.

The slippers are made well. I have plantar fasciitis and when I wear them my feet do not hurt. Unfortunately, after I started wearing them regularly I began to get sciatic pain. This is something that I have never had before. It went away when I quit wearing them and came back when I tried them again. They are very cute and will fit any width because of the velcro straps. If you are looking for good support, they have it. If you want soft and cushy, they are not for you!

I wanted to wear these a while before I wrote a review. It's been a couple months. I must say that for the price I am disappointed at the quality. One of the straps is starting to come unsewn on the sole stitching. The velcro wasn't stitched on very well on one strap and is starting to fray and tear away. I have one strap that kind of has a wing to it because it doesn't grab well. I like having the sturdier support under my feet, that feels great. They do run large, I had to order a size smaller to fit lengthwise. I have a wide foot and it doesn't seem too wide or too narrow. Not sure if I would spend that much money again because of the quality of this pair, but I do like a good slipper. I work from home and tend to wear slippers a lot and want some of the qualities this slipper has but at better durability.

Had to return it...too big. I wear a 9.5, my mom wears a 10 and this size 9 slipper was too big for both of us.

I had high hopes for this slipper, after I ordered a size smaller than usual. But the strap across the top of my foot has stretched so much that I've just about run out of Velcro, to keep the strap connected. At this point, I'm beginning to feel they may cause me to trip. The material is soft, but doesn't make up for the design flaws and the price.

My feet slid right through. There is nothing to hold your foot in place. The strapping sits really high. Perhaps if you have high arches this works. My feet are flat and my toes slid over the edge. So a return is a must.

I was looking for something comfortable but supportive to wear around the house. I wear shoes constantly to prevent plantar fasciitis flare ups and wanted something a little "cushier" than the Birkenstock styles I mostly wear at home. These Vionic slippers looked like a good option. I was surprised to feel how heavy of a shoe these are. For comparison, they are heavier than my Birkenstock sandal styles, and fit more narrow than Birkenstock styles. I could feel the seam at the bottom edge of each side of my foot where the flaps are sewn on. With the plush footbed, slightly elevated heel, and simple large flap closure of the slipper, I felt like my foot was slipping forward to the front of the shoe with each step. Sadly these will be returned and I'll continue my search for a supportive slipper.

Runs big and wide. Had to return

I should have listened to reviews. It was wide and my feet felt like they were slipping out. Not comfortable at all.

I replaced my UGG slippers with these, and they are not comfortable at all! I'm not sure why...they are super wide but the top strap rubs the top of my foot. I'm pretty sure I'm going to have a blister. The straps have a velcro closure, and I have adjusted multiple ways. I have loosened and tightened with no improvement. It is too bad because they have great support, and I love they have a hard bottom.

I liked these slippers at first - HOWEVER - soon found the that sole is quite slippery on a wood floor or hard surface. I've tried to rough up the sole a bit but whatever material it is soon gets slippery again. Will not buy again.

The therapeutic value of these slippers is unmatched and benefit individuals with Plantar Fascitis, muscle diseases, foot deformities or just by offering great support. HOWEVER, VIONIC is totally aware that the material on all their slippers is substandard and wears away far too quickly. That should not be happening for a product this expensive, not within just a few weeks or even a few months! I am a medical professional and am also on a healthcare advisory board for a leading news station. I've referred patients, friends and colleagues to these slippers. Our news staff was actually able to contact Vionic's quality control division and they stated to us, over a year ago, that they were "Looking into having their vendor address this known problem of the fabric eroding away too quickly". The FACT is, they sell these slippers to millions of people, worldwide, because people are willing to buy them for the therapeutic value, regardless of the defective fabric used. Therefore, Vionic has no real interest in having the quality of the fabric addressed and improved upon. They will just keep overpricing them and get away with it. AND to quote a Zappos customer service rep this morning, "If you don't like the quality of the Zappos slippers, find another product". So, once again, my friends, patients, colleagues and I, like 1000's of other Vionic slippers customers , will continue to order them for their therapeutic value, allowing Vionic and their vendors to continue to take advantage of loyal customers. Pathetic example of the disregard for the consumer.

Arch not in correct spot for shoe size

The sizing i really good on there, but no matter how I set the velcro, the faux fur is slippery, my feet slid out of them - usually at just the wrong moment & I would stumble. Can't have that.

I had been searching for slippers with arch support, and really loved these slippers at first. They are cute, and I liked that they were adjustable, as they seem to run pretty wide, and I have average width feet. But after about a month they began to really hurt the ball of my feet, right where it meets the big toe. It got so bad I had to stop wearing them. Would not buy again.

I had to return it because I have narrow feet, and even with the Velcro closing my feet kept slipping through.

I thought these would be soft, but they're like wooden planks wrapped in fuzz. I had to return them.

Good arch support and soft. However, the weight of the shoe is so heavy it was hurting the top of my foot as it flipped back when I walked. I was so disappointed! I am sending them back.

I have very high arches so I thought these would be the ticket. They are cute and I liked the velcro on the top, but the arch support is just too stiff and too high. They almost made me feel like I was rolling to the outside of my foot, and I felt very out of alignment with them on. They may work for others, but for me the arches were too much. Back they go.

The slipper is not comfortable for me at all. The top straps are too high on my instep and cut into the top of my foot. I guess it is not your fault, it is my foot. I have tried to wear them for nearly two weeks now. I can only wear them for short periods of time. I was really bummed out though after paying $60 for them to find out they were made in China. Sorry but I am really sick of that. I try to only buy products made in the USA whenever possible.

These slippers felt comfortable at first but after two weeks of wear, I noticed that my feet slips forward easily despite the fastened Velcro. The furry foot bed flattened and I can feel whatever lies underneath. I also feel an aching pain around the arch area. This is not my first pair of orthaheels. For the price, I am disappointed of its quality.

This slipper wasn't near as comfy as lead to believe. It was also very large and hard to walk in once I got them adjusted. Order a size smaller than what you need if you order these. Mine are going back.
