This slipper is the only one I have found that doesn't make my feet and back hurt. Perfect for those with flat feet who need support in the arches. I can walk around my house all day in these and not have any pain. The only complaint I have is that they cannot be tightened enough with the velcro and my foot slips out easily. This is very dangerous on the stairs. I will have to sew some extra velcro on these so I can make them tighter.

This slipper is great if you need support. It is well made and comfortable, but sadly, my foot is narrow and I just could not keep the slipper on. I could not fit the Velcro strap tight enough. The Velcro is a great idea however, and is a good way to get a super fit for most people. The leopard print was fun!

Like this slipper very much, however, wish it could be more firmly adjusted to a narrower width. The velcro just doesn't hold when you tighten the straps.

It is comfortable on the soles and the arch support is good, but these slippers from the very first wear, were very wide, even after trying tightening the velcro straps. I had to tighten each pair so much that the leftover slack on the outer end of straps curl out and it is not a good look. And you need to keep tightening as it gets a bit loose once you walk on it for a while. Also makes my feet sweaty and I know it says to just wipe them but come on, that is not going to cut it. I washed them in the gentle cycle and air dried. And they were fine.

Sadly, these are yet another strike for my relationship with Vionic. I have high arches and was excited for the support in a slipper, but these are not it. There's almost no heel support outside of a heel cup, but it's hard as a brick. I work from a standing desk at home and these were alright on carpet, but hardwood floors - no way! I was annoyed by the strap as I found I had to adjust for socks, and over time (I wore these for about 9 months) the straps loosen and your foot slides around. I have a tall foot, but it isn't wide (I hope that helps someone, I never see that written anywhere). If you have planters fasciitis, I would look elsewhere.

I have several pairs of Vionic sport shoes in size 11 medium. These slippers were too wide. I was not able to adjust the velcro strap enough to keep them on my feet.

I liked the arch support of the Vionic Relax, but there was no flex in the sole & they felt very clunky as I tried them out around the house. Not comfortable enough to wear as a house slipper (but bonus points for the adjustable instep strap). Still on the hunt for a supportive house shoe :-(

I felt like I couldn't keep the slipper on my foot.

I needed a slipper well cushioned for my metatarsals. This was very hard. Very disappointed.

They were just “ ok “. I was looking for more support and heel cushioning for the price considering it’s a slipper. I returned them and ordered something else.

Was looking for a bit more support and comfort in the heel area. Overall a nice slipper but didn’t work for me.

They looked beautiful when they arrived. After just a week of wear you can really see the foot imprint and wear. Love the feel but they no longer good at all.

Nice look. BAd fit. Too wide no matter how tight I make Velcro. Foot slides all way down. Arch not in good spot. Returning

Other reviews here or elsewhere stated that the straps weren't really holding the toes together, sadly, this is so. I am keeping them because there isn't anything else with enough support for me to wear in the house. Looking for something else...

The shoes were too large. Will return.

True to size. Personally for an open toe slipper I would prefer and different fabric.

I love the style and they looked well made. I have a wide width and they fit fine. The problem was the arch. I use orthotics every day and this arch was way to high to be comfortable. Sadly I had to return them. That’s why I gave it a 3. I point each for style, length and width.

The seam on the left slipper was rough and rubbing my pinky toe. Had to return . Zappos customer service is the best !

I have had about 6 pairs in different colors over the years. The width is adjustable but they just somehow felt a bit narrower in the actual footbed and just didn't seem as comfortable as they used to

I love the print on these slippers and it was soft against my bunions. The arch is excellent but it hit my foot in the wrong place and the slipper did not feel secure on my foot. These felt a bit narrow to me but it could be my wide foot with high arches.

I wanted to like this slipper however, the arch is too hard and did not align with my arch thus caused me some pain. I have noticed that the arch has become very hard and I have had to return many shoes/sandal/slippers. Also, the slippers are very big even with the Velcro moved all the way over

It's changed and not for the better. I've worn these as house shoes for over 5 years and they have been the salvation of my aching feet. The pair I just received has a new slippery, faux-fur surface material that sheds all over the house. I also don't feel safe in them because my feet slip/shift and I am in fine foot health/strength again these days. Be aware if you are not steady on your feet. The cheap fabric is worn off the heel lip after about one week of wear. I would not recommend or buy again unless the they replace the fabric. Such a shame.

Sturdy hard sole. Velcro is not strong And needs repeated readjustments. Arches are super high. It's not a comfortable walk In these slippers for me. I like firm but this is too firm. I wanted a little bit more cushion. I bought the shoes because I have plantar fasciitis and a bad right knee. The shoes are probably too firm for these problems. I wear 8 1/2 shoe so I ordered a size 9. I had to return the nines because they were huge. Reordered a size 8. That size was adequate. Returning them due to Velcro and too firm for my issues.

Very supportive slipper. The heel and arch are great but my toes were uncomfortable on the outside of the top of the slipper. The slipper raises up and it hurt my toes. I am usually a medium width and this just wasn't right. Yet the larger size was overall too big.

The footbed is great. The soft fabric is great. The adjustable straps are nice because I have wide feet. There's just something about the positioning of the straps combined with the stiffness of the velcro that makes them uncomfortable across my instep.
