Bit tough to get used to the built in arch but after a few days they feel great. Like the look and the support they provide. Durable shoe also.

Love the shoes. I had terrible heel pain at the start of summer from wearing regular sandals. Within two days of wearing these the pain was gone. At first the arch support seemed severe, but that sensation quickly wore off as my foot adjusted. Now it feels strange to put on my tennis shoes that have support but not as much. These really do what they are supposed to do. Only other thing I can note is that I'm a 7 1/2 and so I got the 7. It fits but there is open space in the toe area (I guess my foot is narrow). I got a 6 just to compare and my foot was falling off the back.

Cute, slightly chunkier than i thought, comfy arch support. The flower petals hit my toes in a slightly uncomfortable way but I think I will get used to it. I buy one pair of Orthaheels each summer and all four pair are still in decent shape.

The service was amazing! Do not order a size up (I am 8 1/2-9) as the 9 were huge, but after a phone call to Zappos the next day the size 8 arrived. My only complaint is that the left one was much looser than the right one. They run loose, so it was even more noticeable. I have gotten many compliments and they are so comfortable under my feet and no more heel pain.

I ordered this in green and thought it was very cute. I normally wear an 8M but ordered both the 7 and the 8 because Orthaheel tends to run large. I returned them both because neither fit well. The 7 fit in the width but was too short in the length and the 8 fit in the length but was much too wide.

This shoe took some getting used to. Took me 2 weeks to break it in and really feel comfortable. I have wide flat feet and was recently diagnosed with plantar fasciitis. Needed a flip flop I can wear in the house since my podiatrist said I can't walk around bare footed. According to the manufacturer you should size down. I purchased another pair from another store before I bought this one and sizing down was too small. I would suggest you size up especially if you're a 1/2 size.

Bought and returning them. The color was very dull compared to the pic. And narrow. The foot bed felt comfortable though.

Love the look of these and the great arch support. Wish they had a narrower width - as I feel like I may walk out of them & need to grab them with my toes. Compliments galore!

I love this sandal. I have flat feet so I'm always looking for sandals with good support and these are excellent...cute too! I did think that they ran a bit short in length though.

I am sold on Orthaheel for comfort. I can wear them all day with no foot and leg pain. Love the flip flops. I may return this one, though, only because it's not quite my style. Just doesn't look as good on my big foot as the smaller, simple straps. But it is really cute.

The footbed is very comfortable but I had to return as the thong (that goes between toes) was too tight for my foot. The space from end of my toes to end of sandal was too long, they did not look right.

Very comfortable for my plantar fasciatis. However the color looked better online. It is a much more vibrant blue than shown. I liked the more subdued tone online, almost like suede. But I think the material looks plastic-like and cheap.

In the never ending search for a pair of shoes that give me good arch support, I tried Orthaheels. These are very cute. The flower is very stiff. I wore them for a short time and it was abrasive on my foot. The arch support is good for me - I have the highest arch of anyone I know. Not a great claim to fame. But the slick material of the foot bed combined with the high arch support made my feet slip to the outside of the shoes. My foot at this point was not place correctly on the shoe. The shoe is wide so if you have a narrower foot, this could be a problem. I agree with others that the materials used are not great quality.

I just bought these in the last 30 days. They are comfortable and work well for my heel pain. However, the surface of the shoe is already starting to wear off and I'm going to be returning them.

I was looking for an orthotic footbed and the cute style of this sandal appealed to me, but when it arrived, sadly, the fit was not right for me. Though I have narrow feet, my little toes "fell off" the edge of the shoe, as the shape of the footbed was not broad enough. I have normal feet -- no bunions, not misshapen from heels -- though my feet are a little flat. They were also just for fatter feet than mine, as the cross strap was not snug against the top of my foot. I wish they did fit better, but back they go.

Very cute - loved the style. The problem was the sole is so hard and pushes up to much in my arches. Was sad to return them.

This is a very cute sandal. However, I found them wider than my other Orthaheels, and the instep was incredibly stiff and uncomfortable. Furthermore, the flower petals on the right shoe kept curling upward, which made the shoe look different from the left one. I returned them.

Wanted to love it, but they are too floppy and big. I think Orthaheel runs more than a size large.

I was excited to try these sandals. Unfortunetly they dont fit quite right. Even though I read a few reviews that said they were good for high insteps they were too tight on the top of my foot. I think people confuse the terms high arch and high instep. Also, the toe post was too far in so my foot could not slide to the proper place so that the arch suport would be in the correct position. The width also seemed a little off. they seemed to be a little narrow.

Nice looking orthotic sandal. Instep high and hard on the feet. Could not get used to wearing this cute sandal.

Nice style. Ran small. Foot bed material and upper uncomfortable. Leather would have been better for an expensive sandal.

I love the style and support of these sandals, but the strap is long, and the elastic gores are not enough to tighten it to a comfortable fit for a thin (top of toe to the sole) foot. I would have to grip my toes constantly to keep these on my feet. A little less strap with more elastic might just be the perfect solution.

Beautiful style, but the straps are much too loose. They were actually dangerous to walk in; my foot kept sliding sideways. I have several other pairs of different style flip flops from this same company (Orthaheel), and have never had this problem with any of those. It must just be this one style, which is cut wider than the others (all same size, Medium width). Very sad to have to return these; but they are much too wide to wear safely.
