Out of all the shoes in my closet, this is my go to shoe. Really helps relieve the soreness from my heel spur. Good purchase.

If you need serious arch support, this sandal has it. It actually has even more arch support than my orthotic - which is why it is a bit uncomfortable to wear when my plantar fasciitis is acting up. Otherwise, well made and nice looking.

These sandals are incredible. My hip pain has completely stopped since wearing them. I can wear them all day, without foot pain. My podiatrist recommended them...my favorite new shoe!

These are the only flip flops I can wear that provide enough arch support. It is a good thing I live in the heat of Texas, because I wear them all year long.

I absolutely love these shoes! My plantar faciitis was so bad that I could hardly walk without pain. After a week in these shoes I am feeling a lot better! They needed no break in time. I will buy more colors!

So, I have wide feet and pronate (sp?), which mean I roll inward. Typical flip flops only exacerbate the problem. These Orthosoles flip flops absolutely counteract this, w/o looking like a crazy orthopedic shoe. I do wish that it came in a slimmer style, but maybe that's not possible given the built-in insole. However, they're great for weekends and running errands, or wearing to work (as long as I change into my work shoes once I arrive). They look a lot like Reefs, I think. A completely unique shoe. I'm thrilled I found them. Tip: I had to break them in a bit, meaning the straps dug into the top of my foot a little bit. I should have worn Band-Aids, but I didn't. If you feel the canvas-like straps digging into your feet, put on Band-Aids before, not after. But that's probably obvious, I was just foolish.

This is a great shoe; it really supports my arch. I can walk all day in them. I will be ordering another pair.

I suffer from severe foot pain and swelling and these flip flops are so comfortable for my feet that I purchased another pair. Well worth the money for me!

I absolutely love these sandals! They are amazingly comfortable and versatile. I can easily walk the long hot white sands of Manhattan Beach, I can energetically walk the streets and hills of San Fransisco, I can navigate gate changes at the airport in them and feel like I am wearing my best running shoe with custom orthotics. I have a pair in black and now the brown/bronze color. Both are attractive. Zappos' service is incredible. They shipped them immediately on a weekend and I got them in no time!

As someone who has suffered from plantar fasciitis, these shoes are wonderful. Great arch support, comfortable, and they actually look cute. On the casual side, but the brown goes nicely with beige summer clothing.

These flip flops provide better arch support than most of the other sandals we looked at. I was afraid that my foot would slip around too much and the arch support would not always be in the appropriate place, but they are sturdy shoes that are comfortable and they stay in place so the arch support works.

Purchased these & a pair of Orthaheel South Beach flip flops for my daughter's birthday in June. She just loves them. They have been her go to sandals all summer.

Excellent shoe. The gold color is attractive also. I have had no foot pain since wearing. I have pronated feet and bunion from teaching fitness classes for 20 years. I just got a compliment on the look yesterday.

I have a high arch in my foot so finding a comfortable pair of shoes is tough. These shoes have the perfect arch for my feet. Comfortable from the moment I put them on. Will buy again!

I suffer from a heel spur & falling arches & have been trying to find a shoe that would give me some comfort. I am a hair stylist & have worked every day in pain for the last 8 months until I found these flip flops! I have no discomfort when wearing these. I put them on as soon as I get out of bed in the morning & wear them till I go to bed at night. I just purchased the sneakers for wearing in the cold months & I've worn them around the house a little & I know I will be working in comfort this winter. An excellent choice! The toe separator did hurt, I had to put something between it & my skin, but other then that I would recommend these for anyone with a heel spur!

These are the most amazing shoes! I had given up on wearing flip-flops due to chronic heel pain. After one day of wearing these I was pain free and my feet felt energized! I immediately ordered a second pair in black. The black is significantly more attractive than the brown. I cannot say enough good things about this product as a runner and busy Mom!

I have pretty bad ongoing plantar faciitis and discovered the Orthaheel flip-lops last summer. They are the only shoes that I can wear for long periods of time other than my tennis shoes with orthotics. I love these and Zappos has them at a better price than I had been paying for them!

These sandals are the best I have ever worn. I have R/Arthritis and sandals were hard to find that felt good. I want to buy more pairs.

Awesome! These quickly became my go to sandal. I can't even walk comfortably on my hard floors some sort of shoe on, and the arch support in these are just what I needed. Did a lot of walking on vacation in these and my feet were happy. I'll be looking for more Orthaheel footwear in the future.

These shoes are very comfortable once you get use to them. I have a high arch and I had to wear them for about an hour a day the first few days. Now I wear them all the time and my feet feel great. Would recommend them to anyone with a high arch. I wear a size 8 and that's what I oredered and they fit well.

I have been dealing with a heel spur the past year and thought I was stuck wearing only shoes with orthodics. Then I saw an ad for these flip flops and thought I'd give them a try--after wearing them, my feet feel great and I ended up buying an additional pair in another style. I am happy I can keep cool and comfortable.

Holy moly. I put these on for the first time and they felt amazing. I have been battling plantar fasciitis for the past two-plus years and had given up even the thought of wearing any shoes but sneakers with my custom orthotics, much less flip-flops. So happy I now have shoes that my feet can breathe in that feel good too!

These are the most comfortable shoes for long wearing and walking. It helps with back pain a lot.

Very comfortable and stylish summer flip-flop. I got these because I have plantar fasciitis and the usually flat flip flops were not good for my feet. These have excellent arch support. They take a little getting used to, but are very comfortable in the end.

I am 76 years old. I need to be careful to always support my foot arches. I walk on tiles in my condo in Arizona. It is plenty warm here! These shoes are so perfect! My feet are supported, cool and happy. Thank you Zappos.
