These flip flops are amazing! I have back problems and the pain was exacerbated by wearing bad shoes-mainly flip flops-with poor support. So I spent more than I normally do on a pair of flip flops and it is so worth it. It does take a few days to get used to the arch support, after a day or two my arch was a little tender to the touch-clearly my feet weren't used to that sort of support. But after a couple of days they were fine, no pain in my feet and my back is definitely thankful too!

Unbelievably comfortable. I didn't even have a break-in period. Thinking of getting more colors, different styles. Highly recommend! Had a little bit of a heel pain prior to purchasing. After wearing for a few weeks it's all gone. Worth a try with Zappos since there is no risk if you don't like.

This is my 8th pair of Orthaheel Tide. I buy every color I see and wear them every day, all day. I usually walk about 3 miles a day. Need I say more?

This is the most comfortable flip-flop I have ever had. The arch support is tremendous, and the cushioning is very good.

Felt very comfortable with excellent arch support. However, need one size smaller.

Bought a pair of the bronze ones last year and love the support I get with them. Decided to get the silver ones this year to have another color option. I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis last year, and found these the perfect casual shoes for summer.

Shoes offer just the right kind of support, with excellent arch support and comfortable soles. They were a great buy!

I was having pain in my right foot and with summer, I didn't want to wear tennis shoes or orthotics all summer. As soon as I put these on, my pain was relieved. I am able to walk in these much further than regular flip flops. I highly recommend and hope to buy more in the future!

I absolutely love these flip flops. I love them so much that I bought another pair in black! I love my flip-flops, but the lack of arch support was taking its toll on my feet. After seeing these on Dr. Oz, I quickly purchased my first pair and I absolutely love them! They have great arch support and feel really good on my feet!

I have had plantar fasciitis for the last seven years and I ordered these once before and sent them back because the toe strap was very uncomfortable. It leaves a sore between my toes. Well I have decided to stick it out and have had this pair for three days and the toe strap is still very rough. They make my feet feel much better though and I think the strap will eventually soften up. I usually wear high arch Birkenstocks and these are a much more cushiony shoe with excellent arch support. I just wish they would make the toe strap out of some softer material.

Great orthotic flip-flop! I have plantar fasciitis, so wearing flip flops had been out of the question for me for the last few years. I wore supportive sandals or sneakers, but I retired my flip flops due to the pain. But I love to wear flip flops during the summer. I researched shoes for plantar fasciitis and this is one of the brands that was recommended. I chose these rather than leather because I truly wanted something that looked like a flip flop. The other styles are very attractive too. I was skeptical paying so much money for a flip flop, but I figured I should give it a try. I'm so glad I did! I'm wearing them all the time now. They look like an ordinary flip flop, but they don't feel like one! They have great arch support, and are firmer than a regular flip flop. It took a few days of getting used to the arch, but now they are so comfortable. So glad I got them. No pain now, and wearing my flip flops!

I have been suffering from Plantar Fasciitis and these flip flops are a miracle for any PF sufferer. I had been spending all of my time in my walking shoes with my orthotics and I was not too happy. I wanted something with some style, so I decided to give these a try. After the initial break in period, I have been wearing these sandals all day, every day and my heel pain is practically gone. I am so happy with the results that I just ordered a pair "Carla" sandals from Zappos! Next, I'll try one of the mules or Maryjane's.

the arch took a bit of getting used to...but i'm so glad i stuck it out. these are my new favs, second only to my vibram 5 fingers. i wear them everywhere.

Bought these for my 12 year old daughter who has problems with her ankles subluxing. They are great and well worth the money for her. They allow her to wear flip flops like the rest of the kids but still have her feet and ankles in better alignment. Obviously they aren't as supportive as her running shoes but they are much better than any other sandal we've found for her.

Love these flip flops! Ordered a 2nd. pair and planning on getting a third pair soon! Really! helps the plantar fasciitis feel better!

The high arch took a little bit to get used to but they're great otherwise. They looks great, fit true to size, and really help to relieve a lot of back pain.

I agree with someone posting about being tight/pinchie. I knew the top belt part was going to stretch, rubbed on my left foot, right hand for a week or so, also between both toes, but now it is very comfortable and have good arch support. Style is 4 star, since very very plain.

These are wonderful! I ruptured a disc in my back a few months ago. This shoe/flip flop has been a God send! They are so comfortable and have helped with my back pain. It does take a bit to get use to them. I first thought I would send them back but wore them for a while and now I don't know how I lived without them!

Other reviewers have mentioned this, but the first few days these do hurt after a couple hours of wear. After that they are perfectly comfortable.

I have had tendinitis is the past and this is my go to flip flop. The arch support is great! Also like the bronze color.

I got this shoe in black, it is a bit dressier than a plain flip flop because of the patent band on the straps. Got many compliments on them the first time I wore them, and no one believed they were orthotics! Took a bit to get used to the thong between the toes, but that happens every summer when the sandals come out. True to size and very supportive.

Have several pairs of Orthaheels, they fit fine. This pair is way too wide. Had to return.

I have plantar fasciitis and need summer sandals and thongs with good arch support. These fit the bill. Best arch support thongs I have tried on. Great for anyone with plantar fasciitis or high arches.

Love my Orthaheel sandals, they are my house slippers/everyday shoes. These ran too small but liked them for casual wear. Will be sending them back for a larger size. I normally wear an 8 1/2 and I ordered a woman's 8.

Seriously, I don't know what I'd do without these sandals! I have a very high arch, and I live in South Florida. I own a pair in every color, and I have gifted these to many Family members. They are so comfortable! I highly recommend the Orthoheel Tide Sandal! They rock!
