Overall I feel this is a great flip, however it was not long enough to fit my foot and I felt as though my heel was hitting the edge of the shoe and it would eventually cause irritation.I do feel that they are extremely supportive in the arch area. I have PTTD and this flip supported my arch area very nicely and kept me from pronating. I felt that if I went one size up they would have been too big, so I am sending them back.

I just received these and unfortunately, they are going right back. First of all, they run at least a full size smaller if not more. I usually wear a size 8 but got a 9 and my heel touches the back edge of the sandal...it's not terribly uncomfortable, but I'm sure it would be with extended wear. Having said that, I will not exchange it for,a larger size because I don't feel the quality warrants the cost. I expected these would have more cushioning in the sole area, but they are made of hard plastic. They do offer a lot of support for overpronators though. Oh well...the search continues for me.

I have plantar fasciitis and everything else possibly wrong with my feet it seems like. These are comfortable to put on and wear for a short period of time. Due to the severity of my pain, I was unable to wear them for long periods of time. I did give them to a friend who also has some mild foot pain and she loves them. So, I tend to lean toward a good product, but I personally needed more support/cushion.

Bought these to wear on beach. After walking for little bit they become quite uncomfortable between the toes. Also the metatarsal pad was not sufficient enough.

Color was not a bright white like I hoped. It was more of an off white..almost cream. No arch support, but they were comfortable!

I purchased these because they have built in metatarsal support, which is rare in any shoe, let alone a sandal. The sandals were the right size for me in terms of length and width, but unfortunately the metatarsal support (built in pad) hit my foot in the wrong spot, too far back. Sadly, did not work for me.

I over pronate and have a high arch, so I need a supportive shoe. I think these may have been comfortable if they had fit me right. I wear an 8.5; but since they don't come in half sizes, I ordered the 8. It was too short and ended up putting a lot of painful pressure between my toes with the thong. The overall length in the 8 seemed to be good though, and I felt that the 9 would have been too long; so I returned them and ordered the much more expensive Aetrex Dawn which I love.

I ordered these in my usual size 7... they were too small (by at least a half inch). Also, I have plantar fasciitis.. the sole of the shoe was too thin.. felt like I was walking on the hard floor without any shoes on. As for the style.. I like them.. I'm casual most of the time so these would have worked.

If you need support for foot or ankles problems, look somewhere else. These sandals have very little support. Had to return them.

I had to return these flip flops because they didn't provide the arch support I needed. Also, the ribbon that connects the straps felt uncomfortable between my big toe and next toe.

After all the great reviews about arch support, I was so ready to like these, but I did not find them to be comfortable. I am a 9 1/2 and got these smaller as was suggested - and they fit as far as length. However, the arches, which didn't seem to match up with my arches, were not as high as I hoped, and seemed to hit in the wrong place. Also, and it's hard to see from the photos, there is a strange large bump, apart from the arch, in the center of each shoe bed. Finally, the part of the thong that goes between the toes, is a thick, rough, ribbon and I can see it would cause a blister. So I had to return them.

Was hopeful about these but after the first few steps I knew they were not for my feet. Both left and right ended up crooked with each step so my big toes were overhanging the inside of the sole. Orthaheels work better but not as attractive.

Read reviews before I bought them and I disagreed. Not true to size or comfortable either. I do have wide feet and these are for narrow widths.

These WERE the best ever flip flops. I have been wearing them year round for 5 years. Just ordered a new pair and they no longer fit. Assuming they are now made somewhere else. They are actually shorter then my other 2 pair and my heel now hangs off them. If they fit you-- they are great. As for me- the new ones are going back.

I am amazed these got such high ratings because I wore these for 40 minutes to the dog park and it was the longest 40 minutes ever. First, they are kind of cute for casual flip-flops. Second, they are made out of some kind of material that is not rubber nor plastic. It is kind of a blend. They turned staticky once I hit the park because all the dead grass accumulated inside the shoe so I kept trying to clean it out but the static was so bad it was not coming clean. It was getting to be kind of a funny - annoying game. Needless to say, I am returning these.
