Very comfortable, lightweight, lots of arch support for my very high arches. Very casual in appearance. I wear an 8.5 and since this doesn't come in half sizes I got an 8 and it is perfect.

Spenco shoes were recommended to me by my podiatrist and I love them. I have plantar fasciitis and I never have a problem when I wear these shoes.

Great arch support in a very comfortable sandal! So glad to find a sandal I can wear all day without feeling any foot, ankle or knee pain due to lack of arch supports that most other sandals have! Spenco sandals are the only kind I will purchase for now on!

I love not having to give up summer casual "flip flops" after a back injury. These are so supportive and comfortable, I can walk for miles in them! I ordered another pair in a different color. Worth the price to me!

Finally, they came up with a dressier style. The pain from my bone spur in the bottom of my heel is completely gone from wearing Spenco sandals. I just got this pair plus another one today and they feel great - no break-in period required. I tried Orthaheel and had to send them back. They were so uncomfortable. You won't make a mistake buying these.

I love these shoes! Wish they would dress the Spencos up even more! So comfortable. I have wide feet and these are perfect!

Shoes were well made and nice but found that after wearing them for few minutes each time I had hip pain. Thought at first I was imagining things but made a concerted to test and sure enough, hip pain after wearing.

Great shoes. Comfortable, look good and good arch support. They look like they are made to last too.

These shoes are nice and may have prevented my plantar fascia, but since I already have very sore heels now and spurs, the shoes do not cushion my heels enough so I have to return them.

Love these! More than the Reefs! Don't get me wrong - the Reefs are very comfortable but they don't last that long and wear out very fast compared to these, unfortunately! Wish these came in many colors - hopefully they will soon!

I have plantar fascia. I did not get them for that reason I just thought they would be better than other sandals. They are great and have helped my feet so much I live in these silly thing year round!

The best sandals I've owned-- Don't let the light appearance of these sandals fool you--these are AWESOME! I bought these because I needed a pair of sandals to do lots of walking around campus when visiting my son at USC (thus the need for sandals, and not shoes). I've worn a few of my other arch support sandals, even a really expensive pair (ahem-Finn Comfort-ahem), and by the end of the day, my feet were cramping up. Wearing these, my feet were a bit tired after a long day of walking around, but I was surprised that my feet felt as good as they did. FYI: My feet are very flat, and I am a tall and moderately heavy girl. Great quality and value. I just bought another pair in a different color-- LOVE THEM!

This is my second pair of the same sandal. The arch support is great and they are super comfy.

This is a wonderful addition to my around-the-house footwear as it really supports my arch. It feels as if I am standing up with better posture as well compared to other flip flops. The only issue I have is that my feet are wide and it is taking a while for these to stretch to accomodate that situation. Otherwise, a winner.

This is the best sandal for plantar fasciitis. I've tried Orthaheel and didn't like the rubbery soles that promote the sweaty factor. Spenco sandals are molded to fit and support your foot.

I have been dealing with plantar fasciitis (PF) since the winter, hoping it would be gone by summer. No such luck! It's been very disheartening to not be able to go barefoot and wear my several different pairs of flip flops because of the PF this summer. Then I found these amazing flip flops! If you are looking at these sandals, perhaps you are suffering too, so you better order a pair of these if you long to wear flip-flops and have PF. Please note: I rated the comfort as a 4 out of 5 because the toe strap on the one shoe bothers my foot a bit, but this has gone away with wear.

Looking for something close to a SPA foot massage? Spenco has it. Have you had several pairs from Merrell, to Havaiana's to Keen, to Reefs? Then your quest for a daily retreat from foot pain has ended here. Looking for sanctuary on a hot afternoon...? Well, we already know that Reefs make a great foot bed, and Merrell too. Havaianas, dont have a foot-bed, so they are flat-out of the running. Reef Merrell, and keen all have nice cushy arches. The Spenco is all that. Actually the Spenco is a few clicks above the Reef sandal for comfort, and perhaps a bit more durable. Better Arch, Heel, and Foot-bed support. a true orthotic in an elegant, if plain package. Lower rank on the cool factor, but what they lack in flair, they retain in feel. Best comfort sandal for daily use, and perfect for water, lake and ocean-side.

These were exactly what the doctor ordered - arch support, not bendy in the middle so as to give my foot a solid base, and lightweight. My foot pain is disappearing. Most important for me is they look good and are comfortable. True to size. Stay on easily. Toe thingie is instantly comfortable...no pain or blistering. Highly recommend.

These fit fine. I find I'm unhappy with flip-flops, but that's not Spenco's fault.

These are great flip flops! I like the support the strap and arches give my flat feet. The reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because they aren’t very cute and sometimes, the padding on my second toe on both feet gets sore from the way my toes grip the shoe after walking for a while.

Fits well, and offers great support, but I felt these shoes were a bit too wide (and I have pretty wide feet).

Ordered my normal size 6 and my heel was hanging off of the back. Arch and metatarsal support seemed good. Returning for a size 7.
