I got these from another store for my daughter who has flat feet and over pronates. The didn't last 2 months- the post pulled out with only light use. Maybe they were a defective pair? They were OK while they lasted, but the arch support was only good not excellent and the heel cup is not very deep. My daughter measures a size 5 but the 6 fit perfectly. she has a wide foot also, and these were just wide enough. I am going to try to find her a pair of Montrail Molokini that aren't too expensive for a growing kid.

Flip flops...The super cute ones have no support (which I've come to need) and the supportive ones are not super cute. These are a great compromise. While they don't have the crazy arch support of, say, an Orthaheel flip flop, they offer very nice arch support and they're more lightweight and flexible. I bought the pink in my size (7B) which fit my flat, but otherwise average foot, perfectly.

Great for heel spurs! I bought this because I have recently recovered from plantar fasciitis and still suffer from a heel spur. This causes no pain after normal walking and looks nice. I'm perfect size 7M and it fits like a glove.

I bought these at my podiatrist's office. They are terrific. From day 1 they haven't given me any of the discomfort I sometimes have with new shoes. I'd love another pair but don't like the other colors. I hope that Spenco will start making these in royal blue, deep purple, or red.

I wanted a sandal supported my arch. I ordered the Yumi and love it! I am considering ordering 2 more pair. Fabulous shoe! Comfortable and supportive. I wear mine nearly every day.

Very comfortable right out of the box. These cradle your heel so are easy to walk in with good arch support. I have higher arches and these worked for me very well. They look like regular flip flops too, without that old lady or tree hugger style that some comfort sandals have. Highly recommended.

I purchased this for my wife as she had some arch pain. She has been using it for the past month and it has helped her.

I've been having problems recently with the metatarsal area on one of my feet and these are the only things I can keep on my feet at the moment. Bought one in every color.

I needed a light color sandal for the summer and from the reviews decided to give these a try. They fit perfectly and are wonderfully comfortable. The piece between the toes is just right-not too loose or tight. I have a lot of difficulty finding shoes that not only fit but are comfortable which is why I always go to Zappos. Their customer is outstanding.

Just started wearing my Spencos purchased because of plantar fasciitis. They a great summer alternative to wearing my orthotics!

I ordered these shoes in a w 10. I normally wear a 9.5. These fit like a glove. I ordered the pink and I just love them. The arch support is not too severe and perfect for my flat feet.

got these shoes for my wife who has Plantar fasciitis and needed the extra arch support. She also couldn't find flip flops that didn't irritate the top of her foot at the strap, well this shoe seems to have solved the problem. She has had these on for about 3 hours walking around the house and they aren't hurting her in any way so far. hopefully this will continue. Contrary to what some say they really they aren't ugly shoes, they aren't dressy, that you would be embarrassed to be seen in. I in fact like the way they look and will be ordering more pair for my wife if she continues to enjoy them. She likes the look but loves the feel.

I felt the sandal ran a bit small. I could have worn it, but maybe due to the width, it felt a bit short.

Very pleased to have found a flip flop with arch support. Not something I could wear all day and a little tight. Perfect for watering plants and garden and poolside though.

These sandals have plenty of cushion and arch support. The strap is substantial enough to hold my foot in place without being uncomfortable. I highly recommend these sandals.

I love wearing flip flops but using my ankles start to hurt due to the lack of arch support. I didn't want to give up my flip flops, and so my chiropractor recommended these. They are amazing, I can even jog in them! They ran about a half size small for me, I'm usually a 9.5 but 9 fits perfectly. They also look really good, which is so rare with any kind of orthopedic shoe. Also completely fine in the rain. I'm buying them in another color I love them!

Very comfortable for high arches and metatarsal problems. Runs long at toe area. Good for people who have medium to long toes. Fits like a medium but foot bed is wide.

Great support and even a tad cushy. Top strap is very comfy. My foot is narrow so these were a little too wide for me.

Sandals are a good buy, comfortable and stylish. Only a bit too wide for my feet.

I bought these as I am coping with plantar fasciitis. They were supportive and comfortable. Of course Zappos is in a class by itself when it comes to service...I love them!

Love the look and feel of the shoes but they squeak when you walk like other cheaper flip flops.

I have a very high arch and was very disappointed that these do not have enough arch support. I will be sending these back.

These are kind of cute. I bought them for the comfort, but the arch was not high enough for me, I am going for the Montrail Molokini.

Flat as a pancake and the toe strap is uncomfortable on me. The photos made it appear like there's a slight heel but it's more like a heel cup. More like an orthotic shoe insert with straps added. Also very thin overall, and I feel every pebble outdoors. Wish I had not removed the tags or I would be sending them back.
