Really good shoe but it just didn't fit my difficult feet!

I must have 4+ pairs of the Gomera in diff colors. Their insoles are removable so I can wear my orthotics for most of the day. Since I have to switch insoles 3-4 times per day for foot and muscle issues, I can switch back to Gomera's reg insoles around the house in the evening. This keeps pain away for me. I need 5+ foot surgeries for my deformed feet that I cannot have so keeping me out of pain is a must. I love the 4points of adjustments since the toe area of my feet have spread w/age and deformity, the mid section has tender nerves over the top which are not irritated because I can adjust the pressure and the heel is adjustable b/c my heels are small and need a diff size to work. So glad that Finn is coming out w/diff fabrics and colors! I also like that the sole is thick so I don't feel any pebbles which cause pain as I walk outdoors. I need sandals b/c my toes hurt and this way they're freer to move and have space. They last a long time and my shoe cobbler has replaced the Velcro when nec as I wear mine so much I've worn them out yet the shoes still have miles to go! Pricey but these last. Can't argue with pain in the feet that travels up. Gotta have 'em.

Great shoes, have a tan pair just like these and my foot slips around in them so am returning the black pair.

This is the third pair of Finn sandals I have purchased although the first in this style. The leather is a bit lighter in weight than the other two pair. They have excellent support and good arches as well. They are a tad grandmotherly but I have hip, knee and back issues as a somewhat older person so I guess that comes with the territory. The red color is very cute and will be great to match with spring and summer outfits. I primarily have worn Birkenstocks for years ( I have many colors) but have found for longer walking outings they are not quite what I need. These are pricey shoes but do wear like iron and will last for years.

These are amazing shoes and totally worth the price. I bought them for an upcoming trip for which I was told I needed "business casual" shoes that could withstand long periods of walking in a warm climate. Guess what? These shoes meet every one of those needs, and I am so pleased with them. I was skeptical as to their comfort level, but I've worn them for hours at a time in the lead-up to this trip with no blisters or discomfort of any kind. They are also exceptionally cute shoes that coordinate well with casual or business clothing. I bought the "black points" color, and that color looks a little like patent leather (just a bit), which dresses the shoes up nicely for a business environment. I will most definitely purchase Finn Comfort again in the future. Love these shoes!

I love this sandals, but I'm a disappointed with the color. I requested them in the cognac, but when I received the pair, I noticed that the color was more a 'dark tan' (not a 'true cognac' that the picture of the sandals resembles more). Having the fact that they fit me perfectly (which in my case is hard to find), I decided to keep the pair.

These are great shoes but not dressy enough for what I need them for. Have ordered another pair that should work better.

These sandals are extremely comfortable. Theft mold to your foot after a few times wearing them. The comfort makes it worth it to spend a little more.

Very comfortable, but they look like grandma sandals. I had to send them back.

When one gets to a certain age, we need style and comfort. After all, who wants to wear old lady sandals?? Not me. These are undoubtedly the priciest sandals I have ever purchased but I feel that they are a good investment that will serve me well for many years.

This shoe gives me good stability in a sandal and is dressy enough for a variety of occasions.

Really great support and nice looking. I love that the back strap is adjustable, along with the top straps, which doesn't happen often with this style.

Pricey? YES; worth every penny? YES! I've been wearing these while recovering from a broken foot (5th metatarsal) and they've been great. But I don't plan to stop wearing them. I can wear them all day without anything hurting anywhere, and I feel very secure. Also, I've had a number of friends comment on how good they look. They are adjustable at every place you may need to adjust. A quality shoe!

I think I've found my perfect brand. My foot has widened at the front but still narrow at the back. These are fully adjustable with 3 straps and offer great support for my high arch. Compliments from co-workers, they don't look like an orthotic sandal, very cute. I've ordered several Finn comfort shoes since. Personally, I prefer this sole over the rocker or a softer foot bed. Your own orthotics would work as well. I love the fact that the insole can also be washed and replaced.

I ordered the Gomera in Kaffee, a great dark brown that will be versatile as we go into fall. Although the Zappos shoe chart recommended a size 38 for my size 8 foot, I ordered a 39 and feel the fit is much better than a pair of previous Finn Gomera size 38 sandals ordered earlier this year and returned. This sandal is a superb walking sandal and just feels good. The arch support and cushioning work for me, even though I'd prefer a bit more of a lower heel with a thicker sole or narrow "platform." I haven't found the ideal walking sandal yet, but the Gomera comes pretty close. Finn shoes last a long time and stay looking good. Other manufacturers may make quality leather/leather lined shoes, but they sometimes stretch out after only a few months of wear. Finns are a major purchase, unfortunately expensive. I do wish Finn Comfort would create a few more styles that didn't have the "frump factor."

Hands down the most comfortable sandals I've ever owned. The price is higher than I usually pay but they are worth every penny. They adjust well to accommodate my feet and I feel "study" in them. Very stable.

I have these in the red shown and in black. They are very comfortable starting with the 1st step. They have good support.

Wonderful right out of the box! Very comfortable. I wanted sandals that were sturdy but stylish and these fit the bill! Highly recommend!

Finally! A women's sandal that s in my hard to find size and meets all of my wants and needs! It's comfortable and highly adjustable for a customized fit. It's well made, stylish, and true to size. This is the most I've ever spent on a sandal in my life, but I'm so pleased I did because it's truly everything I had hoped for. I have no regrets and feel it was worth the splurge! If you are like me and have a hard time finding women's sandals that check off all the boxes - look no further - Finn Comfort is it!

This is as close to perfect a sandal for problem feet and joints gets. So supportive yet soft and flexible, reasonably light. It hits my sole (and my soul) in all the right places. I must have ordered a dozen pair of sandals in my quest for summer shoes and I found these. They do say "comfort shoes" quite clearly, but I can overlook that because of the high comfort factor. Thanks, Finn Comfort, for not caving in to the Birkenstock competition and making your shoes without heel straps. The smog is way more metallic than the photo allows, and I was not sure that I wanted to draw that much attention to these shoes, but I decided to keep them and hope to be in a position (or feeling reckless enough) to order another pair soon. Thanks Zappos as always for being there for the problem-footed.

The roughness on the outer edge of the straps can be filed down with a sandpaper nail file. Does not need much to make it soft.

This is a nice looking and comfortable sandal. I wear a size 9 US or a 40 European. The size 40 in these are a perfect fit. These shoes do not look "old lady" or orthopedic. I wear them with skinny jeans and leggings and they look great. I purchased the cognac color and the hand stitching and pewter colored metal detailing is very attractive. Nice to not wear cheap shoes for a change.

The best sandals I have ever worn. I like the diagonal strap which keeps my foot from rolling to the side. Ordered 3 pairs and am getting rid of all the old uncomfortable ones.
