My daughter usually lives Chacos but this is the first time we’ve bought this multiple strap style. Unfortunately, the top straps are just way too lose (design flaw?) and don’t fit securely across her feet. I’ve attached a picture. Weird thing is she has a very normal, medium width foot, so I can’t figure out what the deal is. Just a heads up to anyone else out there who’s kids are used to the kids simplified strap style. We were disappointed. :(

I was about to send these back in frustration because the strap across the toes was way too big but something didn’t seem right. So I looked on the internet and discovered that ALL of the straps are adjustable. Just pull harder. I see in the reviews that other folks had the same problem. Zappos should show this in the video because it isn’t at all obvious. Once I figured that out, they were great!

I'm loving my first pair of chacos! Normally a women's 8.5-8, but ordered a kids 6 and they fit great! Awesome arch support for my flat feet too!

These are stylish, but the straps are too loose particularly around the toe area. This is a design flaw and the shoes are unwearable!

I'm a size 6 in women's and ordered a size 4 big kids. They fit perfect! I'm so impressed with how comfortable they are. I have high arches and these shoes hug my arch perfectly. Very pleased and would highly recommend!

This is my second pair of kids Chacos. Great value for the price. The only thing I can wear and be on my feet all day without them hurting. I wear a women's size 7 and order a kids size 5. Love this color too!

I wear a size 6 in adult shoes, and the Kid's 4 fit me perfectly! Such a good deal for Chacos too, given that they are the same quality as the Adult line but half the price. I wore these shoes for two months while traveling and they were great (although at first, I had some blistering on the inside of my foot, towards the back of the arch). I could easily walk 5-8 miles a day in these Chacos, which made them the perfect travel companion!

My 12 year old daughter loves these Chacos and the light pink & gray make for a very neutral color combo. It took me a while to realize all of the straps are completely adjustable, but once we tightened them up they were perfect! She’s normally a size 4.5 in most shoes but I got her a 4 in these after reading reviews saying they run 1/2 size too big, and she has plenty of room! We got them in the mail, and she headed off for camp the next day! Highly recommend!

My daughter has a narrow foot and being able to adjust is great! This is her third pair.

After finally caving in and buying, these are my first pair of Chaco’s. So far they’ve been pretty great to wear around although the true test will be when I take them on a hike later this summer (I’m only comfortable hiking in sandals and I’ve yet to find a pair that can do long treks). They’re not as heavy as what people say, but I am used to wearing Birkenstock’s 24/7. Only issue so far is the strap hangs out a bit too much especially since these are meant for kids I would expect them to make the straps a bit shorter.

My son is a size 12.5/ 13 C , and after reading these run big I sized down to a 12. They fit him perfect with plenty of growing room. The straps were initially too loose, but they can be adjusted and tightened easily.

I buy these every year! They fit great and last all summer!

Comfortable You can wear these to the beach or on a walk.

I wear an adult size 7 and the kids size 6 is equivalent and half the price!

This is my third pair of chacos, but first kids pair. I typically wear a woman’s 8-8.5 and the kids 6 fits perfect! I probably could’ve done a 5, but I like my chacos a little big/loose. I love that these feel softer overall than adult chacos, and will probably stick to kids ones from now on!

I had the hardest time deciding which pair of Chaco sandals to go with. I'm typically a size 7 in women's, but have a slightly wide toe base. A size 7 medium felt uncomfortable and supported my feet in strange places, and a 7 wide was better in the front but too large in the ankle, not to mention quite heavy. I'm glad I gave the kids a try ... they were perfection! These are slightly lighter than the adult sandals, but still offer the same protection and support. Overall, they're a much better fit. I went with the "Camper Turquoise" and love the pattern and colors in person. I went with a kids size 5.

These are great. I have noticed that many of the reviews are from adults who are buying these for themselves, but I got these for my 5 year old daughter. Had to return a few times because they do seem to run big but they're very sturdy, I think they'd last through multiple children. Great purchase!

Read previous reviews regarding the size running big. Glad we listened and ordered a full shoe size down because they fit my daughter perfect (still has a little room to grow into them over the the summer). My daughter loves these shoes; they're great for plaguing in & she lives that she doesn't have to worry about getting them wet. She's pretty hard on her shoes but these are excellent quality & are holding up!

My daughter has very narrow feet. These sandals are adjustable; however, her heel still slipped out of the back. They seemed at least 1/2 size bigger than expected.

These are lightweight (on top) sandals with thick soles. The thing to know about these sandals is they are adjustable. One reviewer complained that the straps make the sandals too wide. They are - when you take them out of the box - but the straps are continuous - all you need to do is pull them tight in the direction. of the strap. As an adult with kid sized feet, I like that the strap near the ankle is angled instead of straight across the way most kids shoes are. Visually more appealing.

I am pleased with these Chacos! Size 6 in kids is perfect for those who fit in a typical 7.5 to 8 Women’s. They are just as comfortable as the adult. It took some time finding the right adjustment for them...but once I did, they fit great!
