Well, dangit, I love how these shoes look, but I walked right out of the heel. I ordered a Narrow and the heel was still too wide. The toe box felt good, but heel doesn't hug at all. Disappointed because I ordered both the pink and nude color and they're really cute. Super fast service -- I ordered on Saturday morning and had them on my doorstep midday Monday! Thanks, Zappos. I will try again.

If I could have designed the perfect red, sexy, casual-to-dressy pump this would be it. Unfortunately, could not get it to fit. I am normally a size 10 and my toes were being smooshed through the peep toe. Ordered the 11 and way too big. Broke my heart to send them back.

I slipped my foot in and immediately said, "Aaaaah!" Love the leather upper and footbed. Love the color, styling, feel. Unfortunately, I am a solid 9.5 and this shoe is too small. I am exchanging them for the 10. Gorgeous shoe that isn't flashy, but foundational for a beautiful wardrobe.

These shoes are great. They have a wonderful style but are really comfortable! I have them in two colors!

Though I can generally avoid wide widths I found this shoe ran a bit narrow for me, perhaps because patent doesn't flex much. I found it true to size re: length, though. I ended up ordering/keeping it in the W and found it comfortable with good arch support. First wearing earned lots of compliments, too.

Beautiful, well-built shoes! The gold-flecked cork is pleasingly unique and the style classic and well-balanced. I was never a narrow shoe size until this past decade's pervasive size creep, and I'm still not a narrow in, say, Naturalizer or Clark's, but in Sofft the narrow sizes fit my slim foot perfectly. Looking forward to wearing these shoes for years.

I sent for 5 different pair of shoes for my daughter's wedding. I have wide feet and wanted something comfy. These fit the bill. They are stylish, as well as neutral for later.

These are the perfect sexy shoes that is also comfortable. I can wear all day to work, feet do not feel like I wore slippers but but not sore either. I love the fact I can wear with jeans or a dress and the nude color matches everything and is "on trend". I tried the 7 1/2 Wide, 8 and 8 1/2 to make sure I had the best fit thinking wide might be better but there was too much gap around the top, 8 felt best and I am a true 8 in most brands. Hope this helps. I also bought the Clarks Cynthia Avant in black patent, those are even more comfortable but not as high and they don't have nude patent color.

The styling of these shoes is elegant and the pink color just pops and gets everyone's attention. I needed to put a foot pad in the front because the narrow peep toe was too tight when my foot went forward as I walked. The material is stiff and the shoes need to be broken in. I have wide feet, so I stretched them. But they are worth the effort!

Great for wide/problem feet. Surprisingly wearable for such high shoes, which I almost never wear.

Love these! The first time I wore them I was comfortable all day long and have been ever since. I bought the wide (because I have wide feet) and think they may have stretched a little too much -- but I want them in all colors!

I am so impressed with Zappos' service. Ordered the shoes with the normal delivery time and got them in one day! The shoes fit perfectly. I think this is much better than going to the store and will be my "go to" shopping from now on.

I love Zappos, and love these shoes. I've worn them a bit. The big test is wearing them at work all day. I'm a teacher and on my feet most of the day, but they feel comfortable so far.

This is a great platform pump for people with wide feet. They are super comfortable. They look very sharp. I wore them to an event in Beijing and got lots of compliments from both males and females. These are good for both formal and professional wear.

Normally, I wear 8½W, so I ordered this pair in 8½W, but it is a little bit loose (one finger gap), I think a sole pad should be able to fix this. Overall, I really like this style and this brand!

I was on the fence between this one and the Cole Haan Air Carma. This one is more comfortable and it feels like I could even run in it, but it is not as sexy looking. If the nude becomes available, I will buy that right away, though! I am so happy that I discovered this brand, because I have had little success finding pumps that fit my wide feet. I have been sticking with boots/sandals for years.

I bought these shoes to go with a '40s themed outfit and they could not have been more perfect. The peep toe was a smaller than I would have liked and was a bit uncomfortable on my big toes on the first wear. I have since worn them a couple more times and were much more comfortable. I have a wide foot, and cute heels are always hard to find, but these are just lovely.

Very cute shoes! Normally this kind of shoe, I could never fit my wide feet into. They make my feet look dainty (nearly impossible). Love them.

I love my peep toes because they are comfy and sexy at the same time. I have plantar fasciitis and a bunion but I was able to wear these well.

I purchased a pair in Black Patent in size 12. I have worn them many times and never had any problems with the fit and got many compliments on the style. I would recommend this shoe to anyone.

I recently wore these to a wedding. Got lots of compliments! I was on my feet for at least 4 hours straight and my feet did hurt by the end of the night. The wides were definitely necessary (I've never needed a wide before), but they fit well. I ordered up one half size.
