Really really uncomfortable in both the sizes I tried. This is one of those shoes where it seems like it's not made to fit an actual human foot. It didn't fit in a place where I've never had a problem with fit before--the outside around the small toes and side of my foot.

I really wanted these shoes to be comfortable since they are gorgeous. They are very painful, not typical for Sofft brand at all. I will sadly be returning them.

Very disappointed in the condition of these shoes!! Obviously worn before - scuffed and even a heal insert was stuck inside of one show! I have been a regular Zappos customer and have never seen this lack of quality control!!! I expect much better. Overall, the shoes are heavy and leather too stiff.

This shoe seems to run small. I normally wear a 6M and I could barely get this shoe on my foot. The toe box was too narrow for a medium, and once on my foot the length was tight too. It seems to be about a half size too small.

Precious shoe, but hurt terribly. The patent leather peep toe was so stiff it left blisters on my big toes. This shoe was very chic in look, but a killer on the feet.

These shoes are the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever owned. The front of the shoe is not well designed so it digs into the side of my toe.

Wow -- this is one of those times when upon reading the reviews I had finally found a great shoe option as I share some of the foot issues people who claimed how wonderful and comfortable these were...these were truly impossible for me to even try on due to the sharp and odd angle combined with the short "height" from sole to the top of the front of the foot. (I'm sure there's an official shoe term for that what with vamps, etc.) Also, there is so little actual "shoe" at the front that they would not be very appropriate for many occasions as they would leave way too much toe cleavage showing. Though I absolutely, positively love Zappos and have been a customer since the year they started, this is also an example of when having the feature that shows you with a banner at the top of the product page if you've bought something before as with sister company Amazon would possibly have prevented this purchase as I think I bought these previously and found they were horrifically uncomfortable and difficult to wear. Sorry, these can't go back quickly enough and I was unable to change my style rating down to 1 start from the 3 I accidentally selected.

I cannot attest to the craftsmanship nor the quality or even comfort but they do run too narrow. In fact the wide shoes are not even wide enough for me even though I generally do not take anything normally wider. Also, there is no traction in the heels which can be a safety issue. They are very pretty but sadly no-gos.

I have worn this brand in other styles and loved it. This one, though, was horrible. This is the worst shoe I have purchased in a long time. The heels kill me as well as the peep toe. I have blisters everywhere despite trying everything -heel pads actually made it worse.

I believe this shoe is mis-sized. It was at least one full size smaller than indicated. The leather was very stiff. I have many Sofft shoes that I love and I was very disappointed in this shoe.

I have a wide foot and usually a 7W fits very comfortably. However, this shoe did not feel wide enough to be comfortable. I'm very disappointed.
