This shoe still hurts at the toe box even 1 year later. I wish I could get my money back. It's also much cheaper in Macys and Boston Store.

Loved the look of this shoe and it seemed to have nice padding but it was not true to size -- much smaller.

These are beautiful in the cork, but very narrow. I ordered the wide in these shoe and they were so narrow, I could not even get them on my feet.

I do not recommend this shoe. The peep toe is very uncomfortable, my toes ache!

I had to search a lot to find this shoe in my size, but I had to have it. Unfortunately, it's disappointing. I took everyone's advice and went up half a size, only to find that I should have ordered my usual size. It's very stiff and a bit clunky looking. So sad. The cork with gold flecks is very pretty.

I had just purchased a different pair of Sofft shoes that were amazingly comfortable. I wore this pair around the house to make sure they fit - and they seemed fine. However, I spent an entire work day in misery - they were not comfortable to wear for any length of time.

I am not happy with my Sofft Ramona heels. I purchased them in May 2012 and they are completely falling apart on the inside of the shoe as of 2014. The back has broken down and there is a hard plastic that came through the lining and that is breaking as well. That pretty gold lining also comes off very quickly but that's just cosmetic. The company is, so far, not interested in repairing them so I have to decide if they'll be worth taking to a cobbler to see if they can be repaired. I purchased them for the cost and would expect shoes to last more than two years of occasional wear. I only wear them to work and am sitting most of the day. I would recommend going with a different brand. I will not be purchasing another pair of Sofft brand shoes. Pros: They are fairly comfortable but in my opinion, not at all stylish which is why I only wear them to work.

These shoes were awful. They hurt my toes so bad. I had to have the shoe repair try to stretch the toe area, do not buy.

I ordered a narrow, but after one wearing it stretched so much that it now flops on my foot. I've tried heel supports and insoles, but just managed to make them more uncomfortable. I would not recommend these to anyone.

They are beautiful shoes and I really like the Sofft brand. Unfortunately, if you have a wide toe box like I do, these shoes are unworkable. My little toes positively screamed in pain the minute I put tried the shoes on. Off to search for a different pair of nude pumps.

I usually love this brand, but am very disappointed with this shoe which is not comfortable at all! It's very stiff and does not lay flat across the top of the foot. Super cute style and color, but not a wearable shoe.

This Sand Color shoe is a beautiful taupe, and the wood grain heel gives it pizazz. My feet are a B+ to C and usually I can wear a medium width (B), but not in this shoe. My feet are wide at the toes (duck feet). I could barely get my foot into it. Maybe Sofft brand is not for me. Sigh.

Peep toes? More like pinch toes. Ouch. These were awful and not at all what I expected from a brand named Sofft. They were tight, pinched in the toes and the leather was sharp all the way around. I could not even stand to walk around the house in them. Back they go.

I was so disappointed with these shoes. They are great looking but did not fit me well. I'm a 7W and have another pair of Sofft shoes in those shoes that are great. But these shoes were way to tight for my toes -- could hardly squeeze my foot into them. I saw them reviewed on another site and the 2 reviewers said the same thing. So back they went. I really wish these shoes had fit -- they are really nice looking.

Adorable...and not actually wide (even though that's how they are marked). I am so disappointed - I often wear Sofft shoes and I was so looking forward to these arriving - the sole is wide, but the upper, right above the widest part of the shoe, does not allow any extra room to get the widest part of your foot into the shoe. Since they are not leather, I am sending them back rather than hope for them to stretch.

I usually wear an 8W, however, an 8W in this brand was way too big both in width and in length. Perhaps a 7.5B will work better.

These shoes I got in the cork. They are super cute. I originally got the MEDIUM width but took them back for the WIDE width because my toes were too bunched up. They are very uncomfortable. I can walk to the parking lot to the office and that is it. I am done. Also, they took quite a bit to break into. I will still wear them as I don't spend so much money for shoes and I certainly didn't expect to not be able to walk on them. The brand name is deceiving.

Sadly must return this shoe. It's sexy and stylish, but the toe box is too tight and uncomfortable for me.

A lot of money for a pair of shoes -- scuffed horribly after one wearing. Nothing would work to get scuffs out after one normal weekend of wear?! Now they're unusable. Beware - scuffs!

I so wanted to wear these shoes. The toe box is just too narrow and low. Tried and tried to break them in. Gave myself blisters. Not sure if I can still return them anymore since I've worn them out a couple of times. My daughter who has narrow feet and high pain tolerance couldn't stand them.

Firstly I have to say that these shoes are beautiful. They are sexy, classy looking and work nicely from business outfits to jeans and pants. My problem is the intense pain they are causing me (yes, I am still trying to wear them!) I have bought liners for the sole, padding for the areas that were rubbing me and heel inserts to try and keep my feet in the shoes. The liner and the heel grips have helped keep my feet in place but the pain is pretty bad about an hour into my day. I have kept them but have bought other shoes since that are more comfortable.

These are certainly not soft. I was really let down with these. Mostly because the edges of the shoes felt like they were made of hard plastic and were very uncomfortable against my instep.

Cute, but way too tight in the toe area. I tried to have the cobbler fix it, but he couldn't since they are patent leather. I love Sofft shoes and wish they didn't make the peep toe and closed toe shoes so tight!
