This is my second pair of Powersteps, and they are providing the support and comfort I have come to expect from Pinnacle. It's the heel that had me come back for a second pair. It offers a bit more height than other insoles. Also has stability when walking. The difference is noticable and even though they cost a bit, the quality makes it worth it.

These were recommended to me by a podiatrist. They are true to size, supportive yet still comfortable. thin and amazing how much support and strength they have; do not interfere with the fit of my shoes. Highly recommend.

These insoles provide more support than the Pinnacle - a unique combination of upper comfort and lower firmness. Excellent for walking long distances and fairly easy to move from one pair of shoes to another. As someone with plantar fasciitis and high arches, I appreciate the excellent arch support.

These are the best insoles I've tried. For a replacement insole these were more comfortable for me and more supportive for me than vionic, super feet, regular powerstep, spenco aand everything else. The are a little thicker so they won't fit in tight shoes. The sight outward tilt in the heal is perfect for me and my knee problems but may be too much for others. I've had them in my shoes for a year now and they haven't broken down at all. Yes I do rotate my shoes. Excellent insoles.

this is a great improvement on an already wonderful product. I loved the original, but this has more cushioning and even better arch support. recommended by my podiatrist, this is the best thing to happen to my feet since foot rubs! highly recommended.

Much more arch support than other over-the-counter orthotics. Excellent support coupled with enough cushioning to protect feet from hard impact. Fit perfectly into my shoes without needing to be trimmed. Easy to move from one pair to another but I will likely just buy more pairs, as they make such a difference.

My new podiatrists actually suggested that I buy one of the inserts from Powerstep. My previous doctor had actually thought I should get customized orthotics but my new doctor thought these would work fine. They just arrived today and so far, so good. I suffer from plantar fasciitis, achilles tendonitis and have high arches. I am hoping that these will provide the relief I've been looking for. Zappos, by the way, is amazing. I ordered these last night and they arrived by 3 o'clock this afternoon!

I have plantar fasciitis and am on my feet constantly at work. Good shoes help, but the Pinnacle Max makes the difference between waking up the next day with excruciating foot pain and waking up pain free. I've tried many different orthotics in the past and this is by far the most effective.

These are awesome. I prefer them to my custom orthotics and put them in all of my shoes. Well worth the price.

These are very good for my high arches. I have never before found such a helpful insert for my very problematic feet.

I originally picked up a 9.5 before switching to a 10-10.5 (my foot is a 9.5, my shoe is a 10), and it's felt good! It seems to stay in place and give most support to the arch. My toes aren't the best, but I think that's a part of breaking it in. Definitely better than the random insoles the shoes came with!

Good for those who over-pronate and have high arches, which I've read is an unusual combination, but that's me. I thought the firmness might be uncomfortable but it feels nice. The size for women's 7-7 1/2 fit perfectly in a size 7 shoe without trimming at all so I don't think it would be big enough for a size 7 1/2. I'd say they run a little small. Also, overpriced at Zappos so I'll buy the next pair somewhere else.

Very good arch support. They fit very much like my hard plastic, custom orthotics. When I first tried them on, I was amazed at how supportive they were, but after wearing them for an hour, the support seemed to lessen. It is not a hard plastic arch support, but it is very firm and yet slightly flexible, so that the support eventually gives a little throughout the course of the day. The padding is not soft enough for me. They're kind of stiff, so they will take some break-in time to help with the flexibility. There is not extra cushioning in the heel area, so if you have heel pain, these may not work for you. They would work well in boots but not athletic shoes, since they have very little flex. FYI, because the arch is pretty high, they will take up extra space in your shoes.

I have been battling plantar fasciitis, in both feet, for several years. Right now these inserts have really reduced the all day struggle my feet go through. I'm on my feet all day and working on hard surface, so it is extremely important to find an insert that works. I will buy this again. Would like to see this insert in a "wide" option?

Works as well as usual but the pink ink is leaving stains on socks. Yikes.

these fit great in my women's 6.5 and sized 7 shoes, but they are so stiff they just felt hard and not comfortable at all. Also I took out my insoles before putting these in and they were still really high, so there wasn't room for my toes or mid foot to fit comfortably in the shoes

The arch support has excellent support but in my case it just caused further pain. I’m in the midst of rehabbing fallen arches with significant pain where posterior tibial tendon connects to the bone on the inside of my foot. I’m going to keep these because they may be just what I need once my foot muscles are stronger and support the arch better.

It's hard to believe these were made for a human foot. The arch on these is absolutely insane. I put them on, took a few steps, took them out and returned them. It feels like there's a big rock under my arch.

Great support for my high arches.

First 10 hour shift in these was great for my back. The difference was seriously night and day. I will be ordering more for my other shoes/boots.

the pinnacle maxx support insoles are the only insoles that can hold up to my collapsed arch and severe overpronation. The other powerstep insoles all wear down too fast from my collapsed arch but this one holds up!
