You gave me used insoles. Very used. Worn out and dirty. Didn't even come in it's packaging they were just In a bag. I'll never order insoles from you guys again.

The insoles came in a bag, not even a box. And they were used and worn out. I want a refund.

While the arch support is fine - the heel itself is hard - not soft or cushion. Considering I am in my work boots 12 to 14 hours per day around a warehouse. I need arch support as well as cushion for my ball and heel. I purchased these because the original pinnacle works great in my walking shoes.

Ordered these in a men's 6/women's 8 and they sent me a mens XL. I used to get my order within 2 days. This took about a week and it was the wrong size. What happened Zappos?

Very dissatisfied with these had them for 2 day's and the cover part that say's their name came off while i had them on be the last time i get these!!
