Soft, comfortable and good support except for the arch. Not the shoes fault. I just have extremely high arches. I wish they fit me, I liked them.

I first purchased this sandal for a neighbor in a 7W. She has rheumatoid arthritis and bunions. They worked great for her. I tried them for myself in both a 6.5W and 6W. I did not find the straps long enough and really do not like an inch and a half of exposed velcro. The foot bed is great but the design was not a hit for me.

For years I have worn Teva Pretty Rugged Leather sandals, but this time, after reading some of the Teva reviews I realized that Teva has deteriorated from what they were years ago. A friend of mine suggested Brooks and Wow, was I glad I took her suggestion. I love these sandals. They make my hammertoes and Morton's Neuroma disappear. They have wonderful support and are cushiony. I am thinking of ordering another pair right away before they are changed! Love these sandals.

Love these shoes! Had them last year in two colors now I'll give this color a go!

A very comfortable sandal. I especially like the extra metatarsal support. I have never seen a sole with this construction and wish more shoes had it. Great walking sandal. I have Tevas that are similar but they don't have this great support. Love the sandals and Zappos!

I loved these sandals! So comfortable at first but having had recent surgery on my left foot, the metatarsal pad caused pain after a few hours. Felt wonderful on the right foot. Will absolutely shop Zappos again.

These shoes are so comfortable. I wore them the first time when I was on my feet walking for 8 hours and my feet didn't hurt. I can't even say that when I wear my tennise shoes. The straps are padded so they don't rub.

I love these shoes! Great support and comfort. I have planters fascists and these reduce discomfort from my problem. These shoes one-half size small. I ordered a second pair in red. I love the pewter color. I also love Zappos fast and free shipping.

These are amazingly comfortable shoes. I usually wear Clark Unstructured or Birkenstocks. I have now found shoes that beat both of them in terms of walking comfort. At least, try these. You will probably be amazed just like I was. No rubbing, no break in time, forward rocking is just a pleasure!

I purchased this shoe in 8 1/2 wide and I think they run true to size. I wear an 8 1/2 C/D. I originally kept them because the footbed is pretty comfortable, but unfortunately the right shoe is tearing up my big toe! The front of the shoe rides over my toe and rubs it in just such a way that it makes them unwearable unless I wrap that toe first. The front flaps would work better if they set further back on the shoe. Maybe it's just the way that foot is shaped or the way I walk but I would'nt keep this shoe if I hadn't worn them to work one day.

This review is a little harder to write because at this point I haven't decided whether to return them or not. I were an 8 1/2 W and this is what I ordered. It is the proper length and it is wide enough. Walking in the shoe is pretty comfortable too. Just not as comfortable as some reviews led me to believe. My main complaint is that I have very sensitive feet and the footbed seems to generate some heat on the balls of my feet. Also the nylon or fabric part of the shoe isn't soft and inviting. I can feel it rub on a few parts of my feet. The look is ok, nothing special, arch support is ok, better than most. But I need soft comfy footbeds and they are hard to find!

These sandals were wonderful for the first couple weeks, then the strap near the ankle on the left sandal started to turn in and now irritates my foot. I did a lot of walking one day and by the end of the day my ankle was really sore and tender. I have not worn them again, and will probably return them.
