Only complaint is the loud sucking sound they make with bare feet. I'm forced to wear them with socks, which defeats the purpose of being a sandal. Good thing I live in Seattle where the sandal-socks look is considered normal.

Unstable sole has a small platform in the middle that doesn't go all the way across the bottom, so with every step I was rocking sideways, on and off the platform. So I am returning them. Otherwise, they are supportive and comfortable and would have suited my purpose (for the gym in summer when it's too hot to wear closed sneakers). If they didn't have the odd partial platform, I'd have kept them as they fit my narrow instep fine.

Totally loved this sandal but due to my wide feet a suction was created so that each step made a suctioning kind of noise that was really bothersome and pretty loud, definitely couldn't get this, so sad!

These shoes were so cushioned and comfortable until I wore them for 15 minutes in my house and the strap was so stiff and dug in my ankle, even ordered them in a wide even though I am petite and the strap should be lower.

Clarks Wave Whisk is the only sandal I can wear with comfort. The toe ridge is perfectly placed & the rocker sole helps with arthritic feet. The velcro straps keep the shoe secure on your foot. I have 3 pairs. Please, Clarks, keep making the sandal.

Very comfortable sandals. The footbed is soft and has some arch support. Because my feet pronate I actually need additional arch support, which I have found with Dr. Rosenberg's Instant Arches. Probably most customers would not require this additional support.

The most comfortable shoe ever! The least stylish shoe ever! :-) I definitely recommend buying these! Very comfortable!

The footbed will smell horrible after a short time and the smell cannot be removed. I tried everything, sprays, cleansers, baking soda, putting in freezer, you name it. I even washed in the washing machine and the smell still there. I have five pairs and they are so comfortable. I have a lot of foot issues and these sandals I can wear all day. But the stale pungent smell on the footbed from my feet is embarrassing. I have many sandals and these are the only ones where my feet smell so bad. It is something in the material Clark uses. In the future I will always wash my feet first, then spray a foot deodorant on them. I do have the amazing thai crystal rock deodorant in a spray and will try that.

Probably the most comfortable shoe I own! They are good for boating, great for water parks, the beach.

Bought this shoe due to problems with foot pain. I absolutely love it. I feared walking for long periods in this saddle however, after going on one of my long dog walks my feet felt wonderfully good. I was surprised. These are now my main go to anywhere shoes. I usually were sneaker for the support but I know long have to do that. I will eventually order another pair when these wear out. Recommend! Recommend!

Love these sandals. I have bad knees and have a hard time finding sandals that are truly comfortable and stay on my feet. These fit the bill in that they are comfortable and you can walk a long distance in comfort with these.

I really like these sandals. They are comfortable yet okay to wear to work and have some arch support.

When I bought these sandals the sales clerk encouraged me to purchase a bottle of Four Seasons brand Sandal Cleaner and Deodorizer. I spray this on every couple weeks and I have no problem with foot odor, which I have had with similar sandals from a different well known brand. I believe if you have any problems with foot odor, it is definitely worth a try. I think it will work. I love these sandals and wear them every day. I, too, have problems with my feet and back and I have no pain while wearing these sandals.

Love these sandals. The extra layer of fabric under the straps makes them super comfortable. If you have sensitive feet, these are awesome!

These are excellent sandals! After two foot surgeries, I have a really hard time finding shoes and sandals that are comfortable and supportive. The Waves fit the bill! This is my second pair. I hope Clarks never stops making them. The silver color is great and goes with everything. I wear them all day, everyday. Excellent service from Zappos too!

I've only worn these for a couple of days, but they are working out great for my arthritis issues. The rocker sole takes the pressure off of my big toe joint, which is fantastic! I also love the pad under the metatarsal. The only issue for some might be that the stitching around the straps could rub your foot, but mine seems to have broken in well. Again, great service from Zappos!

These shoes are like walking on a cloud. I literally ordered five pairs of shoes in similar styles and these were by far the best for me. (Fortunately Zappos has a great return policy.)This is a very comfortable, cushiony walking shoe and as I have a short, wide foot, I'm hard to fit. This shoe allows you to adjust to any fit. I'm very happy with these Clarks.

Clarks favor a wider foot and these sandals are super comfortable. Nothing rubs any part of the foot and the shoe feels very stable while walking. I ordered 2 different walking sandals to see which I preferred, and the Clarks Wave worked better for me than the Keen sandal I tried. Everybody's different. The customer reviews help a lot--but ultimately, I can't tell until I wear it. Keep the Clarks and return the Keen--this time.

Again, Zappos still amazes me with their fast delivery! These sandals are the most comfortable I have ever owned. This is my second pair. With the adjustable straps, I can make them fit perfectly. I hope Clarks continues to make them. I love them even when my feet are hot and tired. You rock Zappos!

These are the most comfortable sandals. If you feet swell during the day, you can loosen the straps (3) and make them fit. I love these shoes.

I love these sandals! I wear them everywhere including on my daily one mile walk. They are adjustable, padded in the right places, and very comfortable. I may get a second pair in another color.

Awesome! These are so comfortable straight out of the box. These are definitely more day to day walking shoes and less a sporty rugged adventure shoe, which is what I was originally looking for. But since these are so darn comfortable for walking, I am going to keep them and use them as my everyday shoes for walking the dog, and other regular daily running around. These would be great on a European adventure that entails lots of city walking and sightseeing, but if you are looking for something more rugged and sporty, like for hiking, you might want to try something else. Hope this review helps!

Love these sandals. Good quality, good fit (adjustable), and very comfortable! The style is 'business casual' for work, and a little sporty, too, for casual wear!

Heaven, that is what my feet are in. These sandals have excellent cushioning, great support and plenty of room. My wide width, arthritic feet move easier with these sandals, getting up and walking is less painful. I would say these sandals are therapeutic. Thank you, Zappos, and Clarks.
