These boots add a fun element to any outfit. For the most part they are comfortable and the heel is a nice height to stand in all day. Unfortunately there is no cushion at the ball of your foot so I cannot wear these two days in a row. However, overall I am pleased with this purchase. Overall, I give this a 4 star because rarely are any shoes perfect.

These boots are really gorgeous! The did rub on my ankle though. You will have to wear them with socks or tights!

This boot is stylish and fits well but is a bit tight in the toe area. I like the color, but the fringe detail doesn't work for me.

I love these shoes. I ordered 7.5 Wide, which is my normal size. I have wide feet, but not wide calves so finding a shoe that works (short boots work best so there is no gaping calf) -- and these are actually wide. Plus they are quality leather and stretch to fit your foot. craftsmanship is also very good. if you need cushioning you will need to add inserts as there isn't much cushioning.

Pros: very comfortable and easy to wear. Cons: the fringe has begun to annoy me, because it makes them less versatile. Also, my jeans tend to come out the top if they're rolled down.

I have bought 2 pair of the Louie bootie and my one complaint is that the lining of these boots is a woven fabric that is not firmly attached to the outer leather, so it wrinkles and is loose on the inside. The last pair, I sent back because the lining of the heel cup has a major wrinkle in it that is glued down tight, causing a ridge that I can feel against my heel. The quality control is lacking. But they are visually so appealing - I may try again. (The Jet boot is more comfy and quieter walking.)

This is a very cute bootie. I love the color which is lighter than in the picture. I also love the smaller ankle. So many of the booties have huge ankle openings that you look like mini mouse with them on. I am returning them though because the thicker western heel looks too heavy a shoe for my long flowy skirts. A feminine heel would have worked better for my need.

This is a comfortable bootie that is stylish as well. It runs true to size. I have not had that many opportunities to wear this shoe because it's been snowy this month. The style is just enough. I stretched the width a bit to fit my baby toes.

I'm very pleased with the quality and fit of these. The photo here looks a lot darker than they really are, but I actually prefer the lighter color. They're a very versatile taupey color. The shaft height is very flattering, and the heel is just high enough to be fashionable without sacrificing comfort. They could use better arch support, but all-in-all, a winner. Super cute!

I love these booties. They are very sporty and look cute with a flare leg or a skinny pant. The neutral color is perfect for transitioning from winter to spring.

Real soft leather, feel comfortable, and looks great with skinny jeans. I'm usually wearing size 8.5, but I bought it in size 8 and it fits very well.

Love these! I own them in two colors. Heel is just high enough but not too high. Shoe is comfortable although not much padding on footbed.

Fun, stylish bootie. Looks great with skinny jeans (tucked in), leggings and skirts/dresses. Not the most comfortable boot as in would not wear them for a day long trek but most that look this great are not! I have a narrow foot and think if your foot is on the wide side this boot would be snug. A bit of fringe is on trend this season!

Comfortable, cute and versatile, these boots are exactly as shown. They look expensive, but are not - perfect to get you through a few seasons until booties go out of style.

The boots are fun and will enjoy wearing them. I purchased a Dan Post boot at the same time and they run large. No trouble returning them to Zappos.

I absolutely love this boot! My normal size is a 7W, or a 7 1/2 M when I a w width is unavailable. I purchased this boot in my normal 7w and the fit was PERFECT! The boot is gorgeous and it felt wonderful on my high arches. HOWEVER, I had to send these back because the soles are slick as can be!! I would be face planting every 5 steps in these. I know a lot of dress shoes don't have rubber soles for traction, but these were ridiculously slippery. If you have no problems with walking on slick surfaces in slick soles, you'll love these boots! They really are gorgeous, and comfortable! I just know I would break many bones along with my pride if I tried to wear these outside of my home! ;)

I was looking forward to these boots but they are uncomfortable and very stiff. They also were tight and small; I'm usually a reliable size 6 and my toes were up against the front of the boot and they were narrow. I am surprised at the many high reviews as these are not at all what i expected.

They are really cute. I ordered my normal size and they were too small for me. I couldn't get my foot into them. I have set up an exchange for a 1/2 size larger, so we shall see. I have very high arches, so they may not work for me.

Love the look and style of this bootie. The leather is good quality but the shoe itself is very narrow and runs very small. I normally wear a 7 in boots. I ordered the 7 and basically could not even get my foot inside the boot.

This is weird and may be an anomaly, but I ordered the 7M. I have a pair of Edelman boots in 7M, different style granted, but I am always a 7M in all shoes for the most part. These were REALLY small and very tight! After reading all the reviews, I think this may have been a fluke. I think they are darling, so I'm going to reorder in a larger, wider size.

Really cute and nice construction. Unfortunately my feet are really difficult to fit comfortably, and these shoes put pressure in the wrong places to make them very uncomfortable. I think it was more my foot issue rather than a shoe issue.

I absolutely loved these boots! After having them less than a year and only wearing them very few times they are not holding up. Bottom front of shoe is coming apart. The suede is looking worn. I am so disappointed, because I love the style and comfort.

These boots are so, so cute! Unfortunately, I had to return mine, as they run a bit small. I typically wear an 8.5. I was able to get these boots on, but if a sock is going to be worn, a half size bigger would probably be the correct size. Since they were too small, I can't say much about the comfort level, but the support in the back of the boot was very stiff, so I did not order a size 9.

I love Sam Edelman ankle boots and have bought a couple of pairs in the past. My usual size is 7.5 and I have an average width foot that is a little more on the narrow side. Point is, I very rarely have toe box width issues but for some reason these were uncomfortably tight in the toe area. They pinched so I had to return them. I'll still buy this brand again in the future, I think it's just the style. The heel height is great though. Not too high. Good shoe for a narrow foot.
