Wow, these are cute! I have been admiring these from afar and finally ordered them. I got my normal size 8½ and they fit like a dream. They are so comfortable right out of the box. I got the tan, and it is a very neutral tan, grey, taupe kind of color that will go with so many things. I am loving these boots!

Love, love love these boots! Very comfortable for my 5o+ old feet, yet feel sassy and stylish when I wear them with skinny leg black pants or leggings. They seem to run true to size, and the swede is tough and just brushed clean after visiting Chicago's slushy sidewalks,

I have had foot surgery on both feet and my feet are cranky no matter what...but I can wear these boots for a 7 hour shift on my feet in retail! These boots are awesome! Love them! Super comfortable and cute! and as Always, amazing customer service! I did order a size up just because that's what I do for my cranky feet.

I am so excited about these booties. They are so cute and stylish and I cannot wait to wear them. They will go with everything from leggings, skinny jeans, cut offs, and skirts. I got them in the tan suede and I love the versatility of this color. I originally purchased in both an 8 and 8½ because I was unsure about what size to get with some of the mixed reviews. I have pretty wide feet and generally am anywhere between a 7½ and 8 depending on the brand/style of shoe. I have another pair of Sam Edelman Bina ballet flats and ended up being an 8½ in the ballet flat. But with these boots the 8½ was pretty loose on me and the 8 turned out to be just right. In short, these are pretty true to size. I absolutely love these and I am considering purchasing in black as well.

These are awesome! So comfortable and they look great with anything! The rose color is great! I got them in the lighter color but exchanged for this one as it pops a bit more. I have several pairs of booties and these are definitely my favorite! As always, ordering from Zappos was perfect.

Wow, comfy and stylish, runs about a 1/2 size large. The Rose is tan with a hint of pink, beautiful neutral, in my humble opinion. The shaft is just high enough to look super on the ankle. I will check out the dark brown too I am guessing, because this boot is just too sweet to pass on!

This is a beautiful boot. It does have a narrow toe box, so I had to go up a 1/2 size. The bottom of the boots are slick but could use a stick on traction if needed. When the boots are folded over the seam rubs above my ankle on the outside. It feels better when they are unrolled. I am returning my black suede ones for a 1/2 larger. I will also be putting an insert for cushion inside to make them more comfortable. Overall I would recommend this boot.

I get compliments every time I wear these boot. So cute and stylish. I usually wear an 8 but found it a bit tight. The 8.5 fits great and is comfortable even thought the footbed is not cushy. I chose the tan suede which surprisingly goes with everything. I never thought I needed a light colored boot and now I wear these all time.

I disagree with the other reviewers... I usually wear a 6 but needed a 6.5 in these boots. I love these boots. I have been looking at them for about a year and finally bout them last week. I got the tan because it goes with everything. I would really call the color stone because I think it is more grey than tan, but it is a perfect color.

These boots are too cute! I love the fit. The top/ankle circumference is not so big that it looks unflattering on the leg, which was the case in most booties I tried on. This boot completely flatters your legs and the style is boho with a little western flair. Versatile, comfortable, great quality! Purchased in the tan suede. Lovely color that will complement most any outfit. No regrets, just pure joy over these fabulous booties! Only thing, they are a bit narrow, but I'm sure with wear they will give just so.

These booties are to die for. The height of the boot is just right, even for someone my height. I am 5'10", which means I either need to wear 3.5"+ or kitten heels in order for the heel to look proportionate. Though the heels on these booties is a tad shorter than my usual, they look stellar.

I would definitely recommend these to anyone who is looking for a nice pair of ankle boots. I wear a size 8 1/2 and they felt true to size.

I originally wrote a stellar review for these. I was, and still am thrilled with the style and fit. They were comfy from the first step, and surprisingly go with a lot of looks. I felt I got a good product even though they were on the pricey side for a trendy boot. I don't wear them every day, so I was unhappy to find how easily they started to show signs of wear. The suede is so fine and thin that what I thought was a spec of dirt, was actually a hole. The suede is almost tissue-like. The heel that appears to be stacked leather, is actually a plastic cone wrapped in leather, that once nicked shows through to the white plastic underneath. I take a lot of pride in my appearance, and think it's sad when I see women walking around with scuffed shoes. That's not my style. I am going to write to customer service and see what they say. I've only had these boots about 6 months, and for $160 I really hoped they'd last longer. Caveat emptor.

Love this bootie. So comfortable and stylish. You can pair it with anything. Skinny jeans, shorts, dresses, pants cuffed up. It looks great with anything. Fits well. The first day I wore it someone spilled food and of course it landed straight on my bootie. I was so depressed. I dabbed it with a little water and was fortunate enough not to get a stain. Love it so much I am going to order the beige as well.

I love these boots! They are cute and comfortable. I ordered my usual size 11 and slipped a light insole in for additional cushioning. Thee are my secon pair of Sam Edelmans and they won't be my last.

Love this little boot! Heel height is just right, a little bit sexy (for a 61-year-old). Very comfy and goes with almost everything.

Cutest boot ever. The tan is a perfect neutral and the fringe is actually pretty subtle. These are going to look adorable with skinny jeans or a long skirt. They very are comfortable for my long narrow feet. They just came yesterday and I can't wait to wear them!

I love these booties! They give every outfit an edge. Great with shorts, dresses, skinny jeans. Beautiful suede and I love how you can fold the top down or keep it up for a different look. Very comfortable! The zipper is a tad difficult to open and close, but otherwise perfect!

I couldn't stop going back to look at these boots! I just didn't want to spend that much on a pair of shoes; once I wore them, I was so glad I gave in to temptation! I feel they ran true to size, although my heel slips around a little. This was no big surprise since they were boots. I wore a pair of thin socks and they were fine. I love the way they look and really want to get them in black. I just need to figure out a reason to reward myself with a new pair of great boots!

I bought a pair of Sam Edelman Louie boots for my wife and she absolutely loves them. She wears them with super skinny jeans and they look great. They run true to size and she says they're very comfortable. She loves the leather fringe feature and the height of the heel. Sam Edelman rocks!

I had been eyeing this bootie from the second it came out in stores until I actually bought them. They are so super cute, stylish, and unique. I get so many compliments on them and they look good with almost every outfit. They are slightly narrow and my feet are very narrow, so that speaks for itself. I tried them on in 2 different stores and both times they ran a half size too large. I am an 8.5 always and I got these in an 8 and they fit me like a glove. Beautiful suede and very classy! grab it while it's still available!

I am writing again about these Sam Edelman Louie boots in whisky color. These always get me compliments, and is wonderful in fit, comfort, construction. I sprayed them with water repellent 2x and am very happy with the results. It is very very wet here in Hawaii at this time, and these are keeping my feet dry and comfy and styling!

People, seriously, this is a beautiful bootie. I am very pleased to have this addition to my wardrobe, and I live here in Hawaii! Love it!

Really hot boots. They felt like they would be comfortable quickly and felt true to size. I just didn't love the color with my skin tone.
