Love the look and style of this bootie. The leather is good quality but the shoe itself is very narrow and runs very small. I normally wear a 7 in boots. I ordered the 7 and basically could not even get my foot inside the boot.

This is weird and may be an anomaly, but I ordered the 7M. I have a pair of Edelman boots in 7M, different style granted, but I am always a 7M in all shoes for the most part. These were REALLY small and very tight! After reading all the reviews, I think this may have been a fluke. I think they are darling, so I'm going to reorder in a larger, wider size.

Really cute and nice construction. Unfortunately my feet are really difficult to fit comfortably, and these shoes put pressure in the wrong places to make them very uncomfortable. I think it was more my foot issue rather than a shoe issue.

I absolutely loved these boots! After having them less than a year and only wearing them very few times they are not holding up. Bottom front of shoe is coming apart. The suede is looking worn. I am so disappointed, because I love the style and comfort.

These boots are so, so cute! Unfortunately, I had to return mine, as they run a bit small. I typically wear an 8.5. I was able to get these boots on, but if a sock is going to be worn, a half size bigger would probably be the correct size. Since they were too small, I can't say much about the comfort level, but the support in the back of the boot was very stiff, so I did not order a size 9.

I love Sam Edelman ankle boots and have bought a couple of pairs in the past. My usual size is 7.5 and I have an average width foot that is a little more on the narrow side. Point is, I very rarely have toe box width issues but for some reason these were uncomfortably tight in the toe area. They pinched so I had to return them. I'll still buy this brand again in the future, I think it's just the style. The heel height is great though. Not too high. Good shoe for a narrow foot.

Cute idea, not good quality...I really liked the idea of a short boot with some fringe and the heel height was perfect. I ordered these in the brown leather and based on the reviews, though I'd love them. Not so much. The leather is really thin, lightweight and poor quality and not nearly as rich looking as the photo, it was more chocolate than cognac like I anticipated. The boot itself is really light too making it feel cheap. The style is great, I'm just really disappointed with the materials used. They do run a bit big, I intended to wear them with thin socks, but they only fit with thick wool. I think the style makes it a bit loose anyway, but they were long too. The sole feels cheap and there is no padding. I was going to get these for the Rodeo in Vegas, but there is no way I'd walk far in these. I'm really surprised at all the good reviews! I get that these are a cute trendy novelty boot, but I expected more. These aren't worth the price, and sadly, they are going back.

I received the 1/2 size too big pair today and sent them back because they are true to size. I found a pair of these at a local retail store and tried them on. So glad I did because it felt like I was putting my feet on two rocks. I don't know how anyone could call these boots comfortable! Yikes!

Love the boots but the color pictured is way off. What they call Tan is more of a very light almost gray color. Sorry to return them.

I am not impressed with these booties. I have been searching forever for a cute pair and the Louies had so many great reviews and I liked the little fringe, so I gave them a try. I only have ever bought Frye boots, and obviously these were nothing like Fryes, not in the same price range. I bought the Louies in a 9½, same as my Fryes size. I fit but barely, when placed side by side my 12R Harness boots, the Louies measured ¾" shorter. Plus, these just seem over priced for what you get. They are definitely going back.

I bought these shoes from Nordstrom two years ago and they are so comfortable I wear them almost every day. I ordered them in another color from Zappos this year and found that the material was completely different. Instead of soft authentic-feeling suede, it is now some stiff and cheap-feeling nonsense. Returning and won't be exchanging. Extremely disappointed and wondering if this is the manufacturer's fault or if Zappos has resorted to selling cheap factory seconds in place of the real thing...

Beautiful Boots... but unfortunately I received two right-foot boots...so I am going to have to return. I am so disappointed and very surprised at this disorganization with inventory... especially coming from Zappos.
