My son loves the style and color. He says they are way cooler than any other Converse shoe!

I bought my 7 year old son these shoes for school. The look of these are great! However, they were to narrow for his foot. He does have a slightly wide foot, but wears medium width in other brands. We had to return these & go back to the Adidas Sambas.

Actually ran about two sizes too big for me but they’re great now that I have the right size. Exchange was easy!

I hated to return these because they are such good looking shoes. They are well made and look great. The problem is that they rubbed the back of my ankle, and only from trying briefly around the room, the back of my ankles were already red and hurting. I have tiny feet for a woman. I normally wear a size 3 in kids or 4-4.5 in women’s shoes. But I got these in a size 2 and they were maybe half a size too big. :(

Good for kids with a narrow heel and need more cushion and arch support compared to original Chucks.

Runs over a half size too large. These don't tie, they are slip on!

Make note that the show laces come short. I think these shoes were meant to wear with out tying the laces. My son chose to give it a shot by not tying and got blisters. So consider sizing...maybe try a half size down. We plan to purchase longer laces (which these unfortunately don't come with a longer lace option like other shoes) so that he can tie them and not have to worry about blisters. I prefer not to have to purchase snug fitting shoes for my kid simply because I don't think it's that healthy and his feet grow so fast so I prefer getting as much life out of a pair as I can.

Go to spring shoe for my active 9 year old. Holds up, comfortable and easy to get on.

My daughter loves them. A quick and easy on/ off stylish shoe. Converse are always such a hard brand they always seem to run large. The white can smudge easily too. Overall we like the sneaker.

My daughter loves these. They were hard to put on at first, but they have loosened up as she has worn them. Also, the shoe laces are very short, but she just figured out a new way to tie them and it was fine. They look great!

These are cute, but the short laces drove my son crazy. I ended up buying longer/regular length black laces for him.

My son loved the look of these, he wears a 4.5 normally so I went with a size 4 as these tend to run large. Was a close to being tight on the toes and for his feet just not a good fit on the heel so on to the next shoe for now. I love Converse, will have him try again later when his feet grow a bit more.

These Chucks are great! I love that i can just slip them on and go without being bothered by laces. They are very comfortable to walk about in and they felt true to size.

I bought these for my 4 1/2 year old to have something nice-ish to wear to dinners and things that I didn't want him to just wear his tennis shoes to. They look good with jeans and a nice shirt and keep his feet dry if it's wet outside. They aren't as easy to put on as his tennis shoes, I even have a bit of a tough time getting them on him and he says one of the heels hurts at first but I think after a little breaking in they will go on easier and fit more comfortably.

Good lookin shoes at an affordable price but they fit big so order a size smaller than you think you need.

Great looking and great fitting shoe for my second-grader. But the laces are WAY too short for his little fingers to tie them in a bow - to say nothing of a double-knot. They're about 24 inches. I bought 36-inch laces and they are barely long enough.

These shoes extremely large. I purchased them for my son in his normal size of 5M and I have to go down a size and a half to a 3.5M!

These where a huge hit with my 13 y/o PITA. Comfortable, slip on or tie. I wish they came in more colors in this size.

Great shoe!! The only problem we had is that it runs really big...at least 1 full shoe size. My child wears a 5 youth, and they fell right off. Returning them for a smaller size.

Will be returning for a smaller size! Love this shoe, but will be returning for a smaller size as it is about 1/2 a size too big. The back also rubs against your skin, but maybe with the correct size it won't.

After reading all the other reviews, I ordered a half size down for my daughter. She has been wearing a 2 and I ordered her a 1½ - they fit well with no slipping off which I was worried about wince they are a slip-on. The only con I see is that the laces are a little long for the shoe and sort of drag on the ground so she walks sort of strangely to keep them clean. I am guessing once she wears them in a bit, this will stop. Also, they are pretty low and I have not seen socks low enough in her size to not show with the shoe. They also do have a narrow toe box which is typical of Converse so they are not great with super wide feet.
