I really love these shoes. I do Jazzercise and they are really comfortable and don't hurt my feet doing various moves, e.g. side to side, etc. Well worth it.

Best shoes that I have used for step in years. They are attractive and have good flexibility, no break in time needed. Very comfortable shoes, you won't want to take them off. I teach aerobics and recommend that you use sport specific shoes for your exercise.
I'd also recommend:

They are great shoes I use them for zumba. They are a high top shoe that helps with my ankles. There is a great air flow.

I am very satisfied with my new Ryka Enhance. They are very light, have excellent shock absorption and are well ventilated. My feet have not hurt one time during aerobics since I got them (I was having pain with my other shoes).

A great shoe for jazzercise - plenty of support and can move freely from side to side.

Did not like this shoe. Ryka's new-improved shoes lack support, poorly made and provide little cushion. This will most likely be my last Ryka purchase after 20+ years of wearing Ryka studio shoes.

Great shoe! I jazzercise and have to have a comfortable shoe in order to bounce around! These shoes were great! Normally my feet are sore when I break in the shoe, but these shoes didn't even need breaking in! They were comfortable from the first class on!

Why, oh why, do companies feel they have to change athletic shoe styles? The N-Gage Instructor was my favorite step aerobic shoe ever and it is no more. This shoe is black, which is it's best feature. It does not have nearly the lateral support of the N-Gage. It is also roomy in a strange way: I ended up leaving the sock-liner- insert-thing in the shoe in addition to my orthotics. That seemed to help support my foot. This is better than the Studio Mid (terrible for step aerobics!), but that's the best thing I can say.

I used to like the old Ryka N Gage Studio shoe, but all of the new Rykas are really poorly made. This is the second Ryka I've tried in the past few months, and I had to send it back too. There is no cushioning or arch support in this shoe, and the upper is scratchy and stiff. It feels like I'm wearing a piece of stiff cardboard on the bottom with some scratchy netting on top. I'm really disappointed because for a long time Ryka was just about the only one who made decent shoes for aerobics but apparently not any longer.

I work in the fitness industry and teach circuit classes. These shoes feel like air, but perform with the strength of older heavier designs. I will definitely use these as my number 1, go-to pair. I have high arches and had no problem. They run true to size.

This is a great cross trainer shoe. I have been wearing it for the past 2 weeks. I've worn it on the treadmill for jogging and walking, on the elliptical and in cardio kickboxing class which is extremely high impact. I have no problems with numb toes on the elliptical (which is a common problem with a lot of shoes). The shoe is comfortable, light and true to size. My feet are a little wide although I wear medium width shoes. I bought my regular size and have had no issues.

I have worn Ryka mid-height shoes for years and because this version is so much lighter in weight I was concerned it would not have enough cushion. I was pleasantly surprised and am very happy with them.

I bought these for my sister. She had just purchased an air stepper and needed new athletic shoes. She was headed out to Walmart and I offered to buy her a good shoe from Zappos. We had fun shopping together, even though we are 1500 miles apart. We finally decided on the Ryka Enhance. They ended up being the perfect choice. She loves them. They give her the support she needs to feels secure on the stepper. She likes the high top, which is not easy to find, for her weak ankles. They fit her perfect. Couldn't be happier. And these fabulous new shoes are keep her motivated. She continues to use her air stepper daily and has lost weight. Thank you Zappos.

As a kickboxing and step instructor, I am very happy with these shoes. They are light and require no break-in time.

This may be the best fitting shoe I have ever found! I did add my orthotic for arch support and that made them perfect. I wear the high tops for ankle support. The width of the toe part and the heel is perfect. I will definitely buy more of this brand. And Zappos is great, as always!

These shoes are great! Lots of support, especially around the ankle, and even after a 1.5 hour step class my feet don't hurt. Would definitely buy again.

These sneakers are the best, I glide around the Jazzercise room like I'm on marshmallows, so comfortable and supportive. Wish I'd had them three years ago when I started. These will be the only aerobic sneakers I'll be choosing from now on.

Great shock absorption. I have bad knees but like high-impact aerobic workouts. These shoes help keep my knees feeling good.

I absolutely love these shoes! This is my second pair. I do step aerobics mostly. I have bad arches, so I have to use a special insert -- but I have had to do that for every pair of aerobics shoes that I have had for the past 30 years! I like the higher sides because of my weak ankles.
I'd also recommend:

Oh! I like them. They are perfect for aerobics and dance classes, cause they have a perfect fixation of the hill and excellent arch support, though there is enough place for your toes even if you have a wide foot. Buy them and enjoy!

Love this shoe. Been looking for a mid high for ankle support, which has been hard to find. Had Reeboks that they no longer make. This shoe is much better. Use them for riding my exercise bike and alot of walking. Can wear all day.

Great for extreme cardio workouts! they expand so no need to get 1/2 size up. Perfect fit, and very comfy on ankles and knees.

I really like the Ryka brand. They seem to fit me better. I can't believe how light these feel when wearing them. They really don't have a high arch in them. Which, is what I prefer anyways. Nice sneakers!

I specifically purchased this shoe to do aerobics. I love the comfort and the light weight. This shoes does not necessarily feel a 1/2 size bigger, but I do have a little extra room. Overall, it's a great shoe!
