width wise ok, but the heel was way too loose.

Shoe was vinyl and cut was too high for me.

Not the most good looking shoes, but the ease of putting them on makes up for it! They are very comfortable. I am pleased.

The tongue is way too large where it is attached to the shoe and the extra material bunches on top of the foot right in front of the toes. It has rubbed my foot enough that a sore has formed. I'll be taking the shoes to our local shoe repair shop to see if they can do something to cut down the excess material.

I'm an 80 year old male with narrow (AA) feet. I have a hard time finding men's shoes narrow enough for me. Frankly, I don't see much difference in appearance between men's and women's shoes. These fit great and with the velcro fasteners are much easier than laces to close. Only complaint with these shoes is that they seem to be warm. Haven't had them long enough to check the wear.

I find this to be a shoe with plenty of toe room without appearing clunky as some do. I had surgery last summer and still have a lot of sensitivity in one of my feet. I always love dealing with Zappos!

Needed a wider shoe for my AFO, and the rounder toe gives more room too. Not a pretty shoe - not finished off well, and the zip closure appeared slightly out of alignment. But it was the 3rd shoe I tried and the only one that work with my brace for foot drop. Zappos customer service is excellent - no issues with returning the first two pair that didn't work with the brace.

Nice shoes, however, the straps are not long enough to get the shoe tight enough to actually give support to the foot and ankle, anyhow on me, I have joint problems, the straps were just too short.

I have purchased this style WW577 Hook and Loop walking shoes from Zappos a few times. The arrival time is always fast. I love these shoes. However, the pair I have just received seem to be squeaking when walking. I have not had squeaking before. I will walk on them for several days and hopefully, the squeaking will resolve.

I ordered these shoes to wear with my AFOs which are leg braces. They work beautifully. I take the right one off to drive and the hook and loop closures make my life much easier than dealing with laces that have to be tied. Zappos was great with trying 2 different sizes and then returning 1. They arrived earlier than expected. They are not the most attractive shoes I have ever had but they do the job and are great for what I need them for every day.

Good walking shoe. I have 2 pairs, one in white & one in black. Went on a cruise and had to multitask with this shoe, so took the black so I could walk, but still go into dinner with shoes not looking to conspicuous. Not the most comfortable I have ever worn, but good support for walking. A little heavy for travel so I do not pack them, but wear them to get to my destination.

Shoes are comfortable, and the size I chose fit. The velcro tabs work are are a little small. Somewhat wider and longer would work better.

I also have this shoe in the lace style. I like the NB shoes with the SL-2 last. I remove the insoles and insert my orthotics. I have no problems with the fit. The style of the shoe is somewhat "boxy" looking.

Very comfortable but narrow walking shoe. I've never ordered a "wide" before but if I order another pair of these, I would consider ordering "wide" versus regular width. With the Velcro, it makes slipping these on and off a breeze. Again, very comfortable walking shoe!

This is not my idea of a young stylish shoe; however, it does fit my daughter's 5.5 xw foot. She is a young lady and finding a fashionable shoe that fits her leaves little choice as most of the shoes that are available are really ugly black or white shoes that give the appearance of "corrective" shoes. I would love for shoe manufacturers to offer some attractive styles and colors for those sizes that fall outside of the usual size 6 to 11 medium widths. That being said, this shoe is well constructed with a padded ankle collar for additional comfort. How about adding some colored stitching to this plain all white shoe?

I normally wear a 5 1/2 to 6 size sneaker. So I was surprised to find this a bit tight over the top of my foot? Otherwise I liked the overall look and feel of the shoe

I'm 98 years old and they really do make my balance much better! The comments about that top closure strap being too short is very true but it doesn't matter to me that much and wouldn't be enough to prevent me from buying the shoes. They are wonderful shoes!

Great shoes, with one small problem: the seam at the base of the straps is too tight. I have a very wide foot! But I think I can have it stretched out. Thus the four stars instead of five.

The good news is that these shoes fit my narrow heel and wide toe box (7.5EE). I could use the velcro straps to keep the toes nice and loose and the heel tight. However, I also found the shoes to be stiff, taking awhile to break in. I also found the soles to be more slippery on ice than I had expected - the rubber is hard and the grooves are not deep.

First time for New Balance. Quality construction but extremely clunky looking and felt a little oversized.

Got it in black size 5 1/2 EE to wear for work at a restaurant where I was on my feet all day. Not a particularly cute shoe to be sure, but comfort was the main goal with this purchase, and it exceeded my expectations. This is the most comfortable shoe I have ever owned. I had them for four years of near everyday use until they finally got too ratty to wear anymore (but they still held together).
