These are very comfortable, with a roomy toe area; I love the Velcro straps to fasten!

True to size. Very comfortable. No problem removing the insole so that I could put in my special insert. Very supportive.

I wear an 11, Narrow as I can get it.I had to exchange for a 12. New Balance is the only athletic style shoe that comes narrow. I like the Velcro. Can't go back to laces. I buy a pair of these every year for work.

I have to have special orthotic inserts, so I was unable to answer the question re arch support. My doctors recommend the New Balance shoes for my bad feet.

What's not to love? Loved the shoe, loved the service, loved the upgraded shipping for free, love the website!

I ordered these sneakers for my mother in law who is in a nursing home and had difficulty with tying her shoes and intermittent swelling of her feet. They have helped immensely. I do not think they are as wide as we would like; however, the Velcro is perfect for her.

Just what I wanted--a shoe that I could put on easily for everyday wear, not for major fitness. I needed a square toebox to accommodate my longer 2nd toe, and this shoe has that.

I wear a 6-1/2 to a 7, ordered a 7 and it was too short, not a great fit all the way around for me and a little old lady looking. Had to return, but love Zappos! They make everything so easy!

The total size and fit of my shoes were great - only problem was the length of the tab on the hook and loop closure were TOO SHORT. So much of the closure material on the bottom NOT covered by the tab which caused my shoes to catch pant material, sofa material, etc. Another inch longer would of eliminated this annoying problem.

This is my first time with New Balance. They do run very short in length. However; the price is affordable and in general the shoes are very supportive of weak ankles and problems with balance. They get a big a big plus from me and they will be ordered again. It did take a few weeks to break them in.

These are great shoes! I was concerned because they are less expensive than others I bought in the past, but they fit and feel great. The SL2 toe and double wide size really helps with my extra long toes, without being too narrow in the heel. I wore these on a trip where I did a lot of walking and also walk 2 miles every day at home. I'm very happy with my purchase.

These shoes are wonderful. They are comfortable, and they can accommodate orthotics, which I need.

Love them. They fit my really difficult right foot which has was injured and had surgeries. Very difficult to find "nice" shoes.

A great shoe I bought for my mom who's a senior! She loved the room in the toe box and the velcro. A very stylish shoe and really comfortable for her.

This shoe runs true to size, and width. I also like the extra padding in the heel. They are great!

I love Zappos and buy many shoes from them, usually New Balance. The shoes fit perfectly, are delivered promptly and are very attractive.

I can't review the fit or comfort because I ordered them for my Mom who is diabetic, her feet swell, and was in a nursing home in TX. She is happy with them, though. She likes the velcro because then if her feet are swollen, she doesn't have to pull the velcro all the way over.

My shoes fit great and came more quickly than I could imagine! My local shoe store had a mark up on my shoe for a hefty amount! And I bought 2 pair so I have two different colors in the same comfy shoes. Thank you Zappos!

Very comfortable shoes from the moment I first put them on...they did not require any "breaking in" time. Because I have high arches, I indicated moderate arch support, but for those without high arches, it would probably be excellent arch support.

Love them. May get a pair in black. Can't really comment on the arch support. I don't have a problem with my arches. I need a size 6 wide and they are hard to come by. I see another pair in my future.

These shoes work great with my orthotics. They are comfortable and very easy to put on. This is the 2nd paid of NB shoes and I wouldn't buy any other brand.

Had foot surgery and needed some back to work shoes that were a little wider than normal as I still have swelling. Ordered 1 width larger than usual and these fit like a dream. Very comfortable with plenty of toe room.
