I had never bought from Zappos but had a coupon and gave it a try> EVERYTHING was as promised. Ordering was easy; delivery was on time and not damaged; phone calls with questions were fully answered with the utmost courtesy. I found this item which I cannot find in this width elsewhere! Hooray!!

Very comfy - finally a shoe that doesn't squish my toes. Love the all-white shoe-can wear with everything.

I love the New Balance shoes, and these in particular. They fit well, and hold up well. It is hard for me to find shoes for my size (large, narrow, high arch), and these are great.

I have tried to change our address and it doesnt work....UPS put shoes at old address, the one you keeputting on my orders. Have entered new address NUMBER OF TIMES....I thought you lost my order, so ordered again..Don't need two.

Perfect, true to size and width, fit! Zappos does an excellent job getting the shoes to the customer. I had been searching everywhere for this shoe and finally found it at Zappos!

It is very difficult to find a shoe that fits well, whether you buy it in a store or on-line. It bought this through Zappos on-line in my size and was very pleased with the fit. I was able to remove the insoles and replace them with my orthotics. This shoe is extremely comfortable. I am pleased with this product.

This is my sneaker of choice recommended by my podiatrist. I have it in black and in white. My orthoses fit well in this sneaker. They are comfortable & wear well.

I ordered these sneakers through Zappos, they arrived the next day and are perfect for what I needed, which is daily walking!! I would suggest them highly, round toe area (none of the pointed stuff that cramps toes).

Excellent shoes...I always buy them. Own a pair for work, & one for walking. On my 3rd. If you have wide feet and want durability, buy these.

Good sturdy but comfortable walking shoe. Good heal cushioning. I have a long record with the predecessor of this shoe. The quality and comfort has carried through to this shoe. I use it for walking my dogs daily on country roads.

I like to buy New Balance shoes because they allow me to replace the insole with an orthotic that supports my arch. The WW577 had a large toe box which allowed a roomy fit for my toes. They worked out wonderfully and I am happy that Zappos is still carrying them.

I love these shoes. Great for walking. This is the second pair I've bought and would buy them again.

Love these - right out of the box was able to do an hour long power walk - no break in needed. Also like that they come in all white without trim in a different color.

These are my holy grail of walking shoes. I searched for a long time for the perfect pair. very glad that this style has been around at least five years and will continue to be around for a long time. They have wonderful support, cushioning and durability. I wear orthotics and the B width accommodated them well. I'm on about my fourth pair and buying two more to get me through walking another half marathon. My only criticism's are that the style is very generic. The all leather uppers breath well for leather but aren't as good as mesh in the summer.
