I bought these shoes with velcro because I have had accidents with tie shoes while riding my bicycle. I'm 76 so falling off a bike is dangerous.

I had purchased sneakers for the wife for Christmas. Wrong size & color. Contacted New Balance And the had me return the wrong ones for a full credit and got the right ones without a problem. Great company to deal with. A+++++

These are a bit stiff but well-cushioned and comfortable, so I'm sure I'll break them in soon. Great color (bone) and great price for these shoes that I'm sure will last long time!

I wear this style in both white and beige. Have worn this style for many years, very comfortable. Oops I meant to order an 8 1/2N.

This shoe fits my needs well -- walking around my retirement community to get some exercise each day. Speaking of fitting, this is one of the few shoes I've ever found that actually fits my feet, which are short and wide.

My grandmother recently had a second knee replacement and I wanted to get her good support shoes that she would actually wear since she didn't like all the fancy stuff and she loved these and they have been extremely helpful!

I was happy with the prompt service on my order and the fact that New Balance shoes actually fit my feet perfectly, as I am a hard to fit person, and have had difficulty my entire life finding comfortable shoes. These are very, very comfortable and fit perfectly.

Price is right. I ca always get the Velcro fasteners. They are tolerably comfortable right from the start of wearing them.

It was a gift for my mother.Because she likes the Velcro sneakers because it is easy for her with her age.

First time wearing them; they squeak a lot but I'm sure that will wear off. New Balance shoes are good for me as I have a bunion and need a very wide toe box. And the shoes always feel good. Runs true to size.

I Have personally worn New Balance shoes for decades. I used to wear Nike and Adidas, but I had such bad foot and low back pain at the end of my nursing shift that I started paying attention to what some of my coworkers were wearing and I noticed a lot of New Balance, so I decided to try them, and I have never gone back, I recommend them to everyone who complains about foot pain or asks me about how I like mine. I have had such a wonderful experience with every pair I've bought, never got a bum pair, but there are styles I like better than others. This pair that I'm reviewing for this particular purchase, I actually bought for my mom who is 85yrs old and diabetic. For some time she's been complaining about her expensive, doctor prescribed diabetic shoes that she could only get in person from the Hanger company. They were so heavy, she wasn't picking up her feet high enough when she walked and was having a lot of falls, one that resulted with a broken hip. So I decided to take a chance, with utmost faith and confidence, and I purchased these shoes for my mom. They were true to size, she has a narrow heal and wide toe bed and she says they feel like a dream, the heal hugs hers, they're light weight and have a nice wide sole, and she said she felt so much more stable when she walked. This is the 2nd pair I bought for her, the 1st pair were a neutral khaki color, but she likes to wear black a lot, so I bought her a black pair when they came on sale, and she just loves them, couldn't thank me enough, and by the way, this woman is sooooo hard to please!

Sooo easy to put on and take off. Wonderful shoe to wear in the house on concrete floor!!

These shoes are very comfortable. They're light & well cushioned which makes for very comfortable walking. This is the third pair i've owned & i hope the style stays around for many more years. Great casual shoe. You can't go wrong with this style., & the hook & loop closure is super easy.
