I'm so glad New Balance is still making this shoe. It's a classic white sneaker with a lot of support, which is what my middle-aged feet need, and I've been buying them for years. I order them two at a time for efficiency, and the only reason I don't order more is sheer lack of closet space. I appreciate the look and the fit.

I bought 2 different pairs. This pair I wear in wet weather as they don't have ventilation and keep my feet dry.

I have a narrow foot and the 9.5 n fit well. The sizing always seems consistent across all NB shoes. No complaints.

The sizing is true and the shoes offer a lot of support.

New Balance shoes are the best. Comfortable fit and great support.

I love this shoe. I had learned to always buy a half size bigger than my shoe size when buying New Balance shoes. I still do that. I recently had to see a podiatrist and he was very happy that this shoe gave me ample toe room. I learned how to use the extra shoelace holes to prevent my heel from slipping out.

I only wish you were still selling the hook and loop style shoes in EE.

I'm a custodian at a high school and I do a lot of walking during the day. Anywhere from 6 to 10 miles a day. Good walking shoes are very important to me. These shoes are awesome.

Finally being able to get the right comfort and fit after so many attempts, is amazing. Thanks for having them in stock.

For work. Excellent support. Leather is very sturdy

I've worn this style sneaker for over 20 years. It fits perfectly (7 1/2 wide) and is always comfortable -- and I walk a lot. While I usually buy them in a store, during Covid that was not possible, so I went online. And because the quality is always the same, I was able to buy them without having to try them on. The only problem was that I had to wait over two months for my size to be available -- due to chain supply, etc. It was worth the wait.

Whenever I find the tie version of this shoe in my size I purchase it because apparently they are not going to be made anymore. I am stockpiling them for future use.

Velcro is great for people who cannot tie shoes any more. Very comfortable shoe.

I walk 90,000 to 100,000 steps a week and these are the best shoes I've found. Please don't ever discontinue them!

So pleased with new 577 pair of shoeshave used NEW BALANCE for many years in my younger days of running, and now in my senior years for treadmill and bike exercise routine. Has been an excellent product for styling for foot comfort and lasting performance. Thank you New Balance !

My love and appreciation of these velcro 577 'sneakers' is personal. I was diagnosed with neuropathy in both feet some years ago, so my feet no longer 'bend' to be able to get into a laced shoe or hold on to an open shoe. These shoes are now the only ones I own: in black, in white and in beige! They are my dress-up shoes, my dress-down shoes and my house shoes! They are not inexpensive; at one point I did try a less expensive New Balance velcro shoe. Mistake. You get what you pay for. The 577's are comfortable and easy-to-wear. And, still made in USA! Truly, a saving grace!

This 2x wide shoe is the only one I can wear comfortably with my prosthetic and was pleased to be able to order it. Am waiting for my size in Black and Beige to return to stock to order them. I received it promptly after the order.
