It is the first time i accepted mail ordered shoes. I have had them assorted catalogs and they were un comfortable . I ordered black from the store and white from the Internet store and not any cheap place. Both pairs are equally comfortable. Stay with the best!

Very comfortable and true to size

I already had an ecru pair of this style. It was my constant shoe of choice because it gave me the support AND the comfort I needed. When there finally was a pair in black, I jumped on it so I had a "winter" shoe that could go anywhere and give me the comfort, plus support. The fit is excellent and they can pass as a dress shoe as they are solid black except for small silver embellishment on the heel.

I was told by another company that the 577 was no longer available so I purchased the 813. Had to wait due to material availability. Was I disappointed. Then waiting on a replacement and credit to my CC. Calling and calling for months did no good. No one returned my calls and I had been using that company for years...but I will never go back. I called New Balance directly and explained what happened and they were very nice. I received the white pair, with a discount for my troubles. So grateful as I am back to my 577. YEAH!

Was gift person loves them

My wife wears these at her dental office where she is up and down all day. They have excellent comfort and a great fit. I also love these shoes for their fit and comfort. They have a large toe box that is comfortable for my feet.

I have foot problems and these have given me a solid shoe that has a perfectly fitting toe box and heel box as well. My orthotics fit in well and overall I am very happy with this shoe!

Great comfort and support.

New Balance is my go to for everyday comfort. I'm in my 60's and use orthotics for foot issues and their walking shoes never fail. My orthotic inserts fit well in this style and they provide good support and a roomy toe box.

These shoes have just the support I need. My left foot has a strong pronation (inward rolling). Although the last shoes I bought (not New Balance), were very comfortable, the sides of the shoe had no support. Within a short time it felt like I was walking on the side of the sole. Enter my new New Balance shoes. The support is wonderful without compromising comfort. Thank you for a quality shoe.

I walk roughly 42 miles a week outside of being on my feet all day as a teacher. This is the best fitting and most reasonably priced walking shoe I have found. NEVER discontinue!

I like the shoe but it is way too small can I exchange for a larger size. I have had 2 surgeries is the reason I am late in sending this. Please let me know. I need a return address please

My New Balance shoes are great! The size is perfect! They feel comfortable! I have always bought New Balance shoes. Never had a problem with them! Love them!

I was so happy to find almost the exact walking shoes that I bought over 10 years ago. I took them on a walking trip to Ireland, and I wore them almost exclusively at home in California. They're comfortable and they wear well. I went one size up from my normal shoe size, due to heavier socks and a little bit of a snug fit.

Had to make adjustments in the arches. But, for normal Size12AA feet they'd be perfect.

Dr. wants me to wear motion control shoes and these are the closest I could find. The price was right and the free shipping was awesome. I got a wide shoe size and it is still a little snug but in time it will be just perfect. This is the 3rd. pair of shoes that I have ordered in the past 5 years.

This is my third pair of new balance sneakeralways same fit ,same good sale price and no surprises in the wear and tear construction of the shoe..

I have a arthritis in my foot so, per the podiatrist, I need to wear sturdy shoes. These shoes are sturdy but quite good enough in looks to wear for a little more upbeat activities/events. I had another pair just like these and they were really comfortable and last a really long time.

Mom loves them and keeps her 97 year old feet movin.
