I purchased these shoes a few weeks ago and have been using them for trail walking and biking. Soft and comfy right out of the box, with plenty of room in the toe box (I ordered the wide width even though I often wear a 6M), partly made in the U.S., and a practical gray color that hides the dirt. These are a good value for the price!

I normally order my running shoes a half size larger than my normal shoes and I usually find a good fit with New Balance. My toes hit the end of this shoe just standing up when trying them on. The shoe is a nice color and otherwise seemed comfortable although I did not wear them very long since they were so short.

Whoa! Way too small. I wear a 7 1/2, ordered an 8. All my toes were touching not just my big toe! Shame because it is a nice looking shoe.

I bought these to replace a pair of WT572's that finally wore out. They are lighter weight and very comfortable, but they run even smaller than their predecessor. I usually wear a size 11 and in these my toes were jammed up against the end of a size 12. If I could order a size up I would, but I can't, too bad.

This is one of the few pair of New Balance sneakers I am not happy with. All the rest I own can easily take my orthotics. Not this pair. Too narrow and too short. Laces also continue to unravel, even double knotted. Just do not fit correctly.

Shoes are not as comfortable as I'd hoped. They are very firm on the soles and my heels were hurting after wearing them for just a short time (a few hours). Disappointing as I love the look, style and the fact that these are made in the USA.

I have to agree with most of the reviews here. I ordered an 8 1/2 in this shoe (ignoring the reviews to buy 1/2 size up) and others off this site (Nike/Adidas) to see which I liked better. This shoe in the same exact size as the others was incredibly tight. So...I ordered a 1/2 size up and it was still snug with my big toe hitting the front of the shoe! I placed the size 9 next to the 8.5 Nike's and they were much smaller. Doesn't make sense. Unfortunately I like the look of the shoe so I'm back at it. I just ordered a size 9.5. Thank goodness for Zappos' awesome return policy. Hope this time is the charm.

Fit: I take a size 8 about 95% of the time for any brand. However, these shoes are very short in the toe. I tried an 8.5 and then a 9 (I have never worn a size 9, ever). Oddly, the width of the 9 fits fine. But if I wear these all day my toes really push against the tip of the shoe, and it even starts to hurt when walking downhill. They don't really look much bigger than my other size 8s, though. I would like them more if the fit wasn't so odd on my foot. (I have other, older NB shoes that fit just fine, but were due for replacement.) Looks: These shoes look nice and are more subtle than wearing loud athletic shoes. The pink is a nice girly touch; it's really more like lavender. A good combination with the dark grey.

I bought these shoes specifically for walking and jogging on the treadmill. They are to replace an older pair (different style) of New Balance shoes that are totally comfortable but finally falling apart. Sadly, I will be returning these shoes. Even though the size is the same as my old pair these feel too short and my toes hit the front of the shoe when I run. I will be looking for a different style of New Balance for my workouts.

These are pretty basic shoes that run true to size. They have minimal support for arch and ankle but do have some. I'm not sure I would wear these for serious sports, but they are fine for everyday walking wear.

I really liked the look of the shoe but it runs very small. I had to order, return, reorder and return the 2nd pair. It didn't feel like I thought it would. It didn't fit snug, even though the length was short, the width was too roomy and there was no arch support. Going for a totally different shoe next time.

These are so small! I have four pairs of 7½D New Balance and they are great, just wearing out. These are really short. The pink and gray are very attractive.

I ordered this shoe to replace an old pair of Adidas Torsions. I use an AFO brace for a foot drop due to MS. But this 6.5 Wide New Balance had a cramped toe box and nowhere near the cushion of my old 6.5 Adidas. I don't think going up to a 7 will solve the problem; the design of this shoe is simply not going to work. I am returning the NB and going to try Adidas Kanadia TR3.

I am a New Balance fan, but this shoe is just not my favorite. Not really comfy and cushy. The bottom is a little hard. These went back.

Not enough support for my foot, the balls of my foot ached when I wore this shoe. However, it has lots of advantages: lightweight, very breathable and flexible upper, cute colors, quality construction, made in USA.

Love the look, but the toe box is much more narrow than other NB that I have purchased. Needed to go to a 1/2 size larger.

I really liked the style of these but the 9.5 I ordered was way too small. I've never had that issue with NB before, but my toes actually touched the end of the shoe, before I even stood up in them! Had to return them, will try going up a full size. Low star rating is for fit, hopefully the larger size will work for me and I can bump up the rating.

I always wear New Balance running shoes but these were poorly designed. I had to return them because the first set of lace-holes (the lowest area of the "yoke") could not be adjusted. It has been sewn in place and therefore cannot be adjusted to a width comfortable for someone with high arches (like me).

They do run small as so many other customers have said. I am a consistent size 7, and would need at least a half size bigger, but opted to return them for a refund because they did not seem like they would be that comfortable no matter what size.

This pair of sneakers is not comfortable at all. It has no support in the arch or the heels. I love New Balance, but this was a disappointment.

Fits well, comfortable, no break in time, ready to go. Also accommodates my orthotic.

These are nice looking as running shoes go. I have a narrow heel and wider toe area, and these fit beautifully. I found them to be shorter than my previous New Balance shoes - 9 and a half was what I had before but these in the same size feel a bit snug in the toes. 10's were too big. I normally wear an 8 and a half or 9 in street shoes.

At least 1/2 size small, probably 1 full size. Too bad the style is no longer available in the new size I need because I like the color combo and I think the cushion is good.

The NB trail running shoe tread is awesome. Ordered an 11 (my usual size) and my toes are pinched. These are going back & I'm definitely sticking with NB, but not too sure about this model.
