Well, I absolutely love this jacket. I had to wait for my size to become available (2X in black), and finally I was able to order it. Unfortunately it's too tight around the chest area (which is why I ordered this size). It was a pretty big disappointment, I have other jackets this size that fit great, so in my opinion these run small. Sadly, I will be returning this jacket and consider a men's size instead. Hopefully it's not too big shoulder wise - I really wish this jacket fit me! On another note, I ordered this jacket late afternoon, on a holiday, and received it the next day. Wow, Zappos is amazing with their shipping and customer service. At least that was positive!

Great jacket! Bought one for each of my three children to wear while hiking or partaking in outdoor sports. Easy to layer.

This jacket is great in the rain you stay nice and dry and it even keeps you warm when the wind is blowing. I love the color as well it so pretty, and very hip this season.

Amazing. Light enough for summer rains but can layer for autumn/fall. Completely waterproof but sizing can be an issue.

Love this jacket. I am 5ft 2 and 140 lbs. I got a medium which is a little big but allows me to wear it over a sweater.

This jacket is adorable and a perfect spring jacket or layering for the fall. The coral is very bright! I am 5'2", 125 and ordered a medium and it fits perfect, it is somewhat form-fitting.

Very nice jacket. I purchased one for my granddaughter. I then ordered another one for my other granddaughter! It was ordered one day & it came the next day! The pricing was good. No extra taxes or shipping and handling charges. The girls love their jackets and so do I.

I bought this in the Beach Glass Green color, size Medium. The color is awesome, and is depicted perfectly in the picture. I was confused about what size to get. I wear from a size 8-12, since my weight fluctuates occasionally. I am 5'3 and a 34D. I actually tried the Med and Large jackets. The medium is close fitting and flattering without being too tight, while the Large fit sort of like a men's jacket on me. I don't intend on wearing a sweatshirt or anything underneath this since I live in Texas and wanted a lightweight rain coat. However, if you want to wear a sweater or something thick underneath, then I'd get a size larger if you're on the fence. Also, the Northface website has a very helpful "Size Advisor." All you do is put in your bra size, height, weight, etc, and you will be shown the size that you should get, as well as how that size will fit you (tight, loose, as intended, etc.) My only "complaint" is that this jacket doesn't have pit zips, lol. Otherwise, I really like this jacket.

This jacket is awesome! It looks exactly like the image and fits really well. The hood is the best part, no need for an umbrella!

My jacket came in the mail 7 business days after I ordered it and I live overseas in Okinawa. Not bad for free shipping! I also love the lower price compared to where I was going to order it at first -- Amazon -- where it cost more for this color and size. I was instantly sold on the deal. I was on the fence about whether to order XS or S since both sizes fit me perfectly depending on what kind of North Face jacket it is. Thanks to this website's measurements for every model, I went with XS and I'm so glad I did! I love the fitted, contoured look. It's still a little spacious inside, but perfect for layering underneath when it does get chilly here. It's not boxy looking and although the sleeves are long for my arms, it's not an issue at all. I'm also glad the hood is large enough to cover even my forehead, which my other rain jacket doesn't do. Now I'm just waiting for the rain so I can see how well it keeps me dry. So far I am in love with this jacket and the quality that North Face represents.

After reading many reviews, I decided to order this jacket for myself. Loved the color as it wasn't a true red, and everyone I see is wearing Marker Blue. In the end, however, I am returning it for two reasons - it's far too noisy for my taste, the stiffness and "swoosh" would probably never dissipate. If that bothers you, just be forewarned. The style is definitely cute, and the fit good. The other flaw, in my opinion, is the "mesh" interior, that also follows through to the pocket. After wearing the jacket twice, and putting my car keys into my pocket (I don't carry a purse), I feared that wearing it any more and using the pockets, they would not be durable enough to hold up to everyday use. I am replacing this jacket with the Outdoor Research Women's Aspire Jacket.

Love the jacket and color! But, I hate the Velcro on it! Not a fan of Velcro, it snags on clothing and scarves..

I've had this coat for a few days and love it! The color is beautiful and I love the combination of the purple and bright pink. I'm a petite woman at 5'2" and 115 lbs. and the x-small size fits me perfectly. I like how the coat is form fitting and feminine. It's true that there isn't much room for layering but I could fit a thin sweatshirt underneath it just fine. In my opinion this is a good lightweight jacket for spring or summer weather so there's not much need for layering heavier sweatshirts with it. Based on this purchase I'd buy another North Face jacket. This is a well made and stylish jacket and I'm pleased with my purchase.

Ordered this in Fire Brick Red after seeing Marker Blue in the store, and everywhere locally. I love the variation on color play with red/orange and that I am not one of the masses who purchased locally instead (not many color options). I am 5'8" and 160 lbs, wearing a L because it fit better and still looks slimming. Cannot wait to put on my galoshes, my new rain jacket and play in the Spring rain! The hood is an added bonus for days when I'm sitting sideline watching my son play lacrosse. Thanks for a great jacket, North Face & Zappos for carrying it!

Bought this for my little sister she loves it. She called me to tell me she walked home from school in the rain and didn't get wet at all. Serves its purpose. The fit is true to size.

61 owner of 2 min-pins who I walk rain or shine, looking for a raincoat so don't have to use umbrella. I'm 5'4", 135, the M was a little snug, wouldn't work with a fleece under, which I wanted the option of. I may try the L, but will look if I can find a raincoat for less. Coat was great if you are willing to pay the price. Love NF!

Great jacket...they are hard to find in a XXL and then many do not fit a large bust. Wish the athletic makers would work for the plus size people out there. This is a good exception...great, well made, lightweight jacket.

I wear a size 16 everywhere and the North Face XXL is too small for me. I am 5'9" and weight 160 pounds and can't figure out what size chart North Face is using for women's sizes. I don't like the colors in the men's sizes, but do I need to get a men's XL?

The perfect spring/fall jacket. Stow away hood gives it a put together look & it's definitely rainproof. This is my 2nd. One.

I really like my new North Face Resolve rain jacket. It was hard to find the size that I needed, but Zappos had it. And I could not believe how quickly the jacket was delivered.

Really happy with this. It fits just like a glove. The color is just as describe. This is my first north face purchase and I will be making more in the future.

The L in this color is larger than the XL just be careful. Color combo is awesome. Orange is the color.

I am normally a small or sometimes medium in coats. I ordered the large so I could put warm layers underneath when need be. I will not be able to do much layering or if I do, it will be a snug fit. This large fits me the way most small or mediums do and it is a very fitted coat also. Definitely order up a size.
