I needed to replace my well-worn Teva Mush flip flops. I chose Teva Mush in two different colors, but they aren't as soft as I remember. They also seem to run small, so I'm returning them. :(

I'm just not sure yet, not like the other pair I have, material is different, really wanted a new pair like the old pair my son bought for me.

I purchased this flip flop in my normal size 10 after reading all other reviews stating that they ran true to size. This is not the case as they seem to be more like a size 9. They will be okay so I will keep them. Another flip flop I ordered in a 10 and it was more like an 11. I am returning them for a size 9. Hoping they will work out.

I really love the Mush line of flip flops, but no woman with a size 7.5-8 foot has 4" toes. It's like you designed them around the larger sizes, then just removed length off the back to get the smaller sizes. I still buy them, but I have to remove about an inch off the center of the toe bed (and also round it off so it's not so pointy) with a belt sander so I don't look like I'm wearing the wrong size.
The same goes for Voya - length is fine, toe section is ridiculously long. Please design the women's flips for women's feet.

I have always loved the Mush collection, but these have much more rigid straps and not as mushy soles.

I used to wear TEVA's all the time about 10 years ago. I LOVED them. Anytime I went to the beach, I would buy a new pair and my last pair lasted over 5 years. I bought these new TEVA's with those fond memories in mind. I found them to fit much smaller and the sole to not be as mushy. I really don't like these new TEVA's.

I wear them in the morning or whenever I feel I need to spread my toes. Materials are well made. However the foot part has gone down some quicker than I'd like. Just wondering if they'll last as long my other pair.

I was excited about these after so many good reviews - but I found the sandal straps to be scratchy and uncomfortable. If I walked in these for any significant distance, I would be worried about chafing and blisters, especially between the toes. Please make this material softer! Unfortunately had to return mine.

I have owned Teva original sandals for years. I bought my first pair in 1998. I loved them, and they lasted for years. Beginning in 2001 I wore them as golf shoes. They are great! I purchased "Mush" sandals (flip-flops) approximately 15 years ago. I recently purchased both a pair of "original" Tevas and 2 pairs of Mush sandals, and I'm sorry to say the quality is not equal to sandals purchased long ago. What I appreciated most in both types of sandals was the arch support. It is still there in the new shoes, just not as pronounced. Granted, I did not purchase the most expensive sandals Teva makes, but I expected the same quality as the original shoes. Alas, that has proven to not be the case.

Why Teva decided to take a great product and make it worse is a mystery to me. Original Mush was so much softer that this. It was the gold standard of comfortable flip flops. Now they're just OK. Would love to hear why this happened, but like everything it probably had to do with cost of materials. I would have gladly paid more. And there really is no one else making softer ones, so will have to make these do.

The straps seem looser than on previous pairs of these flip flops. They are not quite as secure as I had hoped, as I wear these at the pool an in the showers, so it's better if they are snug so they don't slip around.

The item was too small. I bought these sandals true to size to use after a long day of walking, not realizing they were too small for my swollen feet. I gifted them to another pilgrim on the Camino Frances.

The mesh piece on the right flip flop is a little off. Consequently, my foot will not center on the foot bed. A drawback when buying online. Have had MANY pairs over the years. Would still recommend.

I wanted to love these, as I had a pair of Teva Mush which were very well loved for many years and many vacations and beach travels. These were a smidge smaller, enough for me to return them. I wish they offered half sizes, I would have done an exchange.

My old Teva flip-flops are great. I hoped these would be the same. Good things: The footbed has a fair amount of arch support, and the pattern on the straps is pretty. Not so good: The straps are too short and feel tight. Maybe it's because the strap between the toes is attached too far back on the sole compared to my old pair. My heel hangs over the back edge, but my toes don't reach the front edge, and the strap between my toes is pulled way back on top of my foot instead of being more vertical. I'm hoping the straps will stretch some as I wear them.

I have always worn Tevas. The news ones are nothing like old mush one's. The thickness of the new one's is quite a bit smaller. Not as comfortable.

The width of the rubber base has been narrowed by at least an inch since I bought it last. (I compared my old one to the new.) Also, they shortened the fabric on the thong too. It's still sturdy. Don't companies know that the few pennies they save by making changes damages their reputation with their loyal customer base.

I had my hopes up today when I read the headline to your most recent email: "OUR MOST LOVED STYLES RETURN". Sadly, this does not include the ORIGINAL MUSH - the most loved Teva sandal of all time! You still receive numerous emails and reviews encouraging you to bring back the Original Mush, with its soft, foot-forming foot bed and generous width. The Mush II does not compare - it's too narrow for my foot. Please bring back THE ORIGINAL MUSH!

The Mush II at first glance looks like the old version. But the soles are not as cushiony, the cut of the sole is different, and the arch support is quite inadequate compared to their old version of this shoe. I still have a couple pair of the old version, and even though I've worn them almost daily for years, they have superior cushioning and support to the new version. If you've never experienced the older, superior product you might be happy with this one. I was disappointed.

These Tevas are no different than really cheap flip-flops. Very disappointed in the thin sole. My 20-year old Tevas are still WAYYYYY better than the flimsy flip-flops you make now.

These shoes have become narrower. Worn them in past and the same flip flops being sold are now skimping on material! Teva and other brands like reef. These companies are getting away with same shoe same price with less material! Cheaper materials as well. You have already noticed it with food! Go to Amy fast food restaurant and the size of a burger has gotten smaller!! Go to any restaurant and the portion sizes are smaller. We are now paying more for less!!!! This has got to stop!!
