I got a pair of teva flip flops back in 2013 as a gift, fit great, used them for years. Purchased these flip flops about a month ago and they do not fit correctly. They go on but they don't go on all the way it's the correct show size so it has to be how the shoe is actually designed. If you have narrow, low arch feet, they'll probably fit. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend, I usually wear a 8.5 so a 9 really ought to have fit.

After inserting the recycled material into this design the comfort factor went way down. It was like walking on a hard plastic floor without the sponge cushioning feel the prior designs had. I hate seeing products decline due to profitability maximization. I wish they would go back to the old design and components for the mush style flop.. Very dissappointed.

Some years ago I purchased 2 pairs of Teva Mush. They fit perfectly. My foot measures 11and 1/2. You do not offer half sizes now. The size I ordered this time was 12. I returned them because they were too big and they didn't fit. I can only conclude that you used to offer half sizes but don't any more.

I have been buying the MUSH II sandal for years! they have been my "go-to" summer staple!! But NOT anymore! I just received my order and the bottom of the sandals are plastic...Low quality for sure!! Do not waste your money!! Unfortunately TEVA has lost a very loyal customer!

I've had Mush flip flops for years, but the straps on the latest version are way too tight on my feet.

I am so tired of spending money on this brand. They used to be so reliable and high quality. I am a size 6, and have ordered 3 (three) pairs of size 6 sandals over the last year. 6 is too small for me in these. For reference, I wear 5.5 in most shoes. It's bizarre that a 6M in flip flops don't fit. ***** I am immune compromised and live in a very rural area, where I do NOT have a UPS store to drop off a return. I can't drive 46 miles to do that. It's unbelievable that Teva won't do anything to make this right.*****

I have two pair of Teva sandal flip flops that I bought at a surf shop in Gulf Shores, AL a few years back and I love them. The inside where my sole touches when I put my feet in is sort of similar hard rubber material as the bottom. Meaning, if I have wet feet and slip them in the sandals, it's no problem. The two new pair I just bought have felt type material where I slip my foot into and I don't like that for if I have wet feet from coming out of the pool, etc then it gets that wet and it doesn't feel good on my feet.

I've worn teva mush original & mush II for years! I just wore out my original mush after 10 years of heavy wear & tear. This last purchase I got 2 pair, didn't even last 6 months! "2" pair in 6 months time.. Garbage! They turn my feet black (& yes, I did the wash with soap & rinse. So that line of bull doesn't work). They had no cushion after the first couple times of wearing. Don't waste your money! Find a new brand, because they are not going to better their product. Complaint after complaint from customers, no change!

I have worn women's teva mush for YEARS. Occasionally, I would receive a pair that were SO FLAT, they were almost concave. My last 2 pair, purchased together (same color & size), from teva, were like this. Flat, almost curved in the wrong direction (like a rainbow) and not cushiony with a substantial foam base AT ALL. I had to rubber band them, toe to heel for several weeks in order to even TRY TO wear them. What happened to quality control@ TEVA????

I cannot fathom why anyone thought replacing the original mushie with this version was a good idea. Had to be a cost decision where corporate thought we were too dim to notice the reduced comfort and quality.

These flip flops were flipped off my feet as fast as I put them on. They felt too narrow and rubbed my foot the wrong way

Very uncomfortable Straps very tight

The base is just a piece of foam, not nearly the quality of the last pair of similar design and price I bought from Teva. I've been a customer since 1978. I'm very disappointed and disinclined to look at Tevas for summer sandals

Teva has been my go to summer flip flop for twenty + years. They have always been so comfortable and I also liked the print choices. First they took away the various prints. (Blue Hawaiian were my first and favorite. I saw someone wearing them and had to have them). Now they have changed the style and feel of them. They are terrible. They run longer and narrower. And the strap is really tight and hurts my foot. I'm so upset. I had to return them. Please bring back the previous style and prints! I can't wear the new ones. They are awful.

The Mush flip flops I just bought are not as good as the ones I bought a few years ago. They don't fit as well and are not as soft and comfortable as the previous ones. Don't like them, won't buy them again.

The sizing is very small! I've worn other Tevas for a long time and never had an issue!

I've worn original Mush flip flops for 25+ years. When I found they weren't available, I tried the Mush II's, & from the moment I tried them on, I knew they weren't even close to the original Mush for fit & comfort. The left toe strap was so far off that my heel was forced to fall off the base & touch the ground, & the entire bed was much thinner & uncomfortable compared to the original Mush. I've returned them & will not reorder in the future, having purchased Cobain flip flops that are identical to the original Mush

I used to buy the Original Mush and the second edition of the Mush. The Mush ll are terrible. When are you going to sell the Original Mush??

Been wearing Mush flip flops for several years, usually purchasing two at a time. This recent pair is disappointing. They seem to be lesser quality. Not sure I will continue to reorder

I had been a fan of Teva mush sandals in the past, having bought many over time. Recently, the sandals seem cheaply made and the quality poor. The toe grip becomes loose easily, causing the heal to slide off the back of the sandal. Will not buy again.

I love the teva mush sandals but am really disappointed with the current colors. How about some purple patterns?
