This was my first pair of Tevas and I'm already obsessed! I wear a size 11 and have a wide foot, so finding shoes is incredibly difficult for me. Not only are these shoes a comfortable width, but I can also adjust any of the straps to conform to my foot better. It feels like I'm walking on a cloud. I have a few hikes planned in the upcoming weeks and I can't wait to really break these in. :)

I got these sandals 3 days before going on a trip to Washington DC and wore them the entire time. We walked for miles riding the Metro and sight seeing all over town and my feet were comfortable the entire time! These are my second pair of Teva hurricane walking sandals so I alternate one pair and then the other. We have a walking path in our community and many hilly areas. These sandals keep my feet cool and they can take all the hills in our mountain living as well as a sneaker. They're comfortable and stylish..I will be shopping at Zappos for a long time.

Rugged yet pliable, these sandals are just what I needed. The 90s are back with the styling but the function is classic. Velcro straps make the sizing easier to customize and the footbed is nice and soft. I'm usually an 8.5 and ordered the 9. It's a little big so it seems like a true 9 to me. No blisters yet even with long dog-walks, though the same old sandals problems persist - tiny rocks get in there, wet toes in the dewy morn. So far I am very happy.

Love this sandal. I have a wider foot with high arches and these accommodated me without issue. They are really comfortable right out of the box and feel secure on your foot. These are not the most attractive, but by far the most used sandal in my closet.

I'm normally a 6.5 for heels and 7 for sandals, flats, boots, etc and I ordered a 7. The fit was good; there was some more space at the front before my toes once I adjusted my feet back to the proper space for the arch support, but not enough that I would consider it an issue, since I couldn't order it in a half size smaller to compare. After even the first trip out, they were comfortable and I didn't notice any issues with the size or arches!

My very first pair of Tevas I wore for over 10 years. I wore them through winter snow etc. I finally wore them out but not for any reason you would think. The Velcro wore out. Teva are the only sandals or shoes I wear now.

I bought my first pair of Hurricane XLT in a store on a whim two years ago and started my obsession with these shoes. They're affordable, they're EXTREMELY comfy right out of the box, and you can do any and everything in them. I wear them everywhere. Class, gardening/yard work, dog park, traveling, hiking, walking, international trips, road trips, caves, zoos, San Diego Comic Con, nice dinners, coffee dates, whatever. Dress down, they look cute. Dress up, they look cute. They're perfect for me because I love wearing sandals to keep my feet cool and free since I live in southern Louisiana which is like living in a sauna most of the year. Before these I had to deal with foot aches from cheap flip flops because I didn't have any better alternatives. I have now just received my fifth pair of Teva Hurricane XLTs and I'm never looking back.

They're extremely durable and great for getting a good hold in dirt or mud. I've worn these to the beach and fishing and I have yet to slip in slick water with these on. Sometimes a little piece of thread will come lose but it's just where they didn't snip it enough or something. It doesn't unravel the stitching and can be fixed with a quick snip. My two year old pair which I have worn almost exclusively for a year and a half is separately between the two pieces of rubber that make up the majority of the shoe. I'm planning on glueing them back together and retiring them to just being garden shoes from now on.
