I got my first pair of Tevas 20-something years ago when there was only one style, and the Hurricanes are pretty much the same as the original ones. It took me several years of daily use in everything from backpacking, river running, even hiking in the snow (yes, really) to finally wear them out. When we had kids we got them the Hurricanes (or whatever the predecessor was called) as soon as they could walk, and they've taken everything my boys can dish out. Their only complaint has been that the straps chafe a bit until they break in, but after that they're fine. The boys (ages 9 and 12) have never actually worn out their Hurricanes-they just outgrow them. We travel quite a bit, and the boys' Hurricanes even stood up to 5 months of traveling in India last year. Great product, and Teva customer service is great to deal with as well. Kudos.

Daily use. Tan is permanently etched into the skin. Wore like steel for over ten years. Velcro failed, only reason they were retired.

Bought a pair of these for each of my boys 2 years ago, and they *just* wore out. Happily paid full price for 2 new pairs!

Please bring back your 'scorpion; dragon eta) styles.

They fit perfectly; with or wothout socks. I wish you wendt back to some of your more creative designs; scorpions on the straps, broken earth for the bottom of the sandal eta. I've had a number of Teva sandals, and they all were very unique to each other.

Usually wore this sandal last summer on weekends. So comfortable and cool when hiking and driving. Better than Terra fi 1 and 2 I had worn before.

These sandals are great; sturdy, fashionable, and lightweight for little feet. We especially like the adjustable velcro system that allowed us to have a perfect fit for our daughter's feet. When we bought them, she was just learning to walk. They provided great traction indoor and out. We will definitely buy others as her feet grow.

A very good, well built sandal at a very good price.

I currently have 2 pairs of TEVA's and one is used for general now they are 2 years old and the new ones are for good/casual use. I love these sandals as they last for years and are really comfortable.

My hubby wears these to take the kids to the park, running errands, etc. He has always bought Tevas and likes them for their durability, value and looks. They are comfortable and just wide enough that they don't have to be broken in.

This is a gift for my son-in-law so i can't really review the sandals. Although I have 2 pairs of my own and i love them and wear them all through the summer.

I like TEVA sandals because they don't pinch or rub -- they give exactly the support needed for activities, but feel like I'm barefoot.

most durable sandal very rough on shoes but last pair lasted 3 years and still wearable but the sole is getting thin.

1st pair lasted 15 years!!
