Teva's are my spring, summer and fall shoes of choice for around home, shopping, strolls, travel, etc., as we live in a hot and humid tourist destination area where casual is the only way to survive.

Husband has always worn Tevas, but the less expensive ones. He is thrilled with this pair as they feel so much better on his feet with cushioning and support. Also the shipping time was so quick, great service.

Loved these sandals as they have a buckle as opposed to a velcro securing strap. That being said, the buckles last a lot longer than velcro, which is what makes this sandal last longer in theory. The velcros securing straps I have had in the past tend to wear out rather quickly, decreasing the wear value for the amount of dollars spent. A couple of days ago however, the material tore around one of the plastic loops rendering the sandals useless. The only reason I am complaining is that I only had these sandals for maybe 4 years where some claim to have had the velcro versions last for ten years. I highly doubt the ten year stories but nonetheless feel shorted.

Teva sandals are my favorite sandals except this time I noticed they took of 1/2 inch in width off (compared to the Tevas I last bought) and are now too narrow. I will have to cut them and stitch in a longer strap just to get them to fit, but the sole is still a little narrow. Years ago they made perfect fitting sandals, not so much now.

I have had several pairs of Tevas during my lifetime...each pair lasting me about 10 years. I replaced my last pair with the Toachi 2 early this summer and after a little adjustment they were very comfortable. Unfortunately my dog chewed one of the plastic buckles off the other day and now I need to obtain another pair. You'd think that dog repellent would be standard :-P I guess the fact that I'm returning to buy another pair is testament enough.

I bought these to replace a pair that's starting to show some age, and I'm happy to say these fit nicely, and were more comfortable. The sole seems softer than the previous model, and the clip/buckle makes removal a snap. I find trying to put them on just using the clip difficult, but having the clip on the inside instead of the outside would make it easier.

I bought the Tevas to replace Merrill sandals of the same type that I really liked but our puppy decided to chew. I greatly prefer the Merrills. The fit was better and they were more comfortable. Not sure that they even still make them because they were impossible to find so I ended up with the Tevas. The Merrills were better in all respects.

You can tell Deckers has ruined the Teva brand. They changed the last, to make it look more european (thinner, longer). Does;t function as well, scrambling around on loose, wet rocks. Rubber isn;t the spider stick rubber....same rubber used on basketball shoes. straps have nice lining.....but no models with all buckles anymore. I bought these as the best that Teva makes....and they fail pretty badly at technical sandals (for kayaking, climbing approaches, hiking, etc). Totally disappointed. I have been wearing Teva sandals since 1989....and this will be my last

Not ss well-built and comfortable as my older Teva's. These are the best that I could find that are comparable to my previous Teva's

With a ate a reps help was trying to find a replacement for my beloved sandals they have discontinued. The straps are cheap Velcro and will wear out quickly, the previous edit version had mesh lined straps with full padding. Bring back the old style in women's sizes and colors. Am returning.

I suffer from plantar fasciitis. My feet hurt a LOT after walking or standing on my feet the majority of the day. I took these on our anniversary trip to Rome a few years back. I wore these all day and never had a problem; didn't even think about my feet, which is rare. Soft rubber compound makes for a very cushy ride with good arch support, but not so aggressive that it hurts after a day of walking. If I could only have one sandal for the rest of my life, this would be it. And I really don't even know how to pronounce "Toachi!"

When my previous pair of Tevas eventually wore out after many years of use, I ordered a new pair from Zappos, since local stores7)rarely carry my small (7) size. I am completely satisfied with my new pair of sandals, as has been the case with my previous Zappos orders.

These are likely the best Tevas I have purchased, and I have more than a few. The sole is supportive and yet cushiony. The straps hit in the right place, not just up under the ankle bone like some that can hurt. The buckle snap is great. I don't understand the reviewer who said the buckle is on the wrong side. It's on the outside of the foot where it belongs. Most all buckles are on the outside, perhaps because it is less likely to irritate the foot or skin when placed there. In any event, it doesn't make it any more difficult to use. Highly recommended!

I like these sandles a lot. However, all of the Teva sandles I have purchased don't allow the bottoms of my feet to breath at all. I have to take them off after awhile because of this. I don't know how you can fix this maybe with a different material for the internal sole.

Pros: The easy snap buckle sets these apart, and that all three straps are easily adjustable. Support is good. Comfortable in general. Cons: Front strap rubs on top of big toe -- notice position of the gap when looking at the photos; slightly uncomfortable and might lead to skin rubbing. Heel is high compared to front of shoe; would prefer more natural neutral position. Cushion is overly soft and not as supportive/solid to ground. Also material for footbed absorbs and stores heat, which makes for a warmer wear, not great for hot days.
