In summer days I go nearly everywhere in these sandals. I'm on my 3rd pair over many, many years. They're just as good in water, on the beach, around town. Love them.

My Husband lives in this type of shoe all summer. I ordered him these and he was very happy. He said, they are more cushioned than the others he has had in the past He wore them brand new for a weekend in Seattle with lots of walking. He had no problems. He is very happy with them.

This I said my second pair of these so that says something in itself. My first pair last several years and I wear them almost everyday. I highly recommend them. They are great in water to since the dry almost immediately. I just wish Tera would bring them back because I feel by the time I wear these out I might not be able to find them again.

I bought these for my teenage son. Every year we need a new pair of sandals, as he is growing fast. I usually have him try 5 - 6 brands. This was the choice this year! He loves the comfort and style. They are very comfortable (no blisters or 'breaking in' period) and we are taking them on a long trip to Italy. I think they run large. His pair from last year, Ecco size 11, are too small but these Teva size 11 are perfect.

These are great sandals! My previous pair lasted me 4 years and still going. I bought the same style because the sandals are easy to put on and take off using the clips and the traction is great too. I can get my feet wet with these and they stay attached in water. They are expensive but they do last a long time. I highly recommend these!

I love Teva sandals and decided to try the Toachi 2 and the snap system. There is one major design flaw that I have seen others mention in that the straps are not long enough. When I adjusted both the instep and toe straps to be comfortable, I only hand about 1 inch of Velcro that I could attach the strap two. I have been wearing Teva Tanza's which give me about 2-3 inches of Velcro to attach to. Overall I am not happy with this aspect of the Toachi 2 and would probably not order another pair.

I bought these for my husband who never wears sandals. He has worn them every day since. There was no break in time at all. Great find!

Let me start by saying that my right foot is the product of eight surgeries, a fusion and multiple pieces of internal supporting hardware after a crushing injury more than 20 years ago. Footwear has been an issue ever since. I bought my first pair of Toachi 2's at least three years ago. They were unsurpasssed for comfort and support. The arch was very high (as I needed it to be) and the forefoot/metatarsal head area was extremely cushioned (as I needed it to be). However, the first failure after about 12 months of heavy use in salt water pointed out what others already knew: Teva's glue is the weakest link in their chain. The insole and outer sole had separated and a strap had come loose. I tossed that pair (I was so unwise then). But it didn't stop me from ordering these sandals. The comfort was worth the price and inconvenience. My second pair I treated a little more judiciously. No more long soaks in bleach water to remove the ocean stink, and faithful rinsing after every salt water exposure. They were lasting much longer, but I ordered a third pair to set aside for when I traveled. I didn't want to risk another failure. Therefore, the next failure, when it occurred, was in my own yard after about two years of wear. Once again, the insole and outer sole had come apart (if I'd been watching, I would have spotted this). Before tossing them, though, I bought some a Gorilla gel glue and liberally used it on both left and right sandals to reattach the two soles and the strap. I've worn them nearly every day since and they've held up. Though, I already had a third pair, to wear for travel with only minimal wear, I noticed that Zappos was out of this style in my size for awhile. This scared me that the model might be discontinued, and just two days ago my fourth pair was delivered. These will stay boxed until I need them. Which is a wordy review to say: Get these. They're guaranteed comfort for fussy feet!

Great shoes that are durable. These are my sons 3rd pair and he only wants these.

This is an alright sandal, not the greatest. Did a bit on unexpected running in them and they tore my feet apart, so don't run in them if you don't have to! I have wide feet and they fit just fine.

I love these sandals but oddly they allow my feat to smell almost more than my sneakers do. Well worth it though

I'm on my second pair of these now, after having worn out the first. I put many miles on them. Pros: They are comfortable, durable, and don't mark up boats. Cons: The buckles make a clicking noise with each footfall, and it's annoying. *** I'm still a big fan of Zappos, but the pair of sandals that they sent me this time seemed to have been previously worn outside. There was debris in the treads and some kind of residue (insect repellent?) on the foot beds. I decided that I could live with it, but it was a little off-putting.

In May 2013 I ordered my first pair of Toachi 2 (Size 11/Dark Olive) for a whitewater rafting trip down the Colorado River thru the Grand Canyon & I loved them. The fit/form/function (3 f's I look for in a shoe) were all perfect & essential to this outdoor adventure. In fact, I still own this Dark Olive pair and keep them in my South Florida home for when I visit. I just wore them last month as a walking shoe for a week & the fit/form/function are still great. Since this pair permanently resides in Florida, I bought another new pair in April 2016 (Size 11/Turkish Coffee) for another whitewater rafting trip down the Colorado River thru the Grand Canyon. They still fit great. However, the shoes became uncomfortable when the circular ‘shoc pads’ in both heels began to curl up/cup and peel away after very little use such that it felt like foreign objects beneath my heels. So I returned them to Zappos as a manufacturing defect. Because I still want Tevas in both places, I might try the Holliway next since I prefer to stick with the top strap quick-release buckle design. The Holliway does not have heel ‘shoc pads’ even though it is described in the "item information" at the time of this review. I brought this error to Zappos attention & Jourdan said that he would send a ticket to the Content Team to have the listing updated.

The shoe was "good" and offered great support. However, the left front panel that managed the loop for the velco, was the same as the right front version--the result was that it was rubbing against my foot. Basically, a production error at the factory. Putting the correct loop on would have solved the problem. I'll be ordering another pair right away, with the hope that the "loop" is correct. GFM

Very narrow, very long. Thought I would try as some Tevas have worked for my wide feet in the past. Not these.

Only had them for a few weeks now but one big problem is the upper velcro strap, over the arch, velcro's closed so the end of the strap is on the inside of the foot. The end of the strap flaps around and catches on to the opposite foot's strap and now they both stick up. They should either velcro closed in the opposite direction or the velcro closure should go all the way to the end of the strap so it sticks.

My husband does not like to wear sandals, but needed something to wear to water parks. I had him try on a number of sandals and this was the winner! It was comfortable since you can adjust all of the straps. The water can drain out the vent at the heal so that your feet don't "squish" when you walk. And they are easy to clean if your walk in something like dirt or cut grass. They also don't look clunky.

These are amazing, just put 25 miles on them at an amusement park in Idaho over three days. No blisters whatsoever and I was so much more comfortable than I was in flip flops a couple years back. These are now my go to camp, hike and all around outdoor sandal.

Comfortable from the minute I put them on. Like possibility of undoing them from back or either side. I am a Teva fan. Shoes are wider with a good supportive arch. . Love that these can be worn in water and dry quickly. Wear all day with no problem.

the foot bead for the size 13 i ordered is too small at the front of the shoe.

Excellent arch support and very comfortable fit. No rubbing issues.

I do like these shoes, but I have to say they did create a blister on my right foot adjacent to my great toe. These are my first pair of sandals configured like this and I believe I had a flap turned inward which created friction. I did adjust my straps and have been enjoying them since. I use them to fish in a 26 foot Pathfinder. The grip is GREAT! The grip even prevents slips on a fish slimmed floor.

These are my husbands go to shoes. He wears them 90% of the time. He has a couple of pair to interchange so it give them a rest so they don't smell.
