The snap closure seems to be placed too low. Maybe a bit higher on instep would make it easier

My only complaint is that I quickly developed a blister just above my left big toe from the plastic piece where the strap goes through. I didn't recognize the small piece of fabric that is supposed to prevent that and it probably folded under. You can probably chalk it up to user-error.

I generaly use these for walking, because of the ventilation. I find them to be quite comfortable except they seem a little thin in the heel.

This is definitely the most comfortable pair of sandals I've ever owned. To my disappointment though, they wore out in a year of normal street use. The sole started to separate on both sandals. Teva has unparalleled customer service and they were replaced.

What's nice about them is they can be adjusted in a number of different spots to find the level of comfort your looking for...What's not so great is they have a number of different adjustments in order to get the comfort level your looking for. All that to say, it takes a few times of wearing them and adjusting to get the fit/feel you're looking for but once you do, they are quite comfortable.

I love the teva brand sandals I've had. This is my second pair. 1st last about 16 years. This is just a little bit narrower then my previous but overall love them

I have worn these only a few times, so I do not believe I can give a comprehensive assessment at this time.

Love the style, fit and support. Frustrated by rubbing and chaffing from strap across right little toe joint and middle outside of right foot. The discomfort is intensified after I walk more that two or three miles in a day. I love the way the company stands behind Teva sandals with excellent service and response.

I spend a lot of time kayaking and outdoors. These are very comfortable but I have had four pairs delaminate and the soles come loose. They were replaced with not problem.

Great for walking and hiking. Went for a short run/jog and the sandals preformed well. Great arch support and I love the cushioned heel. Have to try a climb with them . . .

Poor SupportGreat Support
I purchased these sandals based upon the comments of others. I have to admit that they look okay but there is absolutely nothing special about these sandals. They are not worth the price paid. Again, they are nice sandals but that is it. I have had many pairs of Teva sandals that far exceed these in fit and quality. The buckle, they hype, fastens on the outside of shoe which is very difficult to reach and if you have the straps snug enough it is difficult to connect the buckle. Zappos performed their part with great efficiency. I should have kept the box to return them.

I have worn out two pairs of these great sandals and would love to see more color choices. I'll buy again but people are beginning to wonder if I own other shoes...which I do but never wear. LOVE these. Most favorite part is that they have buckles and you can adjust Velcro once and forget it. Great foot support as I have painful feet if I go barefoot. If you need a good walking sandal with excellent support, I'd recommend these.

I like the sandal but I liked my older one better because it had wider straps. This is more stylish but the other one was so comfortable.

I like Teva sandals with triple adjustable straps if you have very small feet and one much smaller than the other, you can make them fit each foot. These were so lightweight in comparison to former purchases that I wasn't sure anything was in the box, a big plus walking on sightseeing trips. Teva sandals have always worn well, the foot cushion is usually the first to go but it takes a long time. If you don't like your feet confined these are for you.

Wore these to walk through Disney for a week. Great support. Rubbed a bit on both big toes. Otherwise, I was very pleased with the support and comfort.

the plastic buckle should be on the inside, or right side of each saddle for easer buckling and less wear .When i set indian style on rocks the buckle is scrached

I have been doing my walk in the park and the shoe has been helping me cope with plantar fasciitis and feel comfortable while walking 3 1/4 miles. I love as much padding in the sandal as I can get. The padded sandal I got a few years ago which is not available now, worked wonderfully well. Keep making more of this type. There are a lot of older walkers who need this.

I was super happy to find the Teva Toachi2 in my size and color I wanted , especially because I live in Colorado and the selection here is the fall is low and I needed water sandals for an upcoming trip to Belize where I will be kayaking, biking, snorkeling and romping through caves and jungle. The Toachi 2 will be perfect for all those activites. I have a high arch, thin foor pads and the Toachi fits nicely and is super comfortable. I ordered a half size up. I usually order a 7 in sandals and I ordered a 7.5 . My foot veers a little to the outside of the footbed in the Toachi and I have a normal shaped foot with a slight outer pronation when I walk. My last pair of amfibious Teva's fit like this too, but a half size up solved that for me. I bought a pair five years ago and this pair replaces those. My other flip flop and Tevas with the cork sole fits perfectly.

These are my everyday footwear. Very comfortable with shock pad & Mush infused sole. I personally would prefer a Velcro closure strap over the plastic buckle. All this being said, I still feel that wearing Teva sandals is the next best thing to going barefoot.

This is my first pair of Toachi 2's. I find them to be comfortable enough but no where near as comfortable as the last 2 pair of my Open Toachis. The Toachi 2's are like a cheap pair of the Open Toachis. That being said, the Toachi 2's are still a comfortable sandal, fully adjustable, and I was able to wear them for hours of walking while on vacation just days after getting them. I would like to see more of an arch support as in the Open Toachi. However, I find that as shoes are being cheapened the arch support and good quality material are being let go. I have plantar faciitis and the Open Toachi saved many a day for me. The Toachi 2 will not. For someone that doesn't need as much arch support as me and doesn't know the difference in the quality between the two Toachi sandals this is the perfect casual sandal.

The Toachi is the best walking sandal I've owned in recent years. However, Teva, please, please, please make a women's Toachi with covered toes like you offered a couple of years ago. I've worn through the soles of mine, and need new ones with toe protection. I can't tell you how many times these have saved my toes from disasters.

I love the closure on the main strap--once you have the strap adjusted for length you don't need to use the Velcro. The front strap, the one over the base of the toes, is a bit short. When adjusted properly for me only about an inch of the Velcro strips are in contact with each other. I am a woman, with wide feet. The men's size 7 is perfect. (In women's sizes I wear a 9 wide.)
