Ordered my regular size and it was perfect. I have a narrow foot and it is more like a medium than narrow. Very cute and good arch support. My new go to summer sandal. Great customer service Zappos! Can not be beat!

These were very cute flip flops, the only thing that is to be expected is if they get wet or dirty the foot bed gets permanently marked. But they are leather so there is charm in that. My dog loved them as well as he chewed the strap off.

Lightweight, clean looking. Are comfortable and seem to fit well but haven't worn them yet for walking. I would buy another pair for daughter if they were available.

These are my favorite flip flops! I have them in gray - I can't wait for Zappos to put these on sale so I can buy a bunch more. They are incredibly comfortable and soft, with great support (I wear flip flops all day all summer long, so I need support). Love them!

I love these shoes, but the sizes across Ugg brand shoes appear to not be the same. In their boots, I'm a regular women's 11, but these I had to order in a 12. I tried on my normal size in a store and they were short. So, order up.

I love these flip-flops. They are super comfortable, and because they are a natural color, they match everything. I sometimes have a hard time getting sandals to fit my foot because my second toe is longer than my big toe (unfortunate, I know). These are rounded at the top which creates the perfect fit.

Just received these. I've wanted but have been reluctant to buy narrow strapped sandals for fear of digging/rubbing my foot. Less strap is cooler. The hard to find gray caught my eye and based on the reviews I decided to take a chance on these. So far I'm loving them. I wear a 7B shoe though a 6 1/2 would be perfect in most flip flops. Half sizes are seldom offered so I purchased a 7. They fit perfect. They're soft and extremely comfortable. No rubbing and even a little gentle arch support. Pricey for this type of sandal but they seem to own up to the UGG name.

This is the most comfortable sandal I've ever owned. And to top it off, it runs narrow so I finally have a sandal that fits my narrow foot. I normallly wear an 8 1/2 but took the advice from other reviews and went up to a 9. Pefect! I hope they make these in more colors in the future as I would buy them. I consider this a great find! Incredibly comfortable and light-weight sandals. Not sure why people have complained about the sizing. I wear a 7 and the 7 fit perfectly.

I bought these for my future daughter in law who wears Ugg boots all winter for her birthday! She absolutely loved them, her best present she said.

I have been looking for sandals to replace my 3 year old American Eagle pair and have came up empty handed until now. They do run small, I normally wear a 9, but I ordered a 10 and they fit great. The width is normal, I have trouble with woman's sandals occasionally because they do tend to run narrow but these were great. I wouldn't normally spend money for sandals but these were worth every penny.

I bought these for my daughter and she loves them. The color is very cool, different than I've seen around. They have pretty good arch support for a flip flop and seem well made.

Very comfortable. Exactly what I was looking for. One concern - they can get quickly dirty. And you can't get them wet!

These are great flip flops. Bought them for my mom, but she found that she trips in them too much -- as with all other flip flops -- so I scored them. Nice! Assuming you're not ultra-flip-flop-trip-prone, these are awesome. Super comfortable, and even have really good traction. I work at a daiquiri shop where I stand for 8-10 hours on concrete, which is frequently wet. I never slip in these, and they have sufficient support for standing the whole day. I'd say they run slightly large. I've worn them tons and they show no real signs of wear. Typical Ugg quality. You won't regret buying them!

Size: Since UGG does not sell half sizes, most people who are a half size go a size up. I myself am a 7 - 7.5, but I don't like flip flops that feel too loose on my feet. I ordered both a 7 and an 8 and compared them. The 8 is just a bit longer than a 7 but I could feel the different in tightness around the top of the feet. So I went with a 7 instead of an 8. Overall, I really like this sandal. The suede feels great and doesn't get slippery so you're not sliding around in your own flip flops. Color: The color is a dark grey with what seems to be a tinge of blue. It's not as dark as one would expect charcoal to be, but it's an overall great color that will go with anything.

Wow, these are really comfy! They're so soft and light and I love the boysenberry color. I also ordered Havaianas and these are by far much more comfy. I wear 5.5 and usually order a 6 flip flop and they fit well. There's a little room but a 5 would have been way too small.

Some of the most comfortable flip flops I have ever bought. They are really cute and like a nice suede that's so soft. I love them. Great customer service. Super fast free ship. I love Zappos!

Super comfy and lightweight flip flops, nicely padded with a bit of arch support. The suede lining is soft and gives some grip for your feet, and the leather straps are also soft and require no breaking in. I love that they're leather/suede, which makes them a bit more upscale than the average flip flop! It's also nice that the Ugg logo is very lightly branded on the front, but nothing too intrusive or obvious. I have these in chestnut, which is consistent with the classic Ugg chestnut color. I've also seen these in black, which are not a true black and closer to a dark grey.

Very comfortable, but too lose. They flop off my feet sometimes and I have wide chubby feet! Great for short term wear but walking in them long distances would be a chore to keep them on.

This shoe runs a half-size smaller than advertised. This is a great looking shoe in person!
