Super comfortable and minimal. I wear a 8.5-9 and the 9 fit perfectly.

I will forever love uggs, I have all variety of ugg shoes except for the furry lined boots that this brand is known for. This is my second pair of ugg kayla sandals that I both love, one in tan and the other in gray. These are super comfy and soft and I didn't have to break in when they were brand new. I use to love rainbow sandals but I feel these are better comfort wise and quality. Unlike rainbows, these are not hard in feel, they don't dye your feet when wet or get mis-shaped when they get wet. I love love these. They always sell out on zappos ands Nordstrom, so buy them fast when they are available!

Love, love, love these flip flops! Being flat footed I cannot wear just any flip flop. After trying on many different brands, UGG was the most comfortable one for me since they come with a small arch. Other brands I tried had such a high arch that they actually hurt my foot.

I love these flip flops. They're exactly what I was looking for. They're very comfortable and fit great. I'm a true size 12 and I'm very glad that Ugg sells my size and that Zappos has such a great selection in my size (but more would be appreciated!). I recommend these flip flops if you need something more substantial and supportive without looking bulky.

Love these! Thanks to the reviewer who said size up. I wear a 10 but the 11 fits perfectly. So comfy right out of the box. Thinking of ordering other colors.

These are great! Comfy right out of the box. I can't imagine anybody not liking these classy flip flops.

I wanted a stylish lightweight flipflop, with a little concession to comfort for my aging feet, and these Kaylas fit the bill. For walking all day long or in the rain, I still prefer my Olukai 'Ohanas, but these are perfect for easier days or going out in a nice-casual way. I'm a slightly wide 9.5, and the 10s fit great.

Very comfortable right out of the box... I've put these to the summer party test and they've held up nicely. Worth every penny.

These flips are the best! They required absolutely no breaking in whatsoever, slipped them out of the box and onto my feet and they were cushioned and comfortable and wonderful. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love them. This is my second pair of Uggs flats. I ordered the tan ones. I am a size 7, however, the size seven felt too small and my toes and heel were touching the edge of the sandal (and I don't even have long toes). I returned them and ordered a size 8, which fit perfect and very comfortable.

Love these minimalist flips in the blue, charming color. Lightweight and stays on my foot well, can see these will be my favorites for a while. Ordered my usual size and fit like a glove.

Great looking sandal and very comfortable. It has a surprisingly decent arch support. My feet are almost completely flat and I wish the support was a bit higher, but I am keeping them since they are so cute and comfortable. My foot is very thin and narrow and these fit perfectly. It's great casual flip, good quality.

I love these flip flops! I have bought these in black, tan brown, and gray. I hope Zappos never stops carrying these, as I will purchase more when my flip flops wear out.

Very comfortable right away, no problem with the thong like on similar sandals. Soft foot bed. This is my third pair, so I am very pleased with them.

Love these flip flops! They are exactly as I expected from reading the reviews. I wear a 10 and I ordered a 10; they are perfect! Super comfy and a great neutral for summer. I wore them right out of the box and walked all day in them (on vacation) the first day and they never hurt my feet. I rated them with moderate arch support, but it's actually much better that that (for flips)...I just don't think they are excellent. I would buy them again.

My favorite flip flops. I bought my first pair in black nearly 4 years ago. The next year, I bought the tan. And I just received the grey today. While they are expensive compared to Reef, they last and are comfortable. I don't have a complaint. I usually wear a 7 or 7.5 but have to go up to an 8 in these.

These are fabulous! I have never purchased UGG flip flops before and wasn't sure how they'd feel. Initially I was worried that they felt a bit tight. However, they loosened up quickly and were incredibly comfortable. I typically wear a size 7.5 and ordered an 8. It was perfect. I will definitely be ordering them in grey too!

I ordered these sandals in my normal size 9 despite reading some reviews that they run a bit small. I never have to order size 10 so figured I would go with my usual size. I received them SO fast as usual from Zappos and they were indeed small. I probably could have kept them. My toes or heel weren't hanging off or anything but they were not a perfect fit. Just felt small. I really wish they offered a half size in these flip flops because I was thinking the 10 would be too big. But I immediately exchanged them for the 10 and it's a much better fit and they feel more comfortable too. My foot is on the wider side and I think these shoes are meant for a more narrow foot. So I do recommend if you have wider feet to go a size up. You won't regret it! They fit great and are very comfortable so far!

Love these. Living in Hawaii, I wear sandals most of the time. These are like the luxury line of flip flops. Every time I put them on the swede makes me feel pampered. Perfect size, the size 12 is not small like other sandals.

These have become my go-to flip flops. They took a little breaking in, but are now perfect. I was on the hunt for a flip flop with a soft footbed, rather than the typical rubber footbed. They do run large, so size up.

Love my UGG sandals. And as usual Zappos service was great. I initially ordered in the wrong size but sent them back and received the correct size within two days. Never any shipping costs. I love shoe shopping with Zappos.

This will be a short review: These are the most comfortable flip flops I've ever owned, and I'm slightly picky. They were comfy right out of the box; no uncomfortable rubbing/breaking-in period at all. I usually wear a 7 1/2 and I purchased a size 8 based on other reviews. They work perfectly. I'm going to buy another pair NOW in case Zappos runs out of my size. Enjoy!
