Zappos was the place for me to find exactly what I wanted when the size was locally hard to find before Christmas. I received my order in two days! My granddaughter is truly enjoying these Uggs. Thank you, Zappos!

I bought these boots for my daughter at her request and they look even better in person than in the photo. She absolutely loves them. I think they are prettier than the other Uggs she owns. They arrived in time for Christmas as promised and I loved the free shipping as well.

Got these for my daughter for Christmas. She was thrilled with the color and style. We have a lot of UGGs between us and these are probably the cutest. Seem to fit better than the older cardy. Not as slouchy. Highly recommend.

I haven't ordered anything from Zappos in a long time. I ordered my daughter a pair of Ugg boots this is the first time she ever had a pair and she loved them. The time of delivery was perfect I placed my order on a Sunday and they were at my house on Tuesday. The boots are perfect and the delivery service is excellent. I recommended Zappos to my family members and they also, placed orders with them. I'm very pleased with Zappos.

I love these boots! This is my second pair of Uggs - I have the sheepskin Classic Tall as well. Sizing is the same - order a size down than you normally wear. They're supposed to be snug and fit like a sock. They're made to be worn barefoot, and after a few wearings, they will mold to your foot. I'm just sorry that I live in a warmer climate where our winters are short, otherwise I'd wear these every day!

I really love these Uggs. I have 2 pairs of the Classics and I love these even more. They are very comfortable, like wearing a sweater on your feet. They are super versatile as they can worn folded down or up high. Love the grey color as they go with everything! The Lattice detail makes them really cute. They were so great; I bought a pair for my mom. Love shopping at Zappos.

Love these Uggs! I usually wear a size 7.5-8 in all shoes. I wear a size 8 in my Ugg Bailey button boots, and based on other reviews for the Lattice cardy I ordered a size 7 in these. The size 7 is perfect. I have not noticed that it stretches out like others have said. I also love that I can wear them tall or folded down shorter.

I always order my UGGs a size smaller then my normal size! Love, love, love these boots! Super comfy and super cute!

It's really pretty to look at, but when it first arrived I wasn't quite sure how to wear it. A quick visit to YouTube and I figured out a bunch of looks and tried them in the mirror. Now I have a few looks. Very versatile boot and comfortable too!

Super cute and comfy! I usually wear a 7-7 1/2 and I got the 7's and they fit perfectly... with or without socks, too! They are warm and have a nice cushion for walking around. I like wearing them folded down, but they look cute up as well with skinny jeans or leggings!

Great boots! They keep my toes toasty even in Wisconsin. I ordered one size small as suggested and they fit perfect. they were a wonderful early Christmas gift.

These quickly became a staple. They look great with everything, especially this color. I wear them with dark skinny jeans, at full height. Then I undo the top buttons, roll down, and wear with leggings. They're super, super warm and great for outdoor events in the fall and winter (if such events are totally unavoidable.

I love these! They are super cute and comfy! I've been wearing these pretty much non-stop since I bought them (three months ago) and they still look new.

These were a gift to my granddaughter in college. She loves these boots. She said they are so comfortable, the day she received them, she wore them to bed!

If your size is 1/2 size larger - size down to the next smaller whole size.

Love the look of this boot and the quick delivery service was the best. Very happy with Zappos and Ugg's to boot!

Overall what I expected. They seem a little stiff but maybe just need some breaking in. I'm not a big fan of she fabric. I do like the slouched and tall options they have for being worn.

Wish that front part of the shoes/lining of inside had better support. The toes keep sliding forward since there is no hard/ sturdy front part.

Overall I really like this Ugg boot for the color and textured look, but the material stretched after only wearing them twice. I can't wear them all the way up like I would want too they have to be down all the time.
