This was my first pair of Uggs and I was extremely disappointed in the wear of the product! After only wearing them a few times they looked 5 years old. The material is not durable and looks awful once it frays and starts to get lint balls all over...the heel support is terrible and I feel this product is overpriced and made of poor quality...highly disappointed.

Awful fit. Ran small for uggs. Hard to get on. Very tight seam at the ankle . Crappy quality. I have the plain cardy in black (not lattice) from a few years ago and these are total crap compared to those. Very disappointed .

I was gifted these in my size (size 10) but took some work to get my foot into the boot. Once in, eh. The boot is yarn, no warmth at all. The heel has a plastic or some sort of hard material that dug into my ankle. The boot felt flimsy, not like the classic Ugg. It was more like a knit sock with a sole. With the boot being just yarn, literally just yarn, I could see the material stretched with my foot...and saw my ankle sock through the weave. Oh! And my big toe was at the top of the shoe box of the boot -- and I could see the shape of my toe in the profile of the boot. Funny because it's sad. Sad because we all laughed so hard on how this boot is such a poor design. I was very excited for the boots until I put them on...I wish I knew before I told my friend that's what I wanted for the holiday. At least Zappos has an amazing hassle-free returns policy! Skip this boot entirely.

There must be something wrong with this boot.they are way too tight at the ankle, you can't get your foot through to the shoe area. We have them in the grey and they don't fit like that at all.. don't buy these!

I was looking for an UGG boot that was similar to their Classic Cardy, and thought these would be perfect. They fit completely different, and I cannot even get my left foot (my smaller foot) into the boot. There is a seam to keep your foot from sliding, and the heel is more sturdy, also making getting your foot in more difficult. I'm returning these and going back to the Classic Cardys!

I was so disappointed with this pair of Uggs that I received from Zappos. I bought a size too big from Dillards but I still loved the quality and the look of the boot so I decided to buy a size down from Zappos (Dillards did not have my size). The quality of the boots that I received from Zappos could not compare to the ones I bought from Dillards. Here are some differences that I noticed. Dillards: Nice thick knit and lining. Tight knit around toebox holds foot in place. Luxe, plush wool insole. Great quality overall. Zappos: Thin and loose knit. Very thin lining. Stretched out knit around toebox, seemed like someone had worn it before and stretched it out. Insole was so cheap and sparse that you could feel "bald spots". Overall cheap feeling. If it did not have the authentic Ugg hologram I would think these were fake. It seems that UggAustralia are providing Zappos with a sub par product. I am definitely returning these boots. I would recommend avoiding Zappos and buying directly from UggAustralia or Dillards.

I found these boots to run small but felt cozy inside!

I was very excited to get this, when they arrived I was sad. They fit fine but they looked like socks. They are cute but not for the price that's some expensive socks:)Not for me. They are going back.

Having tried on a friend's pair of a similar boot--same cable knit style, different material--I was prepared to love these and couldn't wait until they arrived. What a disappointment! I had followed instructions to order one size smaller. Since I wear a size 7-1/2, I ordered size 7. I could barely get these on my feet, and the boots were so tight I thought my circulation would surely be cut off. But an equally serious problem was in the smell. This fabric must have some pretty noxious chemicals in it (though the odor might have come from the glues or the synthetic material that comprises the soles). This was such a horrible odor, you didn't even have to put your nose right up to the boots: the smell wafted throughout our large kitchen. With a boot made of such toxic out-gassing materials, I wouldn't be able to wait for the odor to dissipate, as there are serious doubts as to whether it would or not. I expected much better of the Uggs brand. Interestingly, I read on an Uggs website that the Uggs copies and the real Uggs are both made in China. Something to think about. The only plus is that Zappos was great about both the ordering and the shipping. I will order from Zappos again. However, with Uggs, I'll have to try on the boots locally, because what you see online and think you are getting isn't always accurate.
