I was skeptical when ordering these -- largely in part due to the "top critical review." I desperately needed some black boots and was struggling to decide what height to buy. My calves are probably average to narrow but my thighs are massive. I like how some of my boots are chunkier and compliment my figure. I was concerned about the "sock" comment in that review and must say that I was happily surprised. I was confident that I would be returning these because, even in the video, the pink ones aren't impressive. I thought, "maybe it's the pink." It seems that is was. The black boots are rockin' when they're folded down, though my ankles will require taller socks to hold the minimized shaft comfortably in place. I, on average, wear an 8 1/2 and have considered exchanging these for the 8. Unfortunately, I ordered these for myself on behalf of my boyfriend for a Christmas present, so the practicality of my review will fall short as I've not been able to sport them other than for a brief moment in order to approve the style and make a cursory analysis of the fit. I'm thinking that I will fall fast in love with these come December 25th.

Usually people suggest to order 1/2 size larger than your actual size when it comes to Uggs. I've owned one before and that's very true and they run big; but with this particular one, I decided to order my regular size (6) and it fit just right and thanks to the reviews I've read! So I got these in navy... And omg! I love it oh so much! Love, love, love! It's so cute and of course they feel like heaven! :) I just wanted to say thank you so much Zappos, I am always so beyond impressed with your service! Thee best!

I love these boots! They pair well with skinnies, stretch pants, and even my sweats! If I could wear them everywhere, I would! I highly recommend the boots.

Love these. Every time I wear them, women comment on how cute they are. The color is great, goes with everything! And because they are UGGs, they are super comfortable and warm.

I absolutely love these boots...so warm and cozy, however, I had to return my first pair for a size up. The web instructions are incorrect! If you are b/t sizes, be sure to order a size up.

It is like wearing heaven on my feet! They are a bit wide. I usually wear a 5W, but the 5 fits perfect! They look great folded and unfolded. I will buy Uggs forever!

Bought this for my granddaughter. Looked purple online but they are really Navy blue with a purple undertone. She was hoping they would actually be more purple. This is the second pair of Uggs I have purchased for her; she loves them which makes me happy.

These are my first pair of Uggs and I am delighted to see the quality offered for the price. A warm lining of fur will keep my feet more warm than other boots I own, and the thick sole will keep them dry. I've only had a chance to wear them once, but already received a few compliments.

The Lattice Cardy boot are my favorite Uggs. They are super comfortable, warm and stylish. I wear them everywhere and with everything. I love how I could switch from a tall boot to short and the inside is like a very cozy sock. I recommend this boot 100%!

I bought these for my daughter and she loves them. She was in between sizes but the smaller ones ended up stretching and she is very happy with them.
