Love the boots. But then I did hunt them down and Zappos was the place to get them. What I really wanted to express in my review was the fact that the customer service was excellent. At the time I ordered the boots I only had my smartphone to order with and I had trouble placing the order. When I called it was late at night. The young lady who picked up was pleasant funny and happy to take the order. She made it very easy to enjoy the experience. If everyone at Zappos is like this, I just might call in all my future orders. So thanks for making it fun to order by phone the old fashion way...talking to another human.

I've been wearing these boots nonstop since I've received them, pairing them with jeans, leggings and a skirt, or even just my football jersey. They look good with everything (IMO) and keep my feet and lower legs nice and warm. I wish I had purchased them sooner!

The only thing I can complain about it i feel like they look too big on me my bf says i have astronaut boots.
I love the color, I love that they are warm, and I love that they are super comfortable.
I just love them!! Totally worth the cost, oh and the sheep.

I love these! In my opinion these look the best folded down. They ate very warm and keep your feet cozy, however i dont recommend wearing them when there is rain or snow EVEN if they are knit , water can change the SHAPE also. But i love the style perfect for school , cold weather , and more you will get tons of compliments

Super comfy. They look good up or flipped down or scrunched down. I love them. I usually wear a 7.5 or 8, so I ordered an 8 and they're a little big. But I wear big socks and they're fine.

ADORABLE. 2nd pair of uggs and I like them so much better than the regular uggs, the knit look it amazing. comfortable, warm, and cute. they go perfectly with leggings, yogas, jeans, and more.

Very comfortable and light weight. Easy to wear. I bought the grey color so it matches with mostly everything. I love that I can wear it folded over to starlight . The one thing that I didn't quite like is that it was difficult to get into them the first few times. The neck is too tight but I guess that helps it from not coming off the foot when walking.

Love my Ugg Lattice Cardy. These are my third pair of Uggs. Even though I ordered the black in a 10, they didn't look as dark as I expected. They are still awesome and extremely comfy and warm. I got mine last week overnight. Thanks Zappos. I fly for a living and these things are the perfect travel companion during this time of year. Very easy to go one and off. I've even wore them with no socks and my feet never sweats.

Love these boots! I was worried about the size guide it said if your normally a 9.5 go down a half! I am terrible at returning things if don't fit and didn't want to waste the money! How ever they were right on, a perfect fit! I wear these with everything jeans, leggings, sweat pants... In a full boot and folded. I am getting the white ones too and because its Zappos I'll get them the next day! Gotta love them!

I am an Ugg junkie, owning about ten pairs. This is by far my favorite pair. I got them on sale last year and have been in love with them ever since. I have the black ones in a ten and the gray ones in a nine and they both fit fine, but I wear the gray more often. The only down side is I slipped on ice holding a coffee and stained them. But they remain my favorites. I am in love with these boots.

This was my fourth pair of boots and overall my favorite the other ones wore out to quickly these will not noticeably stain if u get them in a dark color I got mine in grey. they don't wrinkle and get water stains because they aren't suede and they are just as cute as the original suede boots.

I love this style of Ugg in black and sand. I have so many styles of Uggs. They are so comfy they are definitely worth the price.

These shoes are very cute and soft enough to wear without socks. The buttons are very secure and seem to close snuggly so that the boots will not slip off.
