I don't understand the fabulous reviews on this boot. I normally love Ugg. I have their sandals, flip-flops and the Classic Tall boots in Chestnut, Chocolate, Black and Gray. I got these in Sand. First, the size 6 I normally wear in Uggs was just a tad too short. My toes just touched the tip of the boot. The toe box in these is not normal Ugg quality. It feels hard, cheap and cardboard-like. The footbed cushion is not nearly as comfortable either. When folded down these looked bulky, awkward and inside-out. When pulled up or scrunched it looks like a skinny sock and the button flap juts out at a very weird looking angle. Also, on my right boot there was a long piece of the lattice yarn that was pulled out and hanging there. I wanted so much to like these but due to size, comfort, defects and overall look and they went back to where I purchased them. Also, I have very slender calves. They are 12 inches at the widest point and without tucking anything in these were very snug. I would imagine a woman with larger calves would have no choice but to wear these folded down in the weird, awkward way. Very disappointing for an Ugg product and the cost.

These do fit wide calves! I got these as a gift and love them. After receiving them I happened to read a review where the reviewer assumed that these would not fit wide calves because they were snug on her narrow ones. This is incorrect. I have wide (17.5 in) calves and these are in fact one of very few non-wide calf boots that fit me well. I can even wear them over jeans. The stretchy fabric makes them ideal for women with any calf size.

These boots were so comfortable, it's unbelievable. I had a pair of sheepskin boots before (not Uggs) and these are my first pair of Uggs. I can totally feel a difference in the sheepskin! These boots have a sheepskin insole and I can feel the sofness through my socks. The product used to make the upper part is soft, too, not scratchy like I figured it would be. These boots are so comfortable that I would reccomend them to anyone. If you aren't sure about your size, order two differnt sizes since you can return ship for free on Zappos. For example, if you usually wear around a 7 1/2, get both the 7 and 8. That was my problem and I know I'm on the larger side of 7 1/2. The 8 fit perfectly. I'm not telling you that if you wear a half size, round up, but think about your shoes and all of their sizes. I have returned with Zappos, and if you haven't, it's easy. Just follow their return directions or watch the video. I am in love with these boots, like I said! One more thing: price. I know that in this economy a lot of people can't afford nice boots. I'm not rich or anything, so I know. IF you have the money, let me tell you-it is WELL worth it. These boots will probably last me a long time so for the price, I'm sold!

I fought the Ugg craze for years citing that they were frumpy looking. But when these came out I gave in and had to have them. They are less bulky looking than the originals and have so many different ways to wear them. I also like that the knit has some give for us girls with larger calves to wear them pulled up. They are, of course, incredibly comfortable. Also they are quite warm, I can go out in the cold with one less layer when I am wearing these. I would not wear them all day at the mall as they have no arch support but they are fine running errands and such. If you wear a half size normally, order the smaller whole size.

Officially the most comfortable and adorable pair of shoes! I got these is the sand color in my normal size and they fit great (I prefer them with socks). Following the advice of other reviewers I tried a smaller size and found them too snug for my wide foot. I've had these a month now and they still fit great with socks and look great with jeans or tights!

I ordered these boots because I had broken my ankle not long before and needed a shoe that would stretch to allow my foot to swell. I originally ordered a size 9 but it was too small for my swollen ankle. I called Zappos that same day and they overnighted me a larger pair right away. It was so wonderful! I got the bigger ones which were super comfortable and fit my poor ankle perfectly. They are the only shoes I've been able to wear since I broke my ankle. Very high-quality and cute too! I couldn't say more about the Zappos customer service. Thank you for providing such a wonderful product at a reasonable price and with such great service!

These boots are great! Typical Ugg comfort, nice wide base (great for bunion-wielders) and the fur lining is white. My last pair of Uggs (Kenlys) had black lining and it continually stained my toes which was annoying and really hard to get off! Uggs always run about a half size too large...I am typically a size 8.5 but I always order Ugg size 8. The versatility to wear short or tall is like having 2 boots in one! In the past, I ordered 3 different pairs of the Classic Cardy and one leg always seemed to slip down while the other stayed up - not a problem with the Lattice Cardy! I highly recommend these boots! Also don't forget Zappos customer service is the best in the world.

I love these boots. I'm a dancer so these are perfect for coming and going to rehearsals and performances since it's like they have built in leg warmers. Sometimes I wear them folded down as slippers. Previously I was wearing actual slipper booties from Target to performances and rehearsals since I usually change right into dance shoes when I get to the theatre but on breaks the slippers provided no arch support to walk down the street and get something to eat. These were the perfect compromise. I looked into getting the Ugg moccasin slippers but didn't like how they looked so bulky on my foot. They were comfy but looked too much like a slipper. These boots are perfect in every way. They are versatile and feel like a slipper without looking like one and provide support when walking. They are not as warm or as heavy duty as my other Uggs so if you're looking for a great pair of winter boots to go treking around in the snow these are not it. However, if you're looking for comfort, style and versatility in 50 degree or warmer dry weather these are perfect! They are also great for travel since they are lighter then other Uggs and the sweater material is easy to flatten and pack tightly without destroying the shape of the boot. These are a simple everyday boot! If you are any kind of performer that lives in dance clothes and tights you should own at least one pair of sweater style Uggs.

Love these boots. As comfy as my favorite pair of slippers, and having the option to wear them long or short is great. Highly recommend.

Love them! These were a gift for my daughter and she absolutely loves them. (Mom has borrowed them too.) They run on the large side. She wears a 7 1/2, I ordered a 7, and they fit perfectly.

Perfection. I live in Chicago and I own several pair of Uggs designed for my climate that have not held up as well as these. And Zappos delivered in just 2 days! This is the third pair of this style I've owned and couldn't be more pleased (first pair a multi-brown color from Victoria's Secret worn 3 winters and counting). Beyond stylish, I'm able to wear thin socks with no fear of wetness! I have very thin calves and can wear these in so many ways. No other Ugg holds up this well or is this versatile, hands down. I see many more pairs in my future. I felt adventurous and ordered peacock blue this time - just lovely!

I love these Uggs! I have a pair of the Baily Buttons also and these are just as, if not more comfortable, than those. They look great rolled down or worn up and they are comfortable for muscular calves. I have had no problems with them, and the size recommendation in the description is accurate.

I absolutely love these boots! I receive compliments every time I wear them. They are really comfy - whether you wear them up or down! Highly recommended!

I received a North Face jacket for my birthday in December. With the holidays at hand I was delayed on my exchange. I waiting to exchange my jacket for these boots until late February. Zappos made my exchange a great experience. They emailed me a return label while I was on the phone with the operator, she was very helpful with letting me know that these boots were true to size, and they were shipped immediately - they charged me only the difference in price. Zappos has been a great company and I love these boots! All the different ways you can wear them and the comfort, awesome!

I love these boots and received many complements on them. They are very comfortable and warm. I do have to wear knee hi socks or leggings with them because the wool is a little itchy. I am however very sensitive to wool.

These boots are great. Very comfortable and easy to clean. Look great over leggings and jeans. I needed to get a size larger than I normally wear.

Love! I have tried several pairs of Uggs (the original, the mini bailey button) and they never seemed to flatter my thicker legs. But I just love the lattice cardy. I always wear them rolled down and they look super cute with jeans, sweats, leggings. They are very warm and comfy too!

I am wearing them right now! I love them! I like them best buttoned up and tall, and I wear them with leggings, short skirts/ dresses, or fitness clothes (when en route to the gym). I also have them in charcoal grey. Order one size down. I wear size 9, but purchase Ugg boots in size 8. Enjoy!

First off, I have to say that Zappos is one of the best buying experiences I have ever had hence the reason they have received a ton of business from me...they are the masters at Customer Service! Also the masters of shipping...I received these boots in 2 days! As for the boots, I am in love! They are true to size and width and very comfy. I agree with another poster about them seeming small at first but once you get them on your feet the first time and wear them around they start to mold to your feet and the rest is pure happy feet! The design is adorable, I have only had them less than 24 hours and I've received tons of compliments. Very pleased with this purchase, very pleased with the speed in my shipping and very pleased in Zappos overall! You will not be disappointed with these shoes and trust me...I don't take giving 5 stars lightly!

Love these Uggs! They are super comfy. I wear them as often as possible. I've tried knock off brands before but nothing compares to the comfort of these boots. And I love the look of them too. I got the grey ones, size 6...normally wear a 6 1/2...fit is great!

I love, love, love these Uggs! They are perfect with leggings. Comfy, warm, versatile -- love them! Be aware though -- they are Uggs so there isn't much support. I wouldn't hike in them but I do wear them to the mall!
