I really wanted to love these shoes but I really hate them. I've had trouble with my feet for some time now and standing for long periods of time is difficult. I purchased these after reading reviews hoping they would allow me to be on my feet more. The first issue I noticed was that the size runs big. However, I don't think it's big enough that I would need to go down a size-just bog enough to make them annoying. More than that, they're just really not comfortable shoes. I'm very disappointed. I've worn them daily for a couple weeks now and I just can't stand them anymore. I'm planning to just throw them out and cut my losses.

I would not recommend Zappos anymore. Bought shoe on 12/17, they claimed to have shipped it on 12/21 (which to me seems too long in the 1st place) . But tracking shows it wasn't shipped until today 12/28. So I still wont be getting the shoe for a few days. Zappos used to be good, now they have the worst customer service. I'd recommend buying from somewhere else.

I should have returned the shoes when I received them. They felt like a size larger when I tried them but I thought I put insoles in them it would make them tighter. I worn them for several days and I got an extremely sore right heel. I couldn't wear them any longer and bought another pair of shoes.

I am generally a huge fan of Keen's products. I have worn their boots through many New England winters with no issues at all. These shoes are a different story, however. The comfort, stability, and slip resistance of these slip-ons is just as you would expect. The durability of the shoes is a major issue though. The insoles of these shoes began to breakdown after only 5 months of use. I work in a kitchen so my expectations for shoes holding up in that environment is low, but 5 months isn't a very long life. If they change out the insole, they'd have a great shoe, but as of now I wouldn't purchase again.

I do not know how i feel about these shoes. I work long hours in a kitchen, standing all day up to 16 hours. I just received these today and tried them on after a work day. So my feet are a bit swollen. They fit snug and do not leave enough room for your feet to expand after being on them for a work shift. I know the are new and will loosen up. But the actual sole is not wide enough to accommodate your feet expanding over long periods of standing. The overall construction did not seem like it warranted the high price. I feel like the way they are constructed they would fall apart when put through the rigors of the kitchen. I was looking for an upgrade but feel like keen should stick to hiking. I feel like my Croc Bistros and Birkis keep in mind that people buying their work duty shoes stand all day and their feet expand and construct their shoes for that, keen does not. I give these shoes a boo, and will be returning them.

Very comfortable. The soles fall off the leather. Bad glue job. Zappos sent me a replacement pair immediately (Zappos is awesome); the second pair did the same thing. Two weeks, this price, really? Go with Birkis professional. Let Keen stick to hiking shoes.
